A new "busty" game is out. Not sure if it's good or bad, but still. Maybe somebody will try a demo right now and write his opinion.

I just hope its better then magicka... Except from the art i wasnt impressed by magicka. It was abit short for my taste and easy. You can finish whole game within few hours and thats including finiding most of the content it has. Still compared to most of rpg maker games it was great but not even close to the best ( in my opinion ) rpg maker game "Virgin Island".

To this day im still wondering why that guy isnt making any other games. Sales for Virgin Island were great and he should have gotten alot of money.

number of sold copies: 6332
Price per 1 : 1575 yen ~$16.38 ( US-JPY then and now should be somewhat same )

6332 * 16,38 = $103718,16 - dont know how much goes to dllsite but this is a pretty good sum of money for one game. If you include other sites he also sold the game at it should be even more then this.

9usd x 3098 =$27,801 usd/ £18,348 gbp


wow...that's a lot...


also for that price it's roughly 10 dollars for the authors cut so 63,320 usd

I've heard (not sure) that its like half but you have to also account for like how much effort and time that goes into these. Also Magicka also had a physical release. Although I wasn't the biggest fan of their art style (those nipples), I liked the game style like how there were series of events that made up a side story. Virgin Island had it too but it wasn't as in depth like Magicka because in Virgin Island there were simple follow ups. Also I liked how the multiple ends actually took you to different places depending on what you did instead of just having different h stats.

The rio sequel seems pretty interesting because the first one was pretty good even though it was short.
