Cindy stares at Helena like she's gone insane. Jasmine gives Helena a grin and walks over to the door, ordering a notebook to be delivered. Five minutes later a serving girl knocks on the door and Jasmine picks the notebook and writing supplies without letting her in and goes to work, making calculations and drawing diagrams about planar alignments.

Helena grins at Cindy, "Relaaaaxe~ You've been living with two demons fresh from hell, just not YOUR hell. Trust me, and Jasmine's skill, nothing but Fun~ and maybe just a little scary is coming out of this... Although.. Some scary may not be a bad idea actually....."

Helena spent the entire time Jasmine was working telling Cindy about the Rope demons and sending her a couple images, especially the first escapade of her in hell, and telling her about some of the others, as well as witches and several other things, pointing out that a lot of the common beliefs were either church lies, or complete misunderstandings.

"Succubi for example, I've only met 1 succubus who ever lived up to the evil standard, and only because she was fruitier then a banana tree. Succubi go literally insane if they push to far for to long, so most of them as far as I know, toe a pretty fine line just coexisting. At least the normal ones. Rope demons can even be trained if you let them have their fun, you can command them to do just about anything with your mind, and they're very loyal as well."

Cindy listens what Helena tells her, asking the occasional question. "How many succubi have you met? What about other kinds of demons?"

A couple hours later, Jasmine seems to have finished some kind of ritual. "I think I'm done, mistress. But we'll need some supplies and lots of energy."

Helena thinks for a moment. "I've met... 4 others including Jasmine, and only one was super crazy, and the other one was so old and powerful that she was like a queen in hell. The last was a bartender in hell that owed Jasmine favors. I found that really amusing myself. As for other demons, Only one really kinda scared me. It was called a chain demon, but me and Jasmine managed to put it down. O! And dragons! But those aren't demons, but some of them do live quite comfortably in hell! It was so awesome."

Looking over at Jasmine, Helena cocked her head. "I know we're gonna need a lot of energy, but what supplies do you need?"

Jasmine hands Helena the instructions for the ritual. Alongside basic supplies like chalk and ashes and a rope, it also needs some more difficult to obtain ones like blood(mammal), acid, and a whole bunch of different herbs.

Helena looked over the list before thinking 'Jasmine, How much blood do you need? is it something I can provide personally?" Helena asked curiously as she rang down for Tom again. She would need help finding all of this. "And Cindy! Would you like to come as well?" Helena asked as she started pulling on her armour rather then her clothes, wanting to get used to moving in it. Taking her bow and her arrows as well, Helena was ready.

"We'll need at least a pint of blood. It can't come from either of us, since it needs to be tied to this plane."

Cindy shrugs and pulls on her armor as well, while Jasmine puts on her plain clothes."Might as well."

Tom arrives shortly, as usual. "Hello again."

Helena turns to look at Tom, smiling and stretching and twisting around a bit, goddamn this armour fit well. Looking at Tom again and gesturing at herself, she smiled. "How do I look?" She asked grinning before getting down to business.

"Tom I need a great deal of different herbs, some good old fashioned rope, chalk, and a bucket, because I'm going to be cooking and need some cattle blood for the marinade. Think you can help me find all of that? O! And cotton bandages as well, a big mess of them."

Tom listens attentively. "The herbs might be difficult, miss. I'll have a word with one of the serving girls, and you'll have all the rest ready in your room when you come back." Tom leads them down the stairs, stopping in the way to exchange a word with one of the servants before heading out into the poorer quarters again, until finally delivering them to a hidden herbalist's shop.

Helena is grateful for Tom taking the initiative and having the Inn take care of the far more mundane objects. Walking comfortably and enjoying the walk, Helena looked around until they wound up in front of an herbalists shop that had been inconspicuously tucked out of the way. Stepping inside, Helena motioned for Tom to wait outside as usual, but this time told him to keep his eyes open for the church and come running if he saw them coming.

"Hello~! I need some help finding a few things" Helena said as she entered, looking around for the owner.

The owner turns out to be an elderly woman, who greets the women with a smile. "Hello girls. What is it you need?"

As Jasmine hands her the list, she reads it and frowns. "I have some of these, but others I don't know and some don't grow here. Perhaps you could describe some of these?" Jasmine quickly describes the unknown ones to the herbalist, who apparently knows some of them by other name, but there's still two herbs missing.

Helena smiles as the woman gets what she can of what they need. *What are we missing, and where does it usually grow.* Helena asked curiously, wondering what a shop that sold herbs possibly couldn't have...

"Well, the deadly nightshade only grows in forests, so I wouldn't know where you could find it nearby. The plainsbreath grows in wet places in the plains, so you should try near the river, but it's quite rare."

*Deadly nightshade is used in poisons, even I know that much, it was famous back in my world around this same time period, small white or red berries that grow near fallen or rotting trees. As for the other, I may just have to work up and down a river until I find it, give me what it looks like, I know what the shade looks like, but odds are Tom knows someone who has it in the city.*

Helena thought back to their trip into the city and the plains, wondering if she had seen any of the standalone willows or unusually high grass that signalled a river.

Jasmine pays for the herbs and they head back to the street.

Helena nods quietly. "Then we're going digging Jasmine, nothing else for it, we can cover more ground then most. So lets go!" Helena said flicking the lock on the collar playfully. "Cindy, I'd like you to come as well, another set of hands and eyes would make this go faster, do you mind?" Helena asked, having Tom show them to the gates to the city.

"I don't think I'd be much help. It's not like I know anything about herbs." Tom shows them to the eastern gate before heading back to the inn with Cindy. Ahead of them is a wide road, and less than a mile away they can see the glittering of river.

Helena pouts a little at Cindy, but nods and waves when she leaves with Tom at the gate. Seeing the river, It was no guess where the first stop was. "Well my Pet~ We have plants to pick"

"Yes mistress."

It doesn't take very long for the pair to hike to the river, leaving them with the tedious task of finding the rare herb.

Several hours later, Jasmine finally spots the rare plant growing right at the edge of the water nearly half a mile from where they started looking from.

Helena was getting pretty pissy by the time they finally found the herb, at which point she jumped up and down happily and hugged Jasmine. "Now! For the Nightshade! AWAY!!!!" And with that, she mumbled the words for her own vanishing spell and rocketed as high into the air as she could while the spell held, looking like no more then a large bird at a casual glance... Hopefully.... maybe...

It hardly mattered because a moment later, circling in the air and waiting for Jasmine, she was barreling towards the forest as fast as the thermals would carry her.
