nah, doesn't really matter what compression tool dlsite use. what matters is the decompression tool we use that can correctly translate the compressed files, and from my experience, even under japanese locale, 7zip has a higher percentage of accurately extracting the files with correct characters compared to winrar, and 7zip is free while winrar isn't

Hope it works...uploaded faster than normal. I quickly tested it and seems fine, but could be wrong.

Both are free me believes... I got both, and not payed for either.... ^^

But yeah, 7zip imo is better as wel....

I'm a computer engineer, here's some trivia lol, I know my way around, my OS is just, well, cracked to the core ;\

There's nooo way around this specially Windows not being open source and all.

My computer battery CR2032 also got fucked up, that might be it (why it doesn't assimilate when I restart). (99% sure this is the reason, doesn't explain APPLocale tho).

GETTING A NEW COMPUTER, THAT OUT OF THE WAY, needed an upgrade anyway.

But THIS, is the ONLY reason you don't see me post some games, like BFRPG etc. etc. etc. because my uploads get fucked, I still got 30 games or so to post, that DON'T need applocale or changing the system language to play, but I'll be able to upload EVEN MORE games.

In the regional settings, you have "Install files for complex right-to-left languages" and "install files for East Asian languages" enabled, right?

I also usually go and enable all of the japanese fonts individually, where you change system languages.

I remember there also being an option about extending the support for languages to all programs or something like that (might have been where you can choose your keyboard layout).

Not to sound like I'm doubting your ability, just double-checking.

Mine is uploaded, I'm just testing if it works, I posted one game that I tried, and I didn't want to upload because I haven't finished it yet (I nerd the games, usually I finish them REALLY fast and then upload) and THAT ONE GAME where I wasn't SURE if it was 100% working, guess what happened after the first hentai scene? (Thanks for playing, it's trial), well that's my name and my links, so I'm responsible if they suck and one thing I promised when I started posting the mediafire mirrors, is that they would be 100% functional.

I settle for no less because a community like you guys deserves no less.

If something else is the problem, then I can't think of how it could be causing it (like the GUI somehow messing things up seems like a very far-fetched idea to me).

Thank GOD I didn't upload mine, just got a crash due to a parallax, didn't even knew this file existed, if you go to the parallaxes folder (inside graphics) there's a picture that looks like inside an house in the past, can anyone give me the name of that file? Thanks.

you should've anyway, so i could've tested if it would also crash on my side, cause i'm positively sure, as long as you uploaded the exact file you got from dlsite, then people shouldn't get the moonrunes error. anyway, gonna go play it now!

Yes, that one, got through that part, just confirm me something 'cuz of boxes, in your /BGM folder, you should have 5 japanese files, one starts with 19 (the name) and its 7kb, then there's 3 in a row that are 17, 47 and 2kb's respectively, can you tell me the name of those 4?

Also I have this RJ098667 but I need Oiz to unmoonspeak the files for me too xD

Here's the deal with my computer, follow me on this:

When I switch to Japanese, it switches me back to Portuguese, REGARDLESS OF WHAT I DO. If I click apply, if I click ok, if I restart, IF I MAKE A NEW USER, doesn't matter, switches me back to Portuguese.

However, I have the language pack installed, so if I name the files myself the computer assimilates it, with proper Japanese. But winrar doesn't, so when it extracts, it extracts in moonspeak and I have to fix it, following?

Applocale could be used to run winrar, but Aplocale says I don't have the language pack installed, juicy uh?

Trust me I've spent HOURS trying to figure this out, not worth it, better just install new OS.

Just wondering does it let you switch to other languages or is the problem only with Japanese.

It's Portuguese (from Portugal, not Brazil) by default, it doesn't let me switch to any other language.
