I've gotten 2 3*s from resumes and one from stage recruitment. That includes a handful of stone recruitments, though. Haven't seen one in awhile and certainly nothing higher than 3*.

Wanna archer? filled them with archers, ad with archer as center and use the promotion words that aimed for archer (Give you big chance to get archers envelope ... stars, well just hope for it
I think there's certain percentage to get *4 or *5 envelope. Forget how big
NOTE : I still looking for Viola Ira (4*, Still doing Chapter 5-2 to get her since she drop there) or Yudith Ira (5*) Having those sisters together would be great too, considering how OP their story weapon is, I wanna get them.
Already have Viola in DMM Version, her +2 story weapon strike whole 2X. Huge damage burst from the enemy. Those screams, music to my ear /gg
yup get 4 star and or get a mage with aoe skill for her weapon
Pretty much you just have to hope you have the Revive CEO Skill and use it when your party is almost all wiped, and hope they can kill her.
Coins just stop dropping after awhile. You'll be selling gems for a lot of your money- at least, I am. Haven't found a really good money farming stage after the one in chapter 3, but I've been pretty good on funds overall.
