Mei-Lien's careful approach paid off, allowing her to find an opening in the shapeshifter's attack, landing a powerful blow to its chest and then blocking the attack, getting in a kick to its left leg that nearly buckled it. "Very bad, you need to look at your way of standing a bit more..." Mei thought as she saw a clear way through the thing's guard. With a straight going right through to the shifter's chest, she catched a counter with her gauntlet, following it up with a brutal kick to the side of the knee. The shapeshifter turned to face Mei-Lien, panting and hacking as she got into a defensive stance.
