Yea, it is once in a blue moon when a game gets really translated. That is why it is hilarious when I see people ask for a translation of a game, or only "english translated games," when you can count the number of decent ones that have been translated from japanese to english on one hand.

I don't think it will take 3 months about 95% of words were probably used in the first game so its just putting them in the game.

The difficulty in translating isn't the words themselves, but how they match up. I can go use 4-5 different translators and throw together a rough translation, but it won't make sense most of the time because of different grammatical rules. He has to go through line by line and make sure everything looks good contextually, what he finalizes as "X character says Y phrase to you" might look like "Y phrase X character to you" before he goes through and makes sure it makes sense.

This is also why for the game Violated Heroine, even though there is a fully translated "machine translation" I'd rather not play it because things don't come across in a manner that makes sense most of the time.

It will most likely take him just as long as it took him for the first game. Maybe a little less now that he has more experience between doing MGQ1 and working on VH now.

Also, just purchased and downloading now, I can't waitttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.

RogueTranslator is a god among men.

He translates more in a month than most fan-translation TEAMS do in a year.

I don't think anyone should have the right to complain about his work. He works hard and deserves all the praise I could possible give in a non-public setting.

i dont think it will work if your getting your data from the english one in part 1 rouge had to change the exe to translate...

Nice I was raging over this for quite a while till I read it here lol. And undine is that boss after slime queen? I dunno how to beat her D: I tried staying alive by attacking, gnoming guarding after she grabs me then repeating, I was hoping something epic would save my ass but nothing did. Now im frustrated here too.

Fucking herp derp found out how to beat Undine. You just have to have Sylph and Gnome active at the same time. I'm not sure if you can do that at the beginning but 1 turn before Gnomes power is about to go out Undine or Sylph or whoever will say something to you. Thats when you need to use Sylph's power.

My best reccomendation is to save as often as possible in the Undine fight so you don't miss your chance.
