One thing I've noticed about the version of this link is that it is an older version then the ones before, by example the mastrubation scene has not been added.
Its just a small update that it is missing, nothing big really, just wanted to point out tho.

Are there secrets in these games? I thought I remembered some being mentioned elsewhere. I've beaten 1-2 straight through (I consider beaten to be finding all the upgrades in the left ladder and finishing all the right ladders.) is there more to do?

I think a cycle of update the old -> make new -> update old -> makenew etc. etc. would work quite nicely.

In the third game? Look up the thread "Mechanism Co-Adventure" and read it, that should explain it.
