Set Char Set to Japanese for CommonEvent.dat file and translated some information, but whenever i launched the game it came up as a black screen and after awhile closed the game.
Does anyone know why does it do that and what would be the correct way of translating?

It's most likely official - just not yet. Kagura games got a deal with Accerola. They are about always translating the lastest work as well as an older work from accerola at the same time.
For now, they haven't made an announcement about this game, but there still a lot of work untranslated from the circle.
Do note that although they are translating old work, there no anoucement saying they'll do all works.

As for this fan translation, there've been so long since an upadte that it won't likely get any more update from the original translator.
