I think we're reaching a moment of credit where credit is due. After the sea of delays and disappointments we've had with Aigis in the past few weeks it seems the devs are finally stepping up their game. All announced features are well and good and the pace seems to be picking up. I'm not entirely confident yet, but am cautiously optimistic of what is to come, so there.

I'm not hopeful yet. These updates were long overdue, this doesn't wash away the bitter taste of six weeks with no events, and Nutaku themselves still need to clean up their act with the whole eye censorship thing in general.

I'm just happy they don't seem to have any intentions of doing the censorship SNAFU's to Aigis units. And as for the six weeks without events, there was a small blurb about the "illegal activities", so we may see a delayed compensation for it.

I'm hopeful, but cautious. I won't spend a significant amount of money again on Nutaku unless the events start occurring more frequently and consistently.

They meant Whaling, which is a term for players who spend an excessive amount of money on f2p/p2w games.

What he talk about really make sense and i can say 98% i agree (found 1 part i disagree )
Of coz its not just phylosophy, but it also understandable from experience

btw @ larcx and Orion.
The reason of bashira out as mention in early post is because when you just start the game the *EVIL* goddess aigis summon 1 unit, which is Kerry (Carrie) a gold valk, they going to change this to Bashira.
The older player can't get this, so they make it to trading post for 1 time limited only... Bashira is great and rare platinum gacha unit so having easy way to get multiple of her is cheating

As for how bashira performance, well pretty sure ppl understand what a multishot archer dps going to be....
The only bad part will be way way way in future where her atk might not be able to handle high enemy def where 500 def enemy is normal occurrence, but she still great dps for low def enemy specaly nowday aigis is releasing boss enemy not based on their def, but on super high hp

@Nordland can you ask if Octobers SC expenditure will count towards which stamp card you get for November?

I agree I am excited but we still haven't gotten to weekly events looking at the maintenance, but I am happy that the devs are listening to what we are looking for even it appears we don't have alot of development time alotted to us yet.

Can't wait for some of the stuff tomorrow...though....wonder what they are switching the premium units to considering they didn't announce an event.

I'll take a plat over a gold any day, complaining commences. I'm spending 100 crystals whereas a new player doesn't have to. Puts me further away from Saki.

New player also don't have any of the past event units, or anything maxed, or any battle-ready team at all. And they are much farther from Saki than you.
There's this thing about catching up. Events continue to come out, they become harder and harder, more specialized units get added to gatcha make it harder to get good ones of basic "essential" classes - game gets progressively harder for new players to get into and catch up. That's why devs make moves at making it easier for newbies, giving them more powerful "essential" units - stronger healer, stronger archer etc. This way they can get into game much easier, using these units to advance in story missions faster and get into events.

Look at it this way. You are getting a very strong platinum unit for a mere 100DC - half of what Spica costs, and they are about equal in value, if somewhat different in usage. I sure as hell will buy her, even 2 or 3 of her if game will allow it. And I already have CC70 Bashira. It's just THIS good of opportunity to CR her so cheaply.

Anyway. Here's to hope we did our last story mission farming today.

But if can buy her multiple time
I wouldn't complaint if it's even 200-250 DC

I agree which is why I'm curious because the news includes:
-Changed the Unit boosted in Premium Summon

Which usually means it is changing, probably going to try and nab a copy of Robert...gah they did it agian

@Nordland Can we start a petition to the translators and tell them to stop changing names?

Also finished Shiho today Max UR/Skill CC53 I think I spent around....30SC finishing her off and getting extra platinum fairies to finish Odette. I think ultimately the fairies are what cost me the most.

Edit: Shrine Rolls- Eunice, Dorca, Jerome (Booyaa!), Benard, Robert. Not bad, just going to cross my fingers in a second and hope I get the -2UC for Jerome.

Finished up Shiho, but had to use three crystals to do it tonight. Second event I've had to use crystals for (first was Karma, what a trainwreck that was).

So how is everyone's progress on drowning in Bernards or Phyllis for those not strong enough to tackle the last map?

Seven Bernards from the event, 10 spares total.

I wish I had ended up with some spare time and stamina to run the Phyllis map. I have no soldiers and nearly killed myself trying to get just one for Odette.

The event drought is seriously killing me on being able to farm silvers.

Heh, lucky you, I don't even want to think how many times I tried and got neither of myself or Liddy to drop...instead I got too many Mortimer and Eunice....currently sitting on a total of about 20 of the two Silver Bandits I don't have an immediate use for...

Trying to prep for Bashira incoming for my 2nd Archer above Silver to pair with Spica, about 600~700k gold spent on base summons for a glorious 1 Silver Archer for CC materials, need 2 more plus some Plat Spirits to 50CC Bashira... *sigh* one day....

If this had happened a couple of weeks ago, I would've predicted that they'd start featuring units that would normally be featured in an event that stars a borderline loli character, but the only one that I was aware of that we had previously skipped was Shiho - which they obviously went ahead and did. I'm not familiar with the Japanese version's unit timeline. Looking at Shiho as the new acceptability standard, are there any now-acceptable characters that we missed that they might have decided to include?
