Can I get the game translated into MTL back to the original?

I've seen some of the games I've been looking for have been translated into MTL.
But first of all, I ask here because I want to know the content in the original language.

Unless the patch writer included an undo patch (I do), or otherwise left the original files intact, like is possible with kirikiri, then you will likely need to obtain the original unpatched game.
