Yup, the CG quality in his games are always top quality. I hope we can also see that quality in his next title sprites.

So far the only issues I have with the game is with it being to easy and being raped doesn't seem to do any damage to you. Normally I'd bitch about a game being too hard but damn, it took me 5 minutes to die purposely to the fairies on normal mode.

I like the NPC rape, including the fairies with the slimes and the survivor being raped if she gets reached by zombies is pretty cool.

But like foamy said, it's really hard to lose, at least on the normal difficulty.

I actually ended up playing it on hard mode and it's actually challenging, err well the spikes are at least... The spikes were the only things that hurt me other than the occasional stray bullet. Also the shotgun sucks and the machine gun is broken.

Currently the only CGs are for:

First boss

Plant

Slime

Everything else has a generic game over screen. I also found it really easy except for on hard difficulty, that's the only time it was engaging.
