When you first start finding them you'll get some normal ones once in a while, but after a bit you'll only get the 100+ bosses.
urgh, great, there goes my hopes of getting to the top 100, lets see if i at least stay at top 200 -.-

I think he means 800k+ after multipliers. I haven't seen anybody with more than 210k. As an example, Narisa has 201,136 SED, but deals 1,411,975 damage per hit because he has the full multiplier from maxing all the Slayers.

And you need them to deal the damages. We're hunting 13.4 M bosses right now, and it's helpful if you can get 14 people with 800k+ to jump at it so that you don't need to drop tons of puddings every time.

EDIT: Beat. Also, I say 'we', I really mean the guys on my friends list. I only recently broke lv100 Kasumis, and for the most part they're the ones posting and killing the lvl 700+s. It's really nice that they let me get hits in on them.
I'd say you're still exaggerating a bit though. What's most important is just activity. As you can see here, 19 people attacking and only one doing over 800k in 1 hit. Also an hour and 20 minutes left over as well.

Well, not so much exaggerating as it is that I didn't do the math. Math at 5 in the morning hurts a bit. Sorry 'bout that. So yeah, I'll step out for a bit and get some sleep and hope I don't lose too much rank by the time I get up >_>

Wish i had that many active players on my list :(

btw do you know if higher level encounters give better items?

or does the level only correlate with the amount of EP you can get?

EP is just based on your damage. Do more damage, get more EP, and get even more EP if you get highest damage, last hit, or both.

well yeah, higher levels have more hp :) I know that you get 1% of your damage as EP (MVP and last hit giving 2x while getting both gets a 3x multiplier)

was asking if the higher level encounters mean anything other than the amount of HP they have

Depends on which boss you get. Most are 8.7m, but around the level 400+ bosses they start raising a bit. 700s get into the 12-13m range.

Wow, JP version didn't even give you 10m+ HP enemies until their level broke a thousand. Not to mention, the events weren't stuffed to the rafters with bugs and people would have decent SED totals.

Good job, Nutaku. You're really bringing it home with this first event.

Erm. Nutaku is not a fault here. These are the same devs that do DMM version. It is their game, their bugs, their event management.

It's even worse then:p They can't fix bugs in their own game that they should know inside out by now.

Game development is not a simple thing. Multiple parties can be at fault. Sometimes even nobody. For example: even if the problem is strictly developer or code-related (e.g. bugs), it could be the host's fault for bad implementation, or it could be the producer's fault for rushed demands or unrealistic release dates. Could be funding or communication mismanagement by either side. Nutaku could easily be at fault, or they could not be. There's no way to know without knowing every little business detail. And even then, you could have a difficult time rooting out the actual problem.

Large-scale h-game localization and hosting like this is a relatively new thing. Japanese business practices differ GREATLY from the rest of the world. Its not surprising that its had a rocky start. Its more productive to vote with your wallet and voice specific concerns rather than flinging blame at some perceived culprit.

For me it's how it was taken care of bothers me. They could've done so many things. Easiest thing to do would be to freeze event untill bugs are fixed. But now 5 days passed and only thing many people have is sour taste in their mouths.

And to think they were so caring when LoV was launched :(

hey, at least they have noticed it and are doing something about.
Thing is... on the day of that annoucment they fixed EP support bug and i saw random ~5k EP raise; so there is a good chance it was this compensation and we already got it.

well their annoucement talks about high lvl bosses, not about a support bug

If they share the Aigis dev team's line of thinking then our version isn't even in their top 20 in terms of priority
