Don't know if it's really in the right place (if not, be free to move / delete it).
But I've seen a number of comment about translation and author / dl site action about game beeing fan made translated.
I don't really know DLsite's position on this, but just at the same time I noticed a recruitement icon on the english dl site... look like dlsite is looking for part time translator for the english part of the site :
don't say anything about adult work or not (but the link if avaible on all dl site page).
Sadly, seem like you need to know both english and japanese (as well as live in japan). So don't think there will be lot of interested peoples.
