"Well, there's no point in trying to force it along. It'll come when it comes." Jasmine moves behind Helena and starts massaging her head, those cool fingers drawing the pain away.

Helena leans back into Jasmine, wondering what the real problem was. Letting the pain slowly bleed away, she eventually hops out of the wagon and walks along side it, stretching her legs, stiff from sitting in one place before hopping back in. "Just think! Only another week of this!" Helena says a little sarcastically, missing the ability to fly rather badly at this point.

Cindy hops down to walk along Helena. "It's not that bad. At least no-one is trying to kill us. That's going to change pretty quickly once we start planning the hunt."

Helena smiles and shakes her head, putting a hand on Cindy's shoulder. "Cindy dear, Someone somewhere for some reason is ALWAYS trying to kill us, we just don't know it yet. Still, you're right, i'm just a bit frustrated is all."

Staying quiet for a bit, Helena wonders what they're going to do, and the color of the flame, why was it white again? Hell, why had it been pink in the first place. There was a great deal she didn't really know and was just running on assumptions.

"Well Cindy, in for a penny, in for a pound. What do you think about travelling with me and Jasmine? The girls from other worlds?"

Cindy smiles at Helena's question. "So far so good. Although you're going to need some getting used to, methinks. How did you come to travel with Jasmine, anyway?"

"In my world we have these pods that for lack of any better description, take us places as a different person. Usually a different person anyway, I stayed pretty true to the original. When I went, I eventually wound up with Jasmine and we have been sisters ever since. After several marvelous and horrifying misadventures, everything went wrong. I woke up from the pod, the emergency systems kicking me out into my own world, and then there was this creeping mist and then I was here and very alone. Jasmine once again showed up to save my bacon and here we are..."

It felt kind of good to get the weirder parts of the tale off of her chest, but she figured if Cindy was going to be travelling with them, then the truth would be a good thing. "When I was in Jasmine's world, something happened and in order to save me, I wound up turning into a... Special individual like Jasmine, but in my world, and this one, I'm just regular old me. We're trying to remedy that." The idea of saying the word Succubus out loud was probably a very bad one considering Jasmine's warning about witchcraft...

"That sounds like something out of a fairy tale. Was it something like a pea pod growing in a magical forest?" Cindy's voice is light, but her face holds a more serious expression.

"More like made of steel and hooked to the floor with a glass front" Helena says snickering, "And powered by lightning" She says as an afterthought.

"Your world sounds strange. And you really want to... be like Jasmine?" Cindy says idly, "Now that I think of it, I can see the appeal."

Helena smirks and chuckles "Ya, I do. If for no other reason then to be less of a burden to the one person who has never let me down. Jasmine is closer to me then family Cindy."

As shadows created by the setting sun start stretching across the landscape, the caravan stops.The wagons are arranged in a circle and several large campfires are set inside it as people start preparing their dinners.

Helena walks for a while in silence, not minding Cindy's curiosity. As the shadows start to fall and the caravan circles up for the night, Helena sets about making dinner, just to take her mind off of things. At least the supplies were good and by the end of the cooking, a pretty decent stew was hot over the fire and Helena was passing out good bread to go along with it.

The wagon drivers seem to deliberate avoid the three girls, who find one of the campfires all to themselves. Cindy seems to be more at ease with Jasmine and Helena than she was before and Jasmine looks at the half-moon thoughtfully. "Who wants to sleep in the middle?"

Helena snorts into her stew, laughing loudly. "Cindy of course! new girl, short stick" Helena snickers and glances her way still grinning, poking her in the shoulder playfully.

Cindy blushes, looking at the ground. She doesn't seem to object, however. Jasmine is wearing a crafty smile.

"I know that smile Jasmine, What are you planning..." Helena says slyly. Generally when she was in one of her moods, everyone wound up exhausted...

Planning? Nothing, of course. At least for tonight." Jasmine flashes an innocent smile that makes even Cindy look at her suspiciously.

"You're so full of it its coming out your ears Jasmine" Helena says laughing again and finished her dinner, starting the clean up. Helena was pretty sure Jasmine was going to treat them both like an all you could eat buffet...

Everyone seems to be in a good mood, and the clean-up doesn't take much time. "I think I'll take a walk around the camp." Cindy says, stretching her legs.

"Alright, be careful and don't take candy from strangers" Helena said, taking a comfy seat on the ground staring into the flames.
