Selena laughs and waves to her clone,

"We'll have a rematch later then~" She turns around and surveys the room, walking up to the door and getting out her tools again, "Hm... might take awhile, but I'm in no hurry~" She begins to work, taking a little more time this time around.

At first, Selena goes in with her picks, and before she could even work the first tumbler on the steel door, her pick snaps...

(Second try save)

After failing the first time, Selena managed to find her old pick still jammed inside, holding a tumbler, and pulls out another pick, and gets back to work, finding herself much more successful this time around, as the door unlocks...

When the door opens, the weaponry inside was very impressive. 12 gauge shot guns, 9mm handguns, tazors, ammo for their respective weapons, as well as body armor, and helmets with visors were the contents of this jackpot...

Selena looks over the cache and puts on the body armor and the helmet, one of each weapon, as well as additional ammo for the guns, trying to make sure she didn't overload herself,

"Welp, I think I'm ready for war now."

Putting on all that gear, made Selena aware that she felt as if she was carrying over one hundred pounds....

(Selena is carrying too much. She can't run, her dodging ability is lowered, and traveling costs more stamina.)

Selena sighs and drops the pistol as well as the ammo for it, she also considered dropping the shotgun shells unless she absolutely had to, she wanted to keep the shotgun with her...

With three weapons in her pack, the frail frame of Selena was already carrying a lot, and could not possibly carry the heavy armor. However, she could at least carry the shotgun, but she'd have to strain a little, as her pack would be quite heavy...

(I want to contribute to this, but I don't know if there's a difference between what we can carry like for us to use and what we can carry just for the purpose of taking it back to the inn. Like, if i could carry the armor back without it being on me. or something)

(It's just the overall weight your character's muscles can handle. With the heavy armor on her body, Selena can't walk as fast when she's also carrying a bag filled with three weapons, and a few other misc. light stuff.)

Selena looks around and ditches the shotgun, deciding she would prefer her trusty rifle anyway,

"Grab what you can and let's get the hell out of here!~"
(By dropping the shotgun she is now underweight yes?)

(k, that doesn't really key me into what I can actually take without going through trial and error. Again, am I able to carry armor without wearing it?)

(Well... It's mostly the armor that's weighing her down. She could take the shotgun, but the armor weighs 30 pounds, and Selena's no penalty movement limit is 50 pounds...)

(ok, so it's obvious we take as much as we can respectively carry without harm. Is Jo able to carry armor and a shotgun? If so, how much more could she handle? Some shells for it or maybe a handgun?)

Selena CAN go over that limit, she just won't be able to move as fast if she goes a little over. If she goes over 100% over the limit, then she'll be slowed to a walk at best, and be pretty much unable to dodge, unless she used a turn to drop her pack.

Anyway, onto Josie's things, so Toxic can pick out what he wants as well.

Josie's items:

Josie's no penalty carry limit = 37.5

Clothes --- 1

Fire Axe --- 4

Total weight = 5

(Wait... I had a machette and a handgun? Since when? )

Selena smiles and walks to a corner of the room, removing her old clothes and putting on the body armor so that her buldge wouldn't be seen. She ditches her old handgun and reloads her rifle, she also swaps her machette for a taser, prefering the smaller handheld weapon for it's ability to stun.

"If possible, grab an extra shotgun for me, I probably won't be able to carry it." She looks aroudn the room for a dufflebag, or perhaps a box, something they could push or pull back towards the inn.

Jo raised her head to see Selena walk off a bit, and then returned her eyesight to the inventory when she saw her start to change.

"Well, if we are concentrated on just the shotguns, that should be fine, we won't have to worry about other weapons and we could carry more armor."

Making sure she had enough room on her person, Jo took some body armor(5+15), remembering that Jesse said she was running out of any types of clothes, as well as two shotguns(20+16), one that Selena requested and one more for anyone at the inn, and 15 shells.(36+1.5)

"Dixie, I got Selena's shotgun and an extra for the inn, if you want one, feel free, but make sure ya got enough spare shells. Also would be a good time to restock on your pistol if you still want to keep it."

As Selena slips the armor on, she feels a certain lack of movement immediately annoy her...

(Class IIIa Armor moderately encumbers the character when worn, but only induces speed penalties. It does not drain extra stamina during travel.)

Josie packed as much as she could into her pack, and strapped the two shotguns over the pack, literally attaching them to it.

Dixie manages to smile a bit, and goes to town on all the gear laid before her. She grabs a set of armor, and puts it on over her clothes, while not bothering with the helmet. She grabs a shotgun, and ALL of the ammo she could fit into her pack, stuffing it with shells. And finally, she ends her raid by grabbing five tazors, "These'll come in handy for other women," she thinks aloud.

Selena smiles and walks out the room, holding her rifle at ready as she looks around,

"Let's hurry back~ I want to show my armor off to the inn people~"

Getting her pack and stuff ready, Jo lets out a little smile as a familiar melody comes to her head. The more she can't get rid of it, the harder it is to suppress her own laughter from it. She lets out a line from it quietly before humming it aloud.

"Our finest gifts we bring. pa rum pum pum pum"

Keeping it quiet, she continued on with the song as she headed towards the stairs.

*I wish I could have had her start singing a better song, but I guess this will do for now*
