So I've got a question for all of you. I've been wondering how many defensive victories you've been getting when you're away from the computer for an extended period of time, like work or sleep. I've been getting 17 - 18, and I was trying to figure out if that was normal or if I'm lagging behind. It feels like I'm lagging behind.

One thing I wish I could see is how many times I've been attacked.. that way I could know if I have so few because I'm losing or if its because people just aren't attacking me.
No idea myself.. I'm probably the wrong one to ask.. I have less than 40 defensive victories total and only got like 6 overnight.

I only have 4 Defensive wins myself, though I am just using a full Green unit as well.
The top rankers seem to have TONS of them though. Sanae has 1k in Defensive wins.
Though admittedly, I'm not really aiming for total wins right now in general, I'm still trying to get the 200 win streak before I bother messing around.

The top rankers are using alts to attack and intentionally lose to themselves. It remains to be seen if Nutaku will do anything about it.
I've 125 defensive wins myself. To get a solid score you'll need to be in Rank 1, have maxed SRs, and a mixed or trap team. Single-type teams aren't very good defensively.

I logged on a bit late on the first day of the event though, so probably missed out on a lot of attacks then.
Only at 91 defense wins myself, but last I saw you, you were in the N category so I would imagine you don't get hit as often as someone in the M B or S category.

As you can see, the 3 babes are more or less sacrifices. Then if someone has a 5 sexy deck they're attacking with 2 would be countered by moes, and one of your losses would potentially be a win from your help. You could also try an alternate strategy, like having sexy's of your own with more sed than the enemy sexy to win, and that would counter their help if it's a babe.
Ideally you want 2 maxed SRs, the higher sed the better. Those would be your trap cards. Then you put 3 cards of another type to make yourself appear as M, B, or S type. The order you put them in is up to you, but it should more or less look something like this.

the issue is likely that the two maxed SRs I DO have are of different types, so I've been making do with what I have (3 of the 50ish moes, a maxed SR sexy and maxed R sexy as the traps). My only other maxed SR is a babe.

..a general aside, two things I'm wondering: when is the next area coming out and will there ever be a permanent use for focus while events are NOT active?

All of them were lvl 100, though admittedly the third Sexy card I had was a normal. Everything else was SR. So my best guess is I'm probably just late to the party and the other players have already figured out how to deal with traps.

Depends on the box and amount of Focus you are able to use a day. I skip Pink and Silver if able to get cards early, Gold and Platinum - way too much value in getting everything out of them to skip.
Just put your highest Moe cards in there, set filter for tier 2 S decks and attack with help of friends with S support of sufficient strength.

Switch it to Misa/Moe/Moe/Akie/Moe and then attack me with any sexy support and you'll beat me 5-0/4-1. You can farm me all day if you have the patience to refresh the list
