Alazais downs her whiskey with a wince, and is immediately swept up and off her feet. The girl is impossibly light, lighter even than her slim frame would indicate.

The giggles that follow her statement seem to belie this, though.

Barry's eyes wander over the crowd and stops at Kyle, quietly gathering evidence in the corner. . .
The warlock gets up, casually, and wanders into the general direction of Kyle. He comes to a halt right in front of him, seemingly staring into distance and lost in thought. "Hey man, can I get one of those polaroids? I'm. . . doing a collage of Matt's most fucked up moments." That's a lie, of course, but Barry's always been good at lying. He could lie straight to your face.

Kyle shrugs, then pulls a handful of shots from a pocket inside his jacket. "Take what you need. I've got more if need be. He deserves embarrassment for earlier."

From the sound of his voice, he doesn't care if Barry's lying or not. Just as long as Matt gets payback for earlier.

Matt laughs again as he begins to spin her slowly. He stays in the corner though, feeling that going into the crowd like that might've been a little too extreme for her.

Barry glances over and picks a polaroid that only has Matt on it. Wouldn't want to give some poor bastard a hard time. Or rather, a soft time. "Thanks. It'll be plenty embarrassing for him, at least." He pockets the polaroid and, failing to stifle a (fake) yawn, slowly wanders towards the exit.

Autumn chuckled a bit as she watched the antics. Matt made a bit of a scene after she had finished her little game, and she had seen him over by the punch not long after, so she figured he was up to something, but she didn't care. The few people who knew her probably thought it was her idea somehow, so she did what she wanted to do. Taking another sip of her punch, she reclined a little and watched the room with a smile.

The albino lurches from side to side for a moment, then corrects herself with some effort, sitting bolt upright to avoid toppling in any direction..

"Matt.. not sure if this.. is a good idea.."

Shortly after Barry left, Kyle ran out of film. He simply put the camera back, then checked his watch. He then began watching the room carefully, as if waiting for something...

Alazais dismounts, with a little more sway in her step than is perhaps usual, and smiles brightly at Matt..

"Thanks. I was becoming a little dizzy.. and with the lights and the people.. not a good plan... T-thank you, though. That was surprisingly.. fun."

She tops up her glass again, and raises it, without a toast this time, simply a smile.

For the briefest of moments, it seems the albino's snow-white cheeks have a little colour to them, but any trace of her blush is gone in the blink of an eye.

"Thank.. thank you. You're.. nowhere near as bad as everyone seems to think. I don't know why half the students are so terrified of your very approach..."

"Well that's pretty simple." Matt brings a hand in front of his face, covering all the features. He moves his hand to the left and an extremely dark facial expression is on his face. His classic angry janitor expression. "You keep screwin' around, and I'll give you something to laugh about," he says in a more deep, but still natural-sounding, voice.

He moves his hand to the right next, and a more lighthearted face appears. "It's all good though. I mean, who doesn't like to laugh once in a while?"

He puts his hand down and says, "Get it?"

Sho grinned happily as Siphon led her out to the dance floor, settling rather comfortably in his arms, though not so close as to draw the attention and ire of the stuffier chaperones, who, unlike Matt, didn't realize that resting your cheek on a guys shoulder would not get you pregnant. (Don't go there, Dark. I'm just giving Matt cool points.)

While they danced, she watched, curious, as the new girl that had been talking to Aya came up and spoke to her and Ian while the two of them danced. From the look on Ian's face, whatever she said likely wasn't too good. Not emergency status, but still not good. Ah well. Worry about it later, dance now.

Of course, there couldn't be the dance without at least one interruption, courtesy of Matt. Whatever commotion he caused soon quieted down and it wasn't long before she caught sight of another strange activity going on. Laughing, she tugged on Siphon's arm. "Look at that!"

She was, of course, pointing at Alazais, riding around on Matt's shoulder. If she didn't know any better, she'd swear the other girl was actually having fun. She grinned at her partner. "Looks like the party's infecting everyone."

Ian led Aya out to the dance floor and settled his one hand on her side in a relaxed hold. He ran through his brief lessons in his head, trying to remember if the blonde had mentioned to him if she'd danced before or not. Small matter. He'd just be sure to take things slow.

If Aya hadn't danced before, she was a quick learner, following his steps as he led her around for the slower ones. The faster dances didn't require anything fancy and they tended to just enjoy them however they felt like moving. It wasn't until they were at least a couple in before Autumn came up and warned them about the punch.

"Crikey," he muttered. "Man can't leave well enough alone." Thanking her for the head's-up, he put his attention back on his partner.

"Now this'll be interestin'. Do we partake an' feign ignorance or do we stick with canned?" It wasn't as though he hadn't sampled booze before. The question was now, well, did he want to again?

Siphon followed where Sho was pointing, and barely contained his laughter at the sight. Alazais did seem to be enjoying herself briefly there, and that amused him slightly. The moment lasted just that, a moment. Then he turned his attention back to Sho, only now noticing that part of his suit, where the pocket was felt heavier than normal ....



Aya thought for a moment then admitted, "never tried Alcohol before tonight, so I suppose it'll be a new experience hmm? How bad can it be?"

Little did she know.

Sho hasn't noticed the shift in his weight, just going back to enjoying the dance. Draw too much attention to Al and she might get embarrassed and not want to do it ever again. Small kudos to Matt, too, for helping her out. Little did she know about the drinks.

"Well, nows a good a time as any, Ah suppose. Again, can feign ignorance onit if they bust us." From his grin, he was going to give it a shot, too. The thought did occur to him, though, to 'tell his friends,' as Autumn had warned. Might not be a bad idea, since not everyone might be as accepting and understanding. To that end, he casually began leading Aya over toward Siphon, figuring his roomie, at the very least, had the right to know. Tell too many, though, and it'd get ruined. Not like they wouldn't be able to tell, eventually, anyway. "Business first," he told his partner. "Then pleasah." He grinned.

Alazais stares at Matt for a long moment, an expression of shocked horror creeping across her features.

"Y-Y-You... I.. can't believe I.."

She can't hold it, though, and her facade of horror snaps, the albino suddenly breaking out into uncontrollable giggles.

"I can't believe people are scared of that! You look like a teddy bear trying to make an angry face!"

Leo sat there, having had his attention grabbed back when the thud had sounded. During the spectacle of Alazais on Matt's shoulders, however, he had half a mind to make a vine crawl out of a corner and trip him. "That idiot is in for it." he says, finishing his punch and heading to the bowl, filling it and taking a sip, his eyes narrowing "Someone spiked the punch." he thinks, tasting the whiskey added in "He should have used Merlot. It hides better in punch." he thinks to himself, slowly making his way towards Matt through the crowd, stopping several meters and keeping his eyes on him

((Crap, retro-posting once again. I'll keep going, but just remember I won't mind at all if anyone has to break away from something I can't manage to answer. Best I can do.))

Isabella physically flinched at Art's outburst, then remembering that mini skirt's was one of the things that she usually wore.

"Oh no....please don't let him see me when I'm wearin one.." She mutters to herself more than to anyone else around her.

Now that the crowd of people was spreading to the dance floor Isabella let out a sigh of relief. "So...uh...why would your....family hate..him?" Isabella asks Grace as she signalled to Art.

"Oh, they're just allergic to fun or anyone that doesn't fit their views of how people should act in public, or "polite company". They'd have a heart attack if that happened at one of their morbid parties. This is much better." Grace says in response to Isabella, then trying to sip an empty cup. "Hmm..."

Grace who has been right next to the punch bowl the entire time with her back to it had amazingly failed to properly notice everything that had happened to it, as well as missing Autumns tip off. Taking a large sip from her new cup her face screws up in surprise before one eye opens to peer into the differently coloured drink. "Hey did someone spike the alcohol with punch or somethi... holy crap is that Alazais over... up there?"

"Oh that," Art says, letting out a laugh. "Just me having a bit of fun." Art's attention was then directed towards Al and Matt. "Oh man, look at that idiot go!" Art let out another laugh. He then spots Kyle taking pictures. "I'm gonna have to get one of them from him later on."
