Dorania is expensive as hell though, and after CC if i get 2 skill ups on Garret - he will get x1.5 damage boost on skill, thats quite decent i think... still is there any more opinions? maybe it's just me who think that he would be decent HA.
In the long run your better of with Garret as your 2nd HA until you get Bernice, Dorania cost to much.
Btw. Garret is really good for male only maps too.

there are 5 Niches
1.-Tactical: a unit wich is good for tactical play use her with care and you can kill enemies from farther away
2.-Berserker: a unit wich can kill enemies fast. their atack is stronger than the other on their class
3.-Quick: a unit wich can atack several time with each atack animation. best archers in the game
4.-Supporter: really rare units wich help you out by increasing other units stats.
5.-Assasin: units that can kill enemies with one single blow. (nunally doesnt enter on this niche)
Bronze Archers
IGNORE THEM!
thats all Daniela and Soma are actually better than them for a slightly higher cost. the lower cost doesnt means anything for these units. you dont need them.
yes some Bronze units are actually better but these are just trash.
Silver Archers
Soma: Soma is the first Archer youll get. just because of that she has a higher Rating. she starts with a 30% affection and has a good and nice skill
Skill: her skill is a good for her. (i consider it to be one of the most usefull for archers) she increases her range during a few seconds giving you an edge to kill those pesky ranged enemies before they damage her. puting her in the correct place might weaken your enemies for the kill)
Stats: good Stats for a Silver unit. she is the HP focused silver unit for the archers. however this actually makes her slightly worse than Daniela but the atk diference is not that much
Availability: 10/10 you get her several times within the story and she is also available since the begining. this makes her a good contender for your main silver archer.
Affection: ATK bonus. she has the good one. 10/10
Rating: Best Silver Archer hands down. everything about her is great. however due to the fact that Daniela has almost the same Rating i wouldnt say that one is better than the other. if you have to make the choice and only keep one take her. her skill makes her slightly more usefull when used in a tactical position.
Niche: Tactical Archer.
Daniela: unless youre blessed (cursed) by The RNGodess she will be your second Archer. she is a good stable unit and one of the best Silver units in the game.
Skill: her skill makes her a poor man's (or nutaku player) gold unit. it increases her atack enough to keep her during the whole battle. good and stable just keep someone to protect her from the ranged enemies.
Stats: she is the ATK focused unit for the silver archers. while soma has more durability she has more atack (THIS IS ALMOST UNRECOGNISABLE! just ignore this) her stats are good for a silver unit.
Availability: if there is something where Soma outshines Daniela is this. due to the fact that the first event gave out several Soma's she is a better unit than her. First two events gave out soma making her superior simple Fact. BUT! Daniela has a good availability too. she has one less unit than Soma i think...so...yeah she is good at this too. (just slightly inferior.....)
Affection: 10/10 NO ARCHERS (as long as im aware) has a disadvantage here. (unlike some other units)
Rating: Good archer, Good unit, Good scenes. as i said both of them are equal and have no disadvantages (leave that for the other classes IE: Rogues)
Niche: Berserker Archer
Veredict: if you are only going to keep one then
Chose who you like. yeah easy as that, there is no need to chose betwen them keep them both if you can since their cost makes them almost godly. 9 cost is low enough to deploy both before enemies come at you.
HOWEVER! i would still sugest to keep both of them.
After this point i will talk about unrelased content
Lauren: the Third Silver archer. for now he has yet to be released but when he does you will enjoy playing with him. his niche? like all male units he has no need for affection to be usefull.
Skill: his skill is one of the many unique Skills in the game. this skill is not upgraded by evolution and its already at its max level. this is usefull but....there is a catch for the poor Lauren. ill talk about this later.
Stats: his initial stats are actually better than most the other silver without any afection but.....he has a little problem.... see the next part.
Affction:.....his affection stat is HP. i was wrong he is the only archer who has the hp bonus rather than the Atack bonus wich makes him a bad archer...is not that he is bad. its just that he was made for something else...
Availability: Lauren will be added to the gacha wich is unusual to the Silver "other race" units. this makes him easy to get from the 2k gacha. (wich is actually good)
SACRIFICE!: why have i been going around with this bad unit? why havent i said that he sucks? well its because you actually need to chain him and allow someone else to eat him out...(well that sounds like vore lol lets just pretend that the units eat each other sexually rather than...you know...) that is his niche is to be eaten...by the second best archer. Spica. since Spica has the same skill she can actually eat him to upgrade her skill. wich makes him a valuable food for her.
Rating: Food/10 get spica and make her eat him out. you wont regret it. otherwise he is somehow a bad archer but his skill actually evens him out. his skill is a fusion of the usual 2 skills increase range and atack wich makes him an stable unit....but since spica is actually a free unit.... yeah....
Niche: Tactical Archer/Food
Kazuha: newest archer in the game. there is little info about her so...
Skill: best skill for archers. she actually could beat Stray as long as he hasnt been Awakened.
Stats: like any other double shotter she has a lower atack than her counterparts. but since she has that usefull skill she is not that bad.
Affection. unknow. wiaitng for confirmation. if its atack then she rocks. if its anything else she sucks. as easy as that.
Availability: due to her being a "bonus" silver unit she is only available at the Hard maps. due to this she is only adquired once per account. she is however added to the gacha...so....yeah....its just hard to get her.
Rating: good unit. good girl but there is little to no info on her yet.
Niche: Quick archer.
Gold Archers:
Bella: The tactical archer of the Gold archers. she has a higher atack than her counterpart Claire.
Skill: she can increase her range wich is what makes her a Tactical Archer. keep her behind enemy lines and shell be able to wreck your enemies.
Stats: better than your normal Silver archers. she actually beats Claire on ATK and HP. but lets be honest you dont want them for their stats.
Availability: not released yet. but when she is she will be a Gold unit rarity wich makes her somehow easy to get and relatively easy to CR (for P2W players. for Free players it will take a long time to CR her. but hey see the good side. when we get Gold rushes she will most likely be available )
Affection: ATK bassed she rocks.
Awakening: instant death atack. yes you read right. her atacks have a chance to instantly kill her enemies. im not fully sure if this is an "active" skill or a "pasive" skill but even if she is she would be an awesome Archer to keep around. her skill makes her a good character.
Rating: best archer ever! (ok im bit viased since she was my first gold on DMM xD) her awakening skill makes her an awesome unit to have around. and even before that her main skill makes her the BEST! tactical Archer to have around. (i dont consider Spica a tactical Archer she is more of a Support archer)
Niche: Tactical Archer/Assasin
Claire: the other Archer. and most likely a mainstay in your DMM team. please Nutaku bring her to us!
Skill: she has an ATK bassed skill. wich makes her a powerfull ally.
Stats: lower stats than Bella. nothing else of notice. (well she is stronger than your usual silvers)
Availability: just like the other Gold archer she is a premium unit wich might be available for Gold rushes. other than that she is of little notice....OR IS SHE!
she was actually a free unit for a long time on DMM wich made ehr one of the best archers due to her early availability.
Affection: atk based same as most archer she rocks move on.
Awakening: what you came here to read. she has the awesome passive skill wich makes her to atack faster than any other archers. wich makes her a usefull unit no matter how many other archers you have she will always have this as her unique skill. what does she do? she atacks thrice on one atack with a 10% chance. thats awesome she doesnt needs to activate her skill or anything thats just her main skill.
Rating: best Berserker Archer in the game. she acts as a semi Quick Archer wich is a nice bonus. she is awesome in all aspects of the game. and should be a mainstay in your team unless tou have one of the Three archers.
Stray: your poor man's Nunally and bashira. his skill makes him good but his AW Skill is where he shines. if you get him you could feel trolled but trust me there are worse unit (worse male units)
Skill: the best Skill for Archers. Stray can Shoot TWO ARROWS! at the same time during a set of time making him a good unit for Crowd Control. sadly he is held back due to his skill not upgrading to Triple arrow but....(he is still good...)
Stats: his ATK is lower than your favorite Silver archer yes that is his HUGE DISADVANTAGE! however he is still a good Archer. however his other stats are good enough.
Availability: while he is the first gold archer he is also the first non Free archer!. yes he is premium only. wich makes him harder to CC or Skill up. sadly this makes him worse than your average Silver unit. (not as bad as the other archers tough) (HOWEVER! due to the fact that his skill does not change he is actually better than Bella and claire at this. since you wont need to CC your copies for your main)
Affection: ATK based affection for a male unit. he is good. (his Affection is lower but ALL MALES! are lower than Females (due to the fact that their stats are better than theirs))
Awakening: the one thing that he has that your normal Silver units dont have.
he can be Evolved a second time. while he gains a limited amount of atk from this his cost is not increased. (good thing for ALL archers) he also gains a secondary skill. this Skill is Sniper wich increases his Range even more (at the cost of his atack (not a big loss)) he is a good unit to take down enemies from a Distance. he will keep your Duellist safer than any other archer. this is his niche the one thing that no other archer has.
Rating: a good Tactical/quick archer. while other archers have nice skills his main niche is to kill enemies from afar before they kill him. i dont really know how much is his range increase but the fact that its always active makes him a better Archer than the silver ones. (just use his skill if youre having problems) other archers with his skill would be stronger than him but his nice availability (as a gold male unit) makes him far better than those other archers (yes nunally and bashira have the same and better skills but he is more likely to Bless(curse) you)
Niche: Quick/Tactical
Ayaka: the other Gold archer. if were unlucky she might be the seconf Gold archer in the game. (PLEASE DONT LET IT BE!) she is the second of the two Event Archers.
Skill: Assasination. yes you read right. she is a fucking Assasin. she can kill enemies from affar using her skill. this is not the best Assasination skill but she is still a good archer to keep around. she also has that other thing going for her.
Stats: good stats average with other archers.
Availability: yes its here one of her 3 good points. she is actually an Event unit...a Star Trial event unit. wich makes her easy to get to -5 cost. yes she costs 11 points to deploy. BEST GOLD ARCHER IN AVAILABILITY!
Affection: ATK bassed. she is awesome
Awakening: her other good point. she is part of a two part event. one where there is another platinum character available for you. this is a tactician. one wich decreases your deployment cost. and what does this have to do with ayaka? easy she increases the hp of that class. a good Support skill. (might be usefull if you like this class)
Rating: good supporter/assasin. one of a kind with a huge deployment cost bonus. GET HER! she is awesome
Niche: supporter/assasin. yeah she is that good!
Platinum Archers
here we are now. the best of the best is here. these archers have a higher cost than Silver and Gold however the increase is minimal compared to Gold. (that is if we compare non CR units.)
Bashira: my lovely Bashira oh how i miss you from the japanesse version. so cute and cat like. she is one of the best archers in the game currently at the third spot.
Skill: Bashira's Skill is the awesome Triple arrow. NOTE her skill changes after CC. one of the most powerfull skills archers can have. used correctly it could easily kill a rush of enemies without problem. what else can i say she throws 3 arrows per atack.
Stats:her stas are....surprisingly higher than her atack counterpart! usually Double arrowers have a lower atack to compensate for their skill. however this catgirl has no problem with that. her atack is high enough (reaching over 500 when awakened) and has no problems with her hp or defense. an awesome unit
Affection: Atack and HP with atack being the strong one. awesome on this department.
Availability: youre kidding right? if you get her you have been blessed by the goddess. she is rare, almost unique. getting one is a blessing. getting two is a higher blessing (almost impossible too ) so keep praying for Bashira chan to appaer.
Awakening: and here is where she drops the ball. from the awesome skills of her gold kin Bashira actually has one of the worst skills out there. she prioritices archers....THATS IT! bashira atacks other archers before other units. and thats it! no increase on atack speed, no insta killing, no support skill. just...a huge dislike for other archers.
Rating: 3rd best archer in the game. if you get her CC her as soon as you can. she can help you get rid of these pesky rushes.
Niche: Quick
Victoria: the other plat archer in the gate. with an awesome skill and stats she could be one of the best archers in the game.
Skill: Victoria can strengthen her atack. it ould reach ridiculous amounts so keep an eye on her. a good candidate for the Rainbow Fairy. (at max level she reaches almost 1k atack (fully skilled, awakened and everything dood)
Stats: surpirisngly low xD! her stats are worse than bashira. however we are talking about behemots here so that doesnt even matter! Victoria is an awesome unit with one of the strongest atacks for archers (she is still outclassed 3 times (main reason she is not on the top 5 xD!)
Availibity: same as Bashira super rare unit almost imposible to get. you wont be CR her to max any time soon.
Affection: same as most other archers. she receives a welcome atk increase wich makes her reach 500 atk.
Awakening: yeah...just like bashira she drops the ball..... while bashira atacks Archers victoria atacks mages. it doesnt includes princess tough. its almost as if they had no love for these two.
Rating: while not the best. she is an awesome unit and should be CC as soon as you get her (wich might be dificult as silver archers are always on demand) keep her around and she will take you places.
Spicca: you know that the reason you are here reading this is because of her.
Skill:Spicca main problem is this skill. its not quite an offensive skill nor a tactical skill. its both combined. while it doesnt make her strong it doesnt make her weak either. she is good and can be upgraded easily. (look at the silver section xD or the Food Section)
Stats: ALL Elves are like her. high ATK low HP. her atk is equal to the black archer Nunally. and this is the main reason people consider her the Second BEST archer in the game.
Availability: the other reason she is so high rated. she will be available to everyone for 200 Demon Crystals. START SAVING NOW!
Affection: atk based and i think HP.... lets just make sure.... oh its actually Defense. doesnt matter. ATK and DEF makes her a good unit.
Awakening: her Awakening Skill is a support one. she increases the ATK of ALL FUCKING ARCHERS! HERSELF INCLUDED.
Rating: an awesome unit. strong ATK, Available to everyone, good Awakening Skill. yep second best archer in the game. she even beats Bashira who is a strong Contendant. however her bad AW skill and Bad Availability makes her a sligthly worse Archer. Spicca>Bashira
Niche:Berserker/tactical/support. yep.
Black Archer: do i even need to rate this unit? she is single handedly the most broken unit in the game....
Nanaly: the one Black archer. unless youre Lafate you should be aware that she is THE BEST FUCKING ARCHER! (not the best archer to fuck....well maybe....)
Skill: welll....lets just say that her skill is broken. 3 arrows per volley, then 4 arrows per volley, and now....5 arrows per volley. yep.....so broken....
Stats: can you say best stats in the game? (for archers) she has no contendant. she will beat any other archer. stronger than Spicca but with a high HP.
Availability: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you kiddin right? if you dont invest huge amounts of money in the game you wont get her. no way. if you do go and get a lotto ticket.
Awakening: she increases her range. not as good as Stray but she doesnt lose any atk.....as i said she is broken.
Affection: HP and ATK. yep no need to check anything she is broken.
Rating: Broken/10 you cant rate her together with the other archers. she brings the rooof so high that she cant even be considered an archer. if you do get her raise her ASAP! nothing else in the game can compare to her.

It sounds like you haven't even seen the goats yet, have fun with that. The second version of that map is worse and is where I currently am blockaded.

Lets star with Healers shall we?
Healer: is your main healing unit. they can restore hp and are overall the most usefull unit in the game. as a matter of fact if youre a beginer. healers are the third most important unit for CC
Katie>Archer>healer.
Silver Healers: your main source of healers. youll get one for free at the start of the game.
Alissa:your main healer at the begining of the game.
Skill: Alissa has the usual ATK based Skill. a normal skill unique for healers (mostly for skill increase purpouses) nothing new to say about this.
Stats: higher atk than her counterpart.
Availability: almost the same as Dorca. nothing important here. (as a matter of fact youll get 2 and 2.)
Affection: atk based.
Rating: umm the lowest of the barrell. yeah theyre not that good but not that bad either. as a matter of fact she can save your ass. (hell she is actually necesary to complete the Thursday Daily!) keep her!.
Dorca: the other healer....(she is actually a cow in disguise)
Skill: same skill as Alissa......and Christopher for that matter.
Stats: higher hp and defense than Alissa and sligthy lower atk than her.....no reason to diference them with this tough...
Availaability: 2 and 2 as i said with Alissa. just chose one...
Affection: atk based....
Rating: same as Alissa. they are actually the fucking same! just chose one...
Christopher: the male healer. a good healer to keep around.(more about this later)
Skill: the same as Alissa and Dorca.
Stats: yeah this is where theyre diferent. he actually has lower stats than the other two healers. but this is mostly because he has a lower affection stats. he does has a higher hp tough.
Availability: yeah....sadly for the English version of Aigis Christopher is a Premium only unit. however if you do get him make sure to keep him around.
Affection: atk based....however as a male unit he receives half the atk than his female counterparts.
Rating: a male healer, he might look useless however....he is actually one of the best silver healers to keep around. his niche is that because he is male he can be used during the male only battles. wich makes him usefull to farm affection items for other male units and those pesky male only challenges.
who should i train?
if you need a silver healer i would suggest that you train...the one you like....if you like cows, train Dorca, if you like normal girls train Alissa. as a secondary healer train Christopher for his niche. the third one (the one you didnt choose keep her around but dont make huge efforts to train her)
Gold healers: yep, the main reason you will most likely not train all 3 silver healers. these healers are stronger than your silver healers. however they also have a higher cost (wich makes silver healers still viable after having 2 gold healers.)
Gold Iris: your main Gold healer. (we also have to make a distinction between her and the other healer....)
Skill: Irirs like her Silver counterparts has the Increase healing skill. wich makes her healing stronger. however this is also a disadvantage. unlike other gold units wich share the same skill (increase Attack) she has a unique skill wich makes it less likely for you to adquire. (in other words you can only fuse other Irises to level her skill.)
Stats: she has lower attack than her counterpart Fedora. however a higher HP and Defense. wich makes her more usefull on the frontlines than Fedora.
Availability: a Gold unit. means that youre less likely to see her on the summon gate. but not as bad as plat. hell i would be surprised if you manage to run out of free crystals and still dont have her. and even after that. she often appaers during Gold rushes.....youll get her eventually....specially because she will be an eventual bonus character! meaning that in an update youll receive her just for being over level 10!
Awakening: the main use of gold and up units. the awakening. Irirs receives a small bonus heal when deployes wich heals all units (unless said unit cant be healed) in the map. wich makes her an awesome unit for harder maps.
Affection: Attack based. she is good!
Rating: poor poor Iris. she loves you so much that she would even allow you to do unspeakable things to her bottom!. she is a strong frontline healer. keep her behind your Tank or duelist to keep them alive.
Fedora: the Sadist healer. a good unit to have around (Specially if youre an M!)
Skill: Fedora is the only healer with a range enchancement skill. (a pure range enchancement skill.) this makes her the only Tactical healer in the game. (okay okay one of the only 2 Tactical healers of the game)
Stats: she has a higher atk to compensate for her skill. wich is nice. (making her the strongest gold healer...)
Availability: gold healer. she is a good girl. often put in the Gold rushes. get her and CR her. because....THIS! is her reall niche.
Awakening: yep. Feodra is a totally a tactical healer. her skill might look like one of the worst awakening skills. but the truth is that its a middle ground one. its not useless (like targeting mages.....) she lowers her cost. yep. she is potentially the lowest cost Saint in the game (at a whooping 16 cost.)
Affection: ATK based.
Rating: .......the best gold healer.....while Iris is stronger than her due to her skill and AW skill. HOWEVER! Iris skill is a oops i screwed up skill. wich saves your ass when you screw up. Fedora is one wich bring her out faster and in a position to save you when you need her. her higher range is more usefull than a stronger healing.
Roberto: the male gold healer (not released yet)

Well, I was going to go with Sybilla, but then I thought that'd be too presumptuous. (plus that'd probably make the person with Sybilla in their name mad....).
So I settled on Phyllis because I'm a sucker for her design:the classic/cliche short haired tomboy, her armor/clothes looks pretty neat and the skirt works pretty well in my opinion doesn't really look too out of place, I especially like the battle damaged scarf....thinking about it now actually I should have thought to go with Phyllis first anyway since the only reason I thought of Sybilla is I'm somewhat of a sucker for white hair and twin-tails.
otherwise he is somehow a bad archer but his skill actually evens him out. his skill is a fusion of the usual 2 skills increase range and atack wich makes him an stable unit....but since spica is actually a free unit.... yeah....
