Currently, the EGG is unable to support anytime saving or loading. In order to accommodate for this, default settings make it impossible to quit from a game when the player is not at a checkpoint, so that game progress is not lost. When quitting from a checkpoint, progress will be saved, ready to be loaded the next time the player plays."

The message gave Synthia a massive boost of comfort.

Okay, just have to get to a checkpoint. I'm not trapped.

She decided that she would have to have a very stern talk to the development representative about emergency quitting procedures when this was all through.

Quitting the help menu and unpausing the game, Synthia wandered over to where Gerald was sitting on the cot. She was in no rush now to find a checkpoint, as she was suddenly liking the new found dom in her companion.

"You know... I've heard that ropes can be worn underneath clothes without restricting movement," she said, suddenly bold and wishing to try out things she'd only read about on the internet. "Since you like tying rope so much, I thought you might try it out with me before we set out again."

She bit her lip and watched him to see how he would react.

Gerald looks up to her, a glint in his eye. "Oh? What would make you think I happen to know anything about such things, Miss Rope victim?" he taunted her again, as he stood up.

"But you might be in luck." He started to unclasp her clothes. "As I think I've studied a little bit of ropework enough to know how to do that."

He had her strip for him, down to her underwear, which he let her wear, before tying the rope around her, settling into a harness where the rope covered much of her body, it was a good feeling, and as he tightened the crotch rope, she felt a bit warm, but it was more of a benefit now than a burden.

Dressing her back up, he gave her a kiss on the cheek as he pulled a hard to see rope hidden near her skirt, she gave an eep as she felt the crotch rope tighten.

(AP will now grant bonuses instead of penalties while in the harness and near Gerald.)

Synthia bit her lip and smiled shyly at him, and then happily did as he instructed. Stripping down to her underwear, she held out her arms and legs, positioning herself however he instructed her.

As the rope harness tightened about her body, she felt strangely empowered, as if she was owning the role of wearing the ropes. The feeling in her crotch was a good feeling, and the knowledge that Gerald would know she was fighting and exploring while in a harness made her feel as if she had him under a spell. She was the object of his desire, and even though she was the "victim" in all of this, she knew that he would treat her however she asked him to treat her.

He gave a firm tug at the rope underneath her skirt and she rewarded him with a startled 'eep!' Then swiftly, before he could pull away from kissing her cheek, she pushed her lips to his in a more passionate kiss, feeling into his mouth with her tongue.

She pulled away from the brief, but pleasant and wet kiss, and looked him slyly in the eye. With an adjustment to her feathered hat and a wink for Gerald, she turned towards the next doorway.

"Ready to continue on, rope master?"

Gerald laughs as he finished pulling his armor on. "I've heard rumor of a hidden garden in the ruins. I'm sure if we can reach it, it'll be a good spot to rest."

They continue onward, the door out of this room a short set of stairs leading upwards before curving.

Climbing up the stairs, they enter a room, they see a firepit in a corner, recently squashed out. This only gives them a moments warning before they're attacked.

Two nets come flying from the darkness, but the one thrown at Gerald simply misses, and Synthia manges to cut hers while it's still flying at her, leaving it in a heap at the ground.

Stepping from the shadows, Synthia and Gerald are standing back to back as two bandits approach.

(Forgot, as a result of the last battle, Synthia feels like a better dodger, she recieves a +1 bonus to defensive rolls as long as she's not entangled.)

The surge of adrenaline at the start of the battle mingles with the pleasant feeling of the ropes against her skin. If she kept on going into battle with this harness on, Synthia might soon start feeling a Pavlovian response to get aroused when fighting.

Might be fun...

"I'll take the ugly one!" she yelled out to Gerald, and immediately aimed a thrust with her sword at the nearest bandit.

Synthia waits, moving around a little so the robes rub against her, when her foe charges, she steps forward and gives a chop with her sword, the bandit surprised at her attack, tries to step out of the way, but she lands a good cut across his chest.

Gerald slashes at his own opponent, his training an expertise easily overpowering the poor sod. The bandit clutches his shoulder, cradling the powerful blow that Gerald had landed.

The first bandit rushes forward, trying to grab Synthia, but she's too quick, dodging out of the way, finding her rope tighten at the unexpected movement, she feels slightly aroused.

The second bandit tries to bring his mace down upon Gerald, who skillfully deflects the blow out of the way.

Synthia giggled a little at the pleasant warm feeling that the ropes were giving her. For the first time in the game, she was really enjoying the combat.

Synthia adopted a sideways stance as she studied her opponent. She decided that she would let him make the attack, then finish him off with a quick riposte.

Her body tenses as she waited for the most opportune moment to strike.

(Alright, interesting, I'll let you add your dodger bonus to the roll and give a +5, but you have to meet normal counter rules, which is beating them by a 15 or more)

Waiting for her opponent to make the first move, Synthia goes in a grin as she easily reads his lunge, stepping aside and slashing down as he rushes past her. The blade cuts into him through his armor, and he falls to the ground.

Gerald steps forward in pressing his attack advantage, for the bandit manages to get a lucky dodge out of the way.
(20 vs 4, ouch)
The bandit charges at Gerald, surprised by the ferocity of his attack, Gerald is unable to properly defend himself in time, as the bandit swings his mace right into his gut. A long clang as the armor absorbs most of the blow, but it looks like Gerald has the wind knocked out of him.

Synthia heard Gerald's grunt as the mace smashed into his armor, and spinning away from her still falling opponent, she rushed immediately towards the other bandit, determined to either finish him with a quick strike or at the very least distract him from doing further harm to Gerald.

Synthia looks at Gerald stunned, and turns her eyes towards the bandits, his face going cold when he looks at her. Running forward, she practically impales him on her blade, kicking him off as he falls backward. A just punishment for harming her new found friend and possibly lover.

Gerald managed to sit up, looking around. "Oh shit, what hit me? Daaamn that hurt. Let's rest for a moment, wonder if they have anything useful..."

Synthia checks Gerald over, relieved to find that he is okay. The sound of the impact made the wound seem worse in her mind than it was in reality. She touched him reassuringly on his shoulder.

"You rest, I'll search them," she said, and then went over to the bandit's dead bodies, stooping low beside them to search for anything interesting. The rope harness clutched especially tight as she did this, and she looked over at Gerald with a slight blush, wondering if he would notice, despite his current efforts at recovery.

Gerald watches as she bends over to search, watching her ass. He gives a grin as he notices her blush from the harness. He snacks a little on the rations as Synthia finishes searching.

Synthia meanwhile, has little luck with searching, finding only two rations on one of the bandits, and nothing on the other.

"Not too tough a fight," she said as she came over to him and deposited the found rations into his pack. "For once I felt like I was coming to your rescue."

She brushed back her hair and gave him a quick kiss on the lips.

My very own virtual lover. Every girl's dream... well, that and the pony daddy never bought me...

"Whenever you're ready, we'll go on," she said after he'd finished eating. "I'd rather we found this garden you speak of soon. I think we both need a bath... and you're going to be my personal scrubber."

She rapt him on his helmet playfully, and then got up and prepared to move on.

Gerald grins as she taunts him. "You'll be mine yet." he taunts back.

Moving down the hall, finding more stairs going up again, they see the doorway to the garden, but in front of it is a massive red slime. It seems to notice them, as it starts to move forward.

"Oh not, not this fucker..." Gerald starts

Synthia watches the red blob surge towards her, and in the back of her mind the final fantasy boss fight theme starts playing.

"You mean you've fought this thing before?" she asked hurriedly.

Without waiting for an answer she raised her sword and determinedly slashed into the monster with all her strength. Gerald's concern was becoming her own, and she wanted to end this fight quickly.

"You take the other side," she shouted. "Don't stop hacking until we meet in the middle!"

"Well not this one" Gerald returns. "But these red slimes are pretty tough, they can split into multiples and even heal damage. They're pretty tough to beat, but we should be able to handle it!"

Synthia charges forward, slashing at the slime. The slime deftly changes shape so the cut only meets air. Her hardness starts to pull, but she doesn't quite feel aroused just yet.

Gerald charges in right after Syn, bring his sword down on the red slime. It looks hurt, for the moment.
(12 vs 4+2)
The slimes surges forward, running over Synthia, engulfing her up to her waist. She starts to feel warm as the slime forms a hard spot and starts to grind at her nethers.
(17 vs 20+3)
The slime being large enough, it's able to split itself enough to effectively both entrap Synthia and try to attack Gerald. Part of it seems to turn into a hammer, trying to slam Gerald, but he managed to get out of the way.

Shoot - not the start I was looking for.

Grunting with effort, Synthia attempts to hack herself free of the slime's clutches, trying to pull away from it's grip and slice the gelatin immediately on either side of her with an "X" slice.

Synthia finds herself unable to get a proper attack off on the monster as it pulsates and grinds her still. Holding her hard so she can't get away.

Gerald continues to attack the slime, unable to make good progress, the slime being too nimble for him to strike.
(1 vs 3+2)
The slime tries to envelop Synthia more, but is unable to as she manages to slice away some of the encroaching slime.
(18 vs 11+3)
The slime forms part of itself into a hammer, as it slams into Gerald, he brings his shield up, but is still knocked around a bit, looking bruised.

It seemed to Synthia that the battle was truly on now, as both Gerald and herself were in the midst of dealing with separate assualts.

Synthia knew that a key to sucess would be to get her waist and legs free of the slime so that she would have more freedom of movement, and she continued to jerk and kick with her legs, reasoning that the more moving parts that the slime had to contend with, the more likely it's attention would be less elsewhere.

She wasn't certain that was how it worked, of course, but she decided it couldn't hurt to try. She continued to hack at the slime, remembering back to the easier version she had defeated before, knowing that enough solid strikes would dissipate the vile thing.
