Does anyone have any idea whats in common between the four and what I need to do to get them working? I want to play them badly, especially the first 3.

Well, what kind of windows are you running? And are you changing the environment into Japanese mode, or are you just trying to run these games via applocale?

I remember having similar problems (with not being able to see any font). I don't have that problem anymore, but I do remember it frustrated me at the time.

Currently, I play on Win7-64 bit. And to get some games to (not crash) run, I have to turn off DEP for them. It's a pain, since I have to do it for each one).

Oh, right. I run Win 7 32bit. all the games start up find and I can get into the games themselves but no font anywhere. I tried running them just from windows and through AppLocale - effect is all the same. I am not running windows under Japanese settings - is that the main issue for those 4 games? If so - is there a work around so that I don't have to switch my locale every time I want to run these games? ... I remember someone saying something about a 'virtual machine' or something.
AppLocale seemed to work fine for me until just about recently

why change the locale all the time? i'm always using japanese locale. win-7 (64bit) seems to be more compatible this way. it's not like i ever encountered a problem forcing me to switch back to my native locale.

Lucky you! This didn't work for me though. Although I have no squares - I just have no text at all anywhere in the game - its all blank. And its not only this game but all of this author's games:RJ035000 RJ052839 RJ080939 and another different one - RJ081446

Which RPG Maker RTP's do you have installed? His games use the japanese RPG Maker XP, maybe you can try reinstalling it.

I am talking about the KINGDOM OF MASOCHIST game.
I have beaten Furyure (Furia?) too and even defeated the main enemy, Ruruka, and am on 38th level at the moment. But I am stuck at the entrance to Ice cave (to beat the second enemy by hierarchy of strong foes): I am asked for password in Japanese script by female soldier. Could somebody share a save file just after passing this guard who asks for the password (since I know from my experience in another game that inserting Japanese signs in typing even a right password may not work on non-Japanese computers).
Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your attention.

Unlike many other games recently mentioned, this game is very, very interesting with excellent plot and a lot of fresh ideas, intriguing mini-quests and their unexpected, non-standard solutions. I am afraid, it was overlooked in the Forum.
It is highly recommended.

Which RPG Maker RTP's do you have installed? His games use the japanese RPG Maker XP, maybe you can try reinstalling it.

I have five of them installed:
2000, 2003, VX, XP and VXACE

those are the only ones I know of...

And I tried uninstalling and reinstallinf all of them...

Like talk to girl who get diseased in ice town(like NW side house. game deleted not sure...), then go dungeon in ice town find something for her, if get teleport stone from her can challenging boss.

I have five of them installed:

Maybe can try check other RPG maker game if it have fonts file(like ninja quest), put umeplus-gothic.ttf to your windows\fonts\ , if not work del it better.

Maybe can try check other RPG maker game if it have fonts file(like ninja quest), put umeplus-gothic.ttf to your windows\fonts\ , if not work del it better.

I found this font in the RPG VX RTP folder, however moving it to fonts folder didn't help...

Of course you can get pregnant in the demo.
I got pregnant after the 4th or 5th rape. (By a worm-thingy)

Thankfully, unlike the last game, the CG seem to only change with corruption and not equipment this time so you don't have to change 5 different color panty to get 100% CG...

Well, i kinda liked the part where the CG changed with the clothing.
Makes the clothing system feel more important. (And I like clothing systems.)

in my opinion, clothing system like in mahou shoujou ruruka is much better, because h-events heavily depend on what you wear, most of them only activating when you're wearing a specific clothes. And here they could just draw two kinds of underwear of 2 types: covering much and covering little. Instead, we get differently coloured underwear of one type

I can't find a way to pull the lever which my character is standing at.
Right now i have 4 characters with me: Ried(Main char), Nina(Blue haid woman), Eloi(Masked Dude) and Thomas.

At these levers(2 of them) they say that one specific person can pull them.
The one not shown in this picture was pulled by thomas, but none of my group members can pull this one.

Reading the text on that sign next to it didn't help me either.

In RJ081749 what is actually the point of having sex or raping the party members? Leveling seems easy enough and doing this just drops one of the characters to level 1 while only increasing some stat by one.

There is an area South-East from the beginning town with few dozen different girls. After beating them, is there a way to recall the CG?

Also, what are all the options available when talking to the girls who are available as party members? One is to include/exclude them from your current party and one is to buy hp/mp, but there are some options where you can f.ex choose values from 1 to 22. What do those do?


Quite some questions, but this is honestly one of the better RPG maker games that I have played CG-wise (and the amount of them is massive) so I'd like to understand it bit better.

Eh, I wrote that after playing for a short time with the game, so I figured out a lot of things later.

And it seem there might be CG that depends with clothing change afterall? So far I got 3 from normal rape, 3 from pregnant rape, and at 20 corruption she still refuses to go naked so I don't know how many count will go up from naked rape.
But this only matter with the body part, the headgear seem to stay on regardless of whether you have it equipped (unlike the previous one's mix n match)

Hey Aeola.

The more levels that are consumed via rape or sex, the bigger the bonus that goes to either the PC or the girl. I figured out that usually if you rape, the bonuses go toward your own character. And if that leads to a pregnancy (sex=20), the bonus to stats goes to him. That was one area I was confused about when I played it. And, I'm not sure what the idea is to always reduce things back to level 1, but I figure as time goes on, the characters will improve.

About the town, some of those girls are generic combatants. The pictures look nice, but I think there might be other places you'll see the exact-same girls. At the end of the area, there's like three identical ninja girls you can battle with, and they all have the same CG. So, that's why I assume even though they seem unique, they're just enemies to fight and rape. I'm not sure how to recall the CGs.

Hey, have you ever managed to buy HP/MP for a girl? I've tried that option lots of times, but it always fails, mentioning something about not having enough +.

The 1-22 slots are like boxes you can put the girls into, for storage. I'm not sure why you would want to, but you can only have three active in your party at the same time, so maybe you just get too many to deal with easily. There's also CCS that the guy mentions in his blog, and it mean Character Change System. I'm not sure what it does, but I think you can eventually 'edit' girls.

I like listening to the music too. Not the ranch music though.

all the text in the game doesn't show up: not in the main menu, not in dialogs, not in the in-game menu.
Just in case I reinstalled all the four RPG maker RTPs that Aika posted in the very first post of this thread but that didn't help.
As far as I know this game relies on Standard RTP (which should be RTP XP) if that helps.

Maybe the links in Aika's post are old and I need newer versions...? Anyone has any ideas?

You probably need to have the RGSS103J.dll file in the directory of the game. Or, if you do have it in directory, you may need to delete it. RPG Maker XP is weird like that.
You can get the .dll from the RPG Maker site, just go to the bottom of the page and there should be a link to "RGSS103J.exe". That's a self-extracting file that has the dll.
