Some of the more recent 'not crap' RPGs I've played (I got them from packs from torrents since I was going for quantity before checking the quality of each)
1st:

Magical Girl Teto
typical combat, but instead of using up MP, using magic build up a sort of 'heat' meter, once it's full you are horny and have reduced stat, you can masturbate for CG and reduce the heat to 0 or just use heat-reducing items. Sex action (masturbation included) increases your maximum heat, but the game have 'bad' ending if you get over 200 max heat when you beat the final boss.
Losing to red monsters and bosses give a rape scene, though after beating each area boss you have a stone tablet that let you see all the scenes for that area without the increased heat from being raped.
Worth playing? Yes, not exactly an innovation but certainly not a boring crap.
2nd:

Sakurako Matrix
Girl got called to another world, was told she have to wait 3 days before they can send her back.
The game have events, some with specific timing required, but no plot to follow, effectively an open world game.
You get a time manipulating spell at some point . -. but I got bored of playing by then.
And outside of town is filled with monsters slowly crawling around, but will rape you if they manage to 'kill' you.
Worth it? Arguable, the CGs are nice but some events require a walkthrough to get (hongfire GOR thread have it)

DQ Omosiroi
A REALLY linear progression, really short game, and the difficulty is nonexistent (everytime your party wipe, you keep the exp and restart from a safe point, and you gain level pretty fast anyway)
The scenes are animated, in the sort of animated-manga style, but the time before you finally get a scene is rather long, and there's only 3 scenes total (post-game there's a sort of gallery mode to watch them again)
But the game come with CG folder, so you can just 'read' that and lose out the animation, while saving yourself 2-3 hours of your life.
Worth it? Frankly, no, not worth playing, just see the CG that come with it and be done with that. (The CGs are well done at least)

Hikaru Senki
Ok, this is a pokemon parody, with a sort of mix of Dragon Hunter D's experience into it (item crafting, FF7-sort of time based turns)
You have either solo mission, where the girl only fight random monsters, or challenge missions where it's trainer vs monster and monster vs enemy trainer.
The goal of the fight effectively is beating your opponent (and the loser cum in a rather spectacular way)
The grind can be a bit annoying at times but overall the game isn't on ridiculous difficulty and enemies can be avoided.
Worth it? YES, big fat YES. This is probably the most enjoyable out of the 4, the plot (if you can understand it) is silly and hilarious, the art has its charm (though someone over at hongfire think it might be Ikumon creator resurfacing under a new name, with the town being named Ikumo and the artstyle similarities)
