So, I've just cleared Oili character's quest, and get a dagger with 500 Matk.
Is it actually useful? Like, is she use magic or something? Or it just some kind of joke from devs?

It's a joke about her chuuni personality. That dagger can never have an attack on it that uses Magic.
She has the highest MAtk in the game, but can never use it!

What's the earliest AOE healer and AOE weapon we can get?

AoE healer isn't really good, and most of it are in +3 character weapon or high tier weapon

For AoE weapon the easiest one to get is Hilde (you get her by the end of chapter 2) character weapon

I just wiped on it with a team in the high 40s-low 50s. Think if I played around with team settings and took a second archer instead of a mage I might be able to clear it, but the boss is a mage-type that hits like a truck and paralyzes.

about level 50 with good equipment.

use 2 healer and pick healer as leader. alraune always attack the lowest rank unit. so if you healer pick as leader. alraune wont attack her.

btw i got aurora rank 3 mage. i like her design also her CQ pretty easy. eventhough i cheat a bit with revive skill.

her weapon boast highest damage wand at 150 magic attack

well this is odd.
I'm level 23, my HQ is level 20, and the option to level the HQ is grayed out.

Is it because it requires a level 21 resources builidng in order for me to have enough resources to do so? (its currently 20).

HQ caps out at 20.

So does the equipment lab. Resources keeps going. Not sure about PR since PR takes days for me to upgrade right now.

Can you even get 3* or better from daily resume without using any mailbox?
My PR squad is full level 50 and i've got a level 15 PR building, but i still get only 1-2* girls.

I got a 3* two days in a row with no mailbox.

Mmm, when I woke up today and checked on Kanpani I realized about 30 or so of my stones were gone. My nephew was here for a few hours yesterday and must have used my computer when I wasn't around...Worst part is I think he spent it on respawns since Azamino's weapon is the only change I can find...Such absurd waste.

I hate children. : (

Where might I find an accessory that is aimed more for mages? Ignis with + int is all I have for now, but it's not exactly ideal.
