Because some enemies love to stack those on me and there is not much I can do with Japanese and all. And the hook translations either crash the game or simply don't work for me.

There's also a door in top top right wall of the snow city that has one.

Btw. there is no need for a cheatengine.
If you get to the point there der Green Girl runs away, you head into the Desert and at the 2nd screen is a i guess Testing Npc (Yellow Hair, Red Amor)
If you talk to her, you get maxed out to Lvl 99. (She dont react, just standing sprite)
