Nookie was someone who kept making game promises to people, saying "I can do this or that" and such to help others but never followed through. He would then not only suck the e-dick of anyone who said they were making a game, but became a self-proclaimed attack dog on literally every one else, suggesting opinions were invalidated if people didn't make games.
Someone posted a game idea, and Nookie hijacked the person's idea and ran with it himself in the same thread. Anyone who suggested the game be something close to what they could have been talking about was shut down by Nookie's "No, this is the way things are." He then started responding to every single comment he didn't like by just quoting them and saying "No :|" and following it up with neg reps everywhere. Inc was the first to suggest his idea and get responded to with that no
I think I accidentally made him lash out, cuz when he made a suggestion, I responded with "No :|" but apparently, I must not have asked to use such a trademarked phrase. That's when he started with the neg reps on people.
He then started "blacklisting" people, but didn't actually use the ignore function. He just told you not to talk to him.
He was telling everyone else they were trolls for their suggestions. He then said that he was the one who made contributions, and everyone, EVERYONE else were trolls. Usually when you think the whole world is against you, it's really just you. So I did him a favor and listed all his contributions into one post here. I was blacklisted for my troubles, because I was "taking him to extremes" and I should shut up because I never considered making games before. Thank god he could read my mind on that one.
Turns out the idea he was pitching was an idea pitched by a member who has actually contributed and shown skills on projects before. When that member decided to wish us luck on this new project, Nookie criticized him by suggesting he really wanted it to fail. Again, he can read minds, and everyone is an asshole.
At this point, he left the comfort of the hentai section and started responding in Everything Else, with his usual "no" rhetoric, and had now picked up the logic of "LA LA, I can't hear anyone criticisms, you're all wrong" and just became a loud child.
He started spamming the rep thread with reaction pictures because he no longer had clever "no"s to throw out, and that was when he was banned. Nunu made a stance on the subject, and the rules say nothing should happen after such a stance. People still talked about it, Nookie included, so Nunu reiterated. Nookie immediately responded, and Nunu banned him

The only one causing drama is Inc by whining about it, and you by feeding him. "It inconveniences me" also is a pretty piss poor reason for administrative intervention.

Wasn't there a reason he was banned in the first place? FFS Nunu, I don't know about other people, but he's the reason I dropped off the face of the Earth the last time.

Several people have come and made compelling arguments and made reasons for why incubus should not be here.
I unbanned incubus from the shoutbox (he was not banned from posting) because it has been a considerable amount of time since he caused an incident, and accepted his punishments with good graces. In short i was giving him one last chance. The persistent hatred towards him does not change that, however i am also aware that it is not necessarily undue hatred.
My final decision is that if incubus is found to be the source of even a single incident after this point, I will consider him irredeemable.
To those of you who already think this, then it will probably be a matter of hours or days. If you consider that he is being an attention whore, speaking in an antagonistic fashion or otherwise causing undue drama, inform me and I will act immediately and never change my mind on the matter.
To incubus, many people consider my unbanning of you to be a mistake, I would appreciate it if you don't let them be right. It would probably also be best if you never show any negative reputation comments in here again unless they are of an entertaining nature.
edit: I also appologise for my knee jerk reactions to the start of this issue. Similarly i recieved a negative comment on a positive rep. I am a human being like the rest of you and i'll not punish anyone for neg repping me when they have good cause or a legitimate opinion, which in this case they did.

Of course I have been shown the logs of that person spewing forth vitriol at him for the past half hour before then with no provocation other than knowing he was listening. That ban that lasted for so long was only ever meant to be for a few hours or a day. Time to let him cool off. I'm not asking you to like him, but attempting to bait him will provoke harsh responses from me. Right now if negativity and incubus mix it will be poison, probably for him, but possibly for you.
