Granted, it's not wx, so it's not cross-platform (but I don't think too many people play RM games on mac or linux or some other OS, or in a way where they are unable to run windows apps)

Would add save editor functionality if I get around to figuring out how to implement marshal in C# , or write a ruby GUI...
Or use iron ruby I guess for the ruby engine and then just figure out how to pass data back and forth between C# and that ruby engine. Since I already have the data files indexed by offset it would just be a matter of reading the data using ruby and then the entire database can be referenced by the save file to produce correct names and everything. You could then add items to your inventory, add skills, etc.

Though if I knew how to hook into the rgss###.dll I MIGHT be able to just use that?

Would love to figure out how to hook into wpfcrypt.dll so that I can easily unpack games like RADLUX without actually figuring out the compression/encryption.

Ah thank you! someone mentioned that the game LOOKED like his but it wasn't, thanks for clearing that up. Unfortunately that game suffers froom the problem ALL his games do, great premise, bad execution and few scenes. Not that the GAME is bad, it's just not what I'd hoped

Tried to unpack a couple Fusion games. Found the data archives. Got stuck.

No offense to the law system, but dlsite's loli tags are not always accurate, especially since almost all games containing girls with boob size less than B can be considered loli. To be honest, anime itself is created by combining the most identifiable traits on people and combining them for a maximum cute, sexy, or evil effect, whatever works (i.e. the fat, unclean, nerd-looking dude that rapes girls in certain games for maximum shame + evil effect).

As an example, human body is built to recognize age/emotion by the eyes relative to the face (and many other factors I have chosen to ignore right now, because I'm not writing a research paper). And large eyes literally makes things cute but also makes it look like it is loli quite easily. It used to be as long as the author states the girls are 18 everything's fine, but if the U.S. is going to just look at boob & body size then seriously, there is not really anything you can omit from loli.

I mean, technically Rukia is one-hundred and something years old so she's definitely old enough to do whatever she wants, but I see her tagged as loli sometimes and I'm just like "ugh! You can't do that!"

To stay at least slightly on topic, RJ100030 is loli, because the author says it is, I hope the author realizes that this is not helping him sell or market his game in the US in any way, though on a side note it was probably not intended to be marketed in the US anyway.

I don't care for forum ranks, I just particularly liked Sex Demon, Tentacle Monster is not bad which is better than being called Mystical Girl even tho I had a rank named after a game. Other than that, 10 posts or 10000 posts won't make a difference, just funny to see it there.

I can't moderate "El temperamento algarviense" because for one, I'm not Algarviense, Algarve is south of Portugal, I'm from Lisbon which is the capital, riiight at the center, also "El temperamento algarviense" is writen in Spanish, the correct sentence in Portuguese would be "Esse temperamento Algarviense". Also I didn't get the part where they don't understand what I mean with 100%? Well, 100% is one hundred percent, the totality of a percentage, the whole cake if you were to divide the cake in pieces.

I like Omnipresent better.

I've been thinking maybe it would be nice to write a patching tool where you just throw a bunch of translated data files at the tool and then click "patch" and then it will go ahead and basically construct a new archive.

But then what's the point. People can just unpack the archive and replace the data files themselves. I mean I guess it would be for instructional purposes only as practice writing a re-packer.

Yeah,they are making tutorial right now,and will post another status update later in august.
They are using the days time system this time instead of phases(morning afternoon night,and days in general).
Also they are thinking about making certain places(like prostitution places, places for other similar events,and shops) open only on certain days of the week(like on weekends and such).

On a side note i hope that they will make a demo soon(with that tutorial section in it at least).

That sounds good until you consider that this means that being not tagged as loli is insufficient, and it means that looking not-loli is insufficient, AND that "looking loli" can be incredibly abused by zealots, of which we have plenty here.

We don't have any sort of rational system here at ULMF, no matter how people want to pretend otherwise. The ACTUAL system we have is: "If someone doesn't attack it before 2 pages of comments are written about it, then it isn't loli". Before that 2-pages mark is passed, not even tits and pubic hair is sufficient to stop a lolinazi. After that 2-pages mark is passed, you could have a 11-year-old in a gangbang and it wouldn't be sufficient to get the thread shut down (actual example:the Sengoku Rance thread).

So, the system we actually have offers no protection whatsoever except to let censors get their rocks off. Any government lawyer who wanted to shut this site down would not find any shortage of evidence to do so.

Which has to be an acceptable state of affairs because it's inevitable: most humans live in a fantasy world in which their desires are facts, except that it annoys me when the censors act like they know what they're talking about.

EDIT: One other thing to think about: We have a terminology problem in these kind of discussions: Remember that the ACTUAL PHRASING of the ban is "underaged characters (or characters that appear underaged) in sexual situations". That is more inclusive than the term "loli" that's being thrown around. Keep that in mind, ok?
