Iris and Emily backed away from the slime, as it led them down the stairs, out of Azure's view.

Azure, however, was backing up the stairs, and did not notice anything familiar about the slime, other than the fact it was made of slime.

"Tear them up!"

Azure called out, with a slight pang of regret. Despite it all, she didn't actually mean any of the creatures harm, but it never really settled in quite so sharply as when confronted with the slime that copied female form.

Azure half closed her eyes with a soft whisper.

"I'm sorry. I hope this is as painless as possible..."

Taking cautious aim, she let a single shot loose aiming straight for its organs, hoping it would end the creature fast.

(Aimed shot at the creature's center organs.)

Seeing the slime head towards her and hearing Azure give the signal Iris pulled her 9mm out and aimed at the slime coming towards her and Emily. Iris fired three bullets at the biggest organ, praying they would land and kill this foul things. Iris muttered to herself and she shoy-

" Please hit..."

Seeing that the Iris was no longer being passive to the slimes she took aim. She thought that the best tactic would be too not aim for the same organ in the slime that Iris was aiming for. She tried to see her aim and go for a different organ.

"You chose the wrong two girls to fuck with today."

(Azure attacks, aimed shot)

Though she aimed carefully, Azure's shot barely missed as it's organs wavered back and forth in it's body.



(Iris attacks, three shots)

As the organs wavered around in it's body, Iris missed all of her shots.



(Emily attacks, two shots)

Only Emily's first shot hit, but the bullet seemed to be slowed down to a crawl, as it only graced the edge of one of it's organs.

Emily reached for another clip...



(Enemy attacks)

The slime's body reaches out for Azure, but she barely manages to escape it's grasp.

Through Iris's wild gun shots, the slime quickly approaches her, and wraps itself around her body completely, pulling her down to the ground, face up.

Azure hissed at the slime creature angrily, showing her unwillingness to be mated with today, and quietly hoping that the slimes would take a hint, especially after the bullet struck it so violently while she backed up the stairway to try to keep one step ahead of the creature.

"Don't leave the stairwell! If the thing starts to drag you off, yell out what floor you're on!"

She yelled it out for the others while glaring at the slime creature again, bearing her gun onto it and adjusting her aim to try to hit one of it's organs this time as she whispered a quiet plea.

"Just go away... don't make me harm you... please..."

Her second of hesitation was brief as she continued to retreat, but unless the creature ran away on the spot, she would fire another aimed shot, prepared to put the creature down.

(Aimed shot again. Unless the creature retreats.)

Emily seeing her friend Iris get attacked by the slime started to get pissed. She desperately want to get this thing off of her. Seeing her bullet come to halt inside the slimes body made her realize it wouldn't be a good idea to waste time to reload. She took out her sword in an aggressive stance and tried to aim for organs that weren't on Iris' body. She yelled at the slime -

"Get the fuck off her!"

Iris gritted her teeth as she slime captured her and pulled her to the ground. Emily seemed to be getting upset and Iris wasn't all to happy herself. Iris felt like an idiot for trying to shoot the slime instead of trying to slash at it. Iris took in a deep breath, trying to keep herself calm. Iris decided now would be a good time to try and slash this slime. iris muttered-

" Get off of me..."

Iris attempted then to reach for her sword and slash at the slime holding her to help get herself free.

It doesn't back away, it keeps approaching Azure.

(Azure attacks, Aimed shot)

Azure's bullet hits one of it's organs, as it slightly backs away from Azure.



(Emily attacks)

Emily's sword cuts through one of it's organs, it is appears to have been stunned.



(Iris attacks)

Iris attempts to work her sword hand around inside the slime, but she finds it difficult to move.


(Both slimes have been stunned from pain)

Iris hated this. Being stuck and unable to do anything. Iris was about to get frustrated when Emily slashed the slime. Seeing that the slime had been stunned from the slash Iris decided now would be a good time to try and escape. Iris then used her strength to try and escape this slimy freak. As iris began to escape she said-

" Get off..."

Emily was glad she managed to at least stun it. She wanted it dead though. Iris was trying to escape now and she hoped that Iris managed to get away. Emily attacked again in an aggressive stance hoping to make it easier for Iris to escape.

"Die you piece of shit."

Azure took a slow breath, hopping a few steps further up the stairwell, she hesitated for a moment from the fact that the slime was finally retreating. She took aim upon the creature again and almost winced at what she was about to do.

"Run away already... flee... get out of here and don't return... You've got to have other things you can eat... you've got to have other things you can do... you... just please don't make me kill you."

She found herself hesitating again, staring across the creature and its injury, hoping it wouldn't come after her again, looking it over, trying to understand it, but ready to defend herself again if necessary.

(Azure begins to examine the creature. She fires on it if it makes any hostile actions again. (Assuming this is an acceptable option. If not, she simply fires at it again, aimed shot.))

As Azure sees it approaching again, she fires once more.

(Azure attacks, aimed shot)

Another bullet ran through the slime, but it still lived as it retreated once more in pain.



(Emily attacks)

In Emily's attempt to not hit Iris along with the slime, she barely missed her mark.



(Iris attempts to break free)

Iris was almost free of the slime, until it enveloped what parts of her body managed to escape again.



(Enemy attacks)

Iris felt the warm slime touching in places she had concealed with her armor, as she watched her armor begin to disintegrate quickly.

(Iris's armor status: Orange)

Azure whispered quietly.

"I've given you every chance to stop. To run. To get away. Are you really so deadset on coming after me..."

She came to a realization, the creatures seemed to be almost mindless, even if the one back at the inn was an exception, it didn't change the situation with this slime or the rest of the beasts that roamed around with intent to harm the girls, herself included.

She inhaled slowly, held her breath firmly, and took her gun in both hands, the sights lined up on the creature that she'd tried so hard not to harm.

"That... was your last chance... You really are a mindless beast..."

Azure pulled the trigger.

Iris felt it. Her armor was getting weaker and weaker, She wasn't going to last much longer. If Iris was squirming and trying to get out then Emily was going to have trouble slashing the slime and not hitting her. Iris took a deep breath and stopped moving. Iris looked to Emily and said-

"I'm going to stop moving... You'll have a better chance of killing this thing like this..."


* Iris stops moving to make killing the slime easier on Emily.*

Emily considered Iris' words. She didn't want to hurt her but she wanted her to escape as well. She didn't know what to do but if this is what Iris wanted then she'd do it.

"I'll try to get you out quickly Iris."

As Azure fires once more, the slime stops moving as the bullet hits it one last time, it's slimy body becoming limp, and spreading all over the floor.



(Emily attacks)

Emily, with the help of Iris, manages to cut threw it's organs once more. It began to bleed, but seemed to be clinging to life by a single thread.


(One slime died, and the other was stunned again.)

The slime was about dead. Iris figured she should stay still and wait for Emily to finish the job. As Iris kept still she said-

"Quick... Finish it off..."

She raised her sword above her head. She was going to make it come down with all her might. This thing was going to pay for trapping her friend.

Azure walked down the stairs, examining the slime as she went, remembering its movements and how it tried to come at her, no longer feeling pity for the creature, but worried for what it could do to her or the other girls now.

"Come to think of it... you may make a good subject for further testing."

She reached into the blob and tried to feel around for its organs and body, wondering what kinds of things the creature could do.
