I just ran through the first section of the game only doing the stuff in the guide and the other girls showed up in the infirmary. Did you finish the first dungeon and bath minigame at your house yet?
I just kept going between the screens fighting the ghosts. Eventually the boss appeared on the 4th screen. I don't know if there's a specific method intended but I know on the last two screens I went to before that I happened to leave the red ghost alive.
I'm working on a guide for the god offerings as well, after saving enough money to buy the guide map item.
A lot of these items require the jump shoes. You can get the jump shoes by making them in the blender. They require:
15 garbage
10 pikapika stones (dropped by ghosts)
3 Red alien items (trade pantsu in the ufo to the red alien)
1 Mystery part A. 1 Mystery part B (trade 10 pantsu to each of the two aliens in the pink section of the UFO)
I've tried making them many times, resetting after each one failed. I wonder if there is some item to increase your success chance, or if the first time always fails.

Back to the story mode:
Change the time to night and head to the fishing hole area. Examine the weird looking pot. Put a weight on the up key of your keyboard and make a sandwich while your character progresses down through the pot forever. When you come back, there should be a dialogue prompt. After this, talk to the orange balls. One of the ones closer to where you spawn will give you 10,000 yen.
Keep moving forward and running through the dialogue prompts. Eventually, an alien will show up to let you out.
I wish I had thought of that. I just held the button the whole time. By the end of that sequence I was very worried I was going to trigger some unexpected game over and have to do it again.

If the grey haired girl is already at your house you've probably already done that step, I don't think a strict order is enforced there. Trying doing some of the following steps in the guide and seeing if they work out.

I think if you keep redoing the same thing after savefile the chance will result the same (just like how some game coded like in fire emblem (save scuming will result exactly the same stat increase unless you change abit of movement after load)
For those sythesis if failed i change to synth something else 1st and make the 1 i want it usualy success in 2nd-3rd try.
There soo much stuff i don't know where to get from those item blending thingy, and whats their used for >.<
As or god offering it seem you have to clear the map with some specific, i remember 1 i accidently walk to the mask thingy and took dmg and the god offering appeared.
Why don't you just use the "secret ingredient" that gives a plus 30% to mix chance? They're only 600, I think, and money is basically free by collecting garbage, swapping for wine and selling online. Yoshiko (is that her name?) sells both items that increase the mix chance, a 10% one and a 30% one. Remember she sells different things at different times of day.
Seriously, you make money so easily by collecting garbage from the hill behind the school, trading 53 pieces at a time for wine at night time in the study, then selling the wine online. You can do it as soon as you're able to sell online and it makes money super easy to get.

You need to go to the room in the UFO that lets you become a girl (on the right). Craft the items for all the girl scenes, and go through them in order (well, only one is really needed for semen...).
