Getting into people's minds will enable our character to control people without resorting to magic, and B would possibly have Celestrials (angles) in the classes as either students or Teachers.
A geas is not that big of a deal, he can only ask us for one favor. His demand that a succubus becomes his personal sex toy seems to be more of a geas since our character's master did not order us to follow any of his orders.

Hmm... we've already a got an intuitive ability to manipulate, don't we? Plus, all the other students in that class'd probably be more aware of us trying to manipulate them... on the other hand, they'd probably be less quick to pick up on it, since, as they know the tricks, they don't expect themselves to fall for it.
Theology's students might take offense to our lewd behavior, setting them against us and making it harder for us to worm ourselves into their graces. What could we do with a theology degree? What opportunities would this class open? On the other hand, we could certainly use the whole "let's talk about religious stuff" as an opener with several kinds of people... seems like it'd need a lot of subtlety, though, as suddenly going "surprise! Let's do crazy satansex!" will totally backfire, and can totally out us.
Fuck it, I say 1A. We'll have learned skill with natural skill!
2c. Being at his beck and call will DEFINITELY fuck with our machinations - if we're in the middle of a plot and he calls us, we can't refuse, and everything will go up in smoke.
Breaking a deal with our only contact and with whom we share a boss is a bad idea.
I say we offer him, like, seven nights of mindblowing sex or something, with an additional one orgasm for him per (wording's important) week we're enrolled. He can call in those nights when he wants, and the 1 O/week bit will give us an opening to extract additional deals out of him. Especially if we word it so he doesn't get to choose when that O comes. Good, long ones for him, until we want something. Then we go orgasm-denial-mode. Or maybe just give him shitty quickie sex. If he runs out, we can always make another deal to get him more nights.
It should probably be a little prosier than "I'll make you cum once for every week I'm enrolled", though.

He seemed to consider this for a moment, staring down the front of the girls top and stroking his chin. "No, absolutely not," he finally decided, quite suddenly. "Such an agreement has potential to cause great disruptions to my daily routine and future plans. I cannot accept having to satisfy you whenever it suits you," he declares firmly.
"Mmm... and I can, can I?" she almost purrs. "You're already getting plenty of worth from your geas, I'm sure you're just trying to get a little something on the side, no? Well I'm happy to give it to you, as long as it's done in a less one-sided arrangement. With a grumble, he stood up and picked up the camera sitting on his desk. "Stand against the back wall and smile, it'll be over quickly..." he said with a sigh.
Decision Time!
a) Follow the instructions and get the pictures taken normally.
b) Keep a normal, innocent smile while he takes the photos, but out of frame start touching yourself naughtily.
c) After he has the first few shots, walk over and kneel before him, to give him something worth having pictures of.
d) Use the Spell of Thoughts

Sliding herself off the desk, Iniel made her way over to the wall gestured to her, and stood against it, smiling playfully. Austin moved around in front of the desk and took a moment to calibrate the camera, even as her hands slid down her torso and tugged on the bottom of her top. She found herself missing her tail, as it could easily be used in this situation to pleasure herself and as she thought of it, she became curious as to what it might feel like.
Still, she was stuck in this mortal shell for the time being, so there was no use wondering, she told herself. Although perhaps there's some kind of spell to allow her to alter this body... "And smile," Austin said, calling for her to be ready for the first shot. She gave a slightly playful smile, nothing too outrageous as the camera gave off a flash. And flicking up the bottom of her skirt, so did she, running her tongue across her upper lips.
As Austin shook his head and muttered something softly, she slipped a hand under the skirt and gave an involuntary sigh, closing her eyes as she felt her own fingertips brushing against her. She leaned back against the wall as she moved one foot up, sole flat against it, to give her more room to play and offer Austin a better view. "My face is up here..." she teased, causing him to raise the camera and she gave him a saucy smile and in a sultry voice softly said "Cheese."
Again there was a flash of the camera, and after a moment to bask in it, she began to drive her fingers into herself, moaning softly at the pleasure she caused herself. That she was doing this in front of one of her mistress' agents only added to her pleasure and she found herself fantasising about doing all sorts of things in front of ordinary people, perhaps even tempting them into joining in and forming an impromptu and very public orgy.
Another flash of the camera drove her back to reality. "Hey, who said you could take a picture?" she snapped at Austin, who simply chuckled and shrugged. Alas, such a fantasy would almost certainly cause problems to her cover identity and attract attention she didn't want at this stage. a) As annoying as the photo is, I'm sure a demon can get over it. Besides, a little bit of temptation for Mr. Austin, and anyone else he shows (perhaps the professor of our class?) and we need to get the contract finished.
