I just figured it out.
HAPPY END:
Beat three bosses and hidden boss in dungeon 3. Have 500 Fame or 12k. Never lose virginity.
TRUE END:
Same as happy end, lose virginity. (Kicked me into start menu after telling me I got the ending.)
BAD ENDs:
Be a slut and the mayor will use you (two bad ends)
Talk to certain persons (I am not sure who)
Bathroom event

I just found this. But, it's in chinese, so it's hard to make out. But, from this, there's four bad endings, perhaps two of which are simple variations of the other two. Here's what I found:

Happy End 1
打倒隱藏頭目後，持金12000以上，淫亂0，尋找上方櫃台NPC交付。

Happy End 2
打倒隱藏頭目後，名聲500，淫亂0，尋找上方櫃台NPC交付。

True End 1
打倒隱藏頭目後，持金12000以上，淫亂1以上，尋找上方櫃台NPC交付。

True End 2
打倒隱藏頭目後，名聲500，淫亂1以上，尋找上方櫃台NPC交付。

Bad End 淫亂120以上，進入公廁。(肉便器結局)
Bad End 淫亂500以上，與不動的貧民對話。(性處理器結局)
Bad End 淫亂500以上，抱擁10以上，與家裏有監牢的男子對話
。(結婚)
Bad End 淫亂500以上，抱擁10以下(不含10)，持有奇怪商人販售的監禁許可証，與家裏有監牢的男子對話。(監禁結局)

I haven't seen the happy endings, and I haven't seen the second or last bad ending. Bad ending 1=visiting bathroom. Bad ending 2=I'm not sure. Bad ending 3=marriage proposal. Bad ending 4=apparently imprisonment.

So, any idea what's required for BE 2 and BE 4?

btw, the guy with the diamond is in the upstairs shop.

Edit: Ah, I just worked out BE 2: you talk to the poor people with high lewdness and low reputation while naked. You become their pet. And BE4: you obtain a prison license from the strange business guy at the top shop. So, I guess we know all four bad endings now.

Hey, can someone upload a save when she's still a virgin, beaten the last bosses, and has 12000 and more than 500 reputation? Oh, and if she hasn't hugged more than 10 times, that would be excellent.

I'd like to see the happy ending without grinding things again. Also, none of my own saves have hugging under 10 at anywhere near a game-winning level. So... saves are needed.

Spider, I'll give you my last save, but it won't show you everything, since she's not a virgin, and she's been hugging a lot. You can see some things though (the CGs only show up via playing the events. There's no gallery or anything).

Does this require you to not have hugged the guy or something? Can't seem to find it.

No, you need to beat the hidden boss (or maybe just the last boss), and then have 1000g, and you can buy it.

In my save, I can buy it, but I have too many hugs, so it's worthless - I can only ever get the marriage ending. I'm actually trying to do a speed run at the moment, staying virginal, and maybe I'll be able to see everything in the one save file... eventually.

Edit: oh, and to answer your question, yeah. That bad ending requires you to have less than 10 hugs.

Just for the sake of my future ease of search, can you put the game's name (possibly Japanese) and/or RJ code in one post, and list all the conditions of each ending for セティちゃん?

I have dl'd the game but been a bit busy with other things so haven't had much chance to play it.

Also, is there any event where if you progress through the story you can't come back and get it?

possibly! i never really got a chance to play it, you start out as a rabbit first and unlock a bear. then there are some puzzles like use the bear to move something and the rabbit can then go through the small hole, puzzles like that. first few areas are just jungle and a village where you just have to sneak up to lonely women and jump them! im not sure if there are any big cg unlocks or not but it looks very early rtp or similar. what one are you thinking of that may be it

If I recall corectly, you need to defeat the boss of area 2, the one with all the bandits, she'll drop a golden coin. After that, you need to enter the building left of, where the women infront of the door is standing, go down the stairs, talk to that clown and there you go.
