I have found this game and couldnt find thread about it
It is going to be a world of warcraft-ish rpg game with hd models and in game animated sex
But its still a very early version!
! draw your weapon and punch the girl (with no wings) in the other camp, then monsters will spawn ! [but dont jump in a sex animation, your camera will fall through the floor, lol xD]
-> the game starts, orcs and scorpions will spawn and rush your own camp, be brave and defend your queen!

just hold "alt" on your keybord and your mous will appear then you can select one of them ^^

be aware only the second character (the one in the middle) has all these features, the other 2 may only can do some of these things

i dont think that my link leads to the homepage of the game maker, its rather an uploading-site (i cant find anything else besides downloads about this game)

I found some info. Guess I can't post the link since it has a download for the game.
Anyway, seems like it's made by a guy called Riz on a russian forum focused on nude game patches. The game's basically modded nude models from Tera online slapped into Unreal engine and some basic animations added. Clearly a work in progress. Then in January 2012 he posted:
"Couse of not too much ppl interested in Anera I desided to share all was done so far for free. Project closed, this is final version"
...although this "final version" is 132mb zipped(600 unpacked) and all the download links from google are like 1,2GB zip. The guy made no posts about the game since. Maybe someone else took over the project?
If you run the readme file through google translate, it's actually extremely helpful. I'm really not sure why nobody else tried this.

The game is designed in the style of DotA, but with a large set of skills each character and a large world map. Game discharge 18+ - for adults only.

To start a single game Start_server.bat
For online play - Host Start_server.bat launches and opens port 7777. Customers Start_client.bat open notepad, change 127.0.0.1:7777 on Ip host saves the file and run it
Long story short
- models ripped from Tera, undies modded out
- 1-8 on numpad to change costume (on all characters)
- square brackets ([ and ]) to load stages, [ stage is a single boss, ] stage is the default
- boss stage is exclusively that; a single large boss in a big (mostly) empty area
- the default stage is supposed to be a MOBA kind of deal; the human players spawn in their base with their "Boss" and are supposed to defend her from hordes of monsters that spawn from the enemy base. You start by damage the enemy "Boss", and win by defeating her. You lose if yours dies.
- press the home key on your keyboard to freeze the day/night cycle
- press page up to skip 12 hours in the day/night cycle
- girl on the left is High Elf, middle is Castanic, right is Elin
- High Elf has no combat functionality, she can only walk and emote
- hold alt to use mouse
- tab to ready/sheathe weapons
- shift to sprint (Castanic only)
- alt + 1-3 for emotes
- alt + 4 to masturbate (there are 2-4 animations per girl, a random one plays each time you press it. Activating masturbation heals you about 15 hp so you can spam it to heal)
- left click to attack
- E to dodge (more like a kickflip but w/e)
- right click to block (Castanic) or regen mana (Elin)
- 1-2 number keys for abilities
- Enemies will hit to damage or to stun, if they stun they will grab and rape
- rape deals damage over time (very little, only 3 every second or two) and you can escape with "-" on the numpad (but you have to wait at least 3 seconds before you can escape)
- you can press F11 to toggle rape on/off
Also some things I noticed from trying it out myself
- Castanic is the only character who can actually fight
- Elin has the most animations
- Castanic has the most costumes
- the combat is really buggy and you can't tell if you're hitting/being hit or not
- the game lags a lot for no reason (seriously I was monitoring my CPU while running it and it was barely using my PC's resources)
- shadows are buggy and entire sections of the character's body will sometimes turn a flat black
All in all, it seemed like a very very early prototype of something with potential. Shame to hear it was abandoned, it might have developed into something good. At this point though, this is pretty unplayable with very little content to offer, not to mention how absurd the file hosting setup is :/
