Yeah it was still 20 ref when I started on Aigis, think I played it on day 1 of when it came out.

I was gonna give away the beastly account when i move on anyhow just like when I handed out the 2 highly invested LoV accounts. Saved me the work of picking a lucky sod heh.

I started 6 days after the launch(freemium lvl 87 =-= now), and i think i cashed about 10-15 reffs b4 they dropped it to 5 , so i am not complaining

I'm rather curious, how does a program that's usually meant to be used with rpg maker games with cheat engine even possible to use on a website?

This issue could be because the locale isn't set to JP like what most games that were JP only need to be able to be played. I mean you can try HG applocale thing and run your browser under the locale specifically, but that may not always work as I've had it not work for other JP region locked games.

As for these problems you speak of... I have not seen them, and I've been running JP Locale for probably 3 years now.

I also had my computers system locale as Japanese for a few years. the only problem I came across which isn't really a problem. was that my nvidia control panel had control panel written in Japanese but thats reverted back to English now

based on having like that for a few years these so called 'problems' don't actually exists. Though if your paranoid switch back to default system locale when installing or updating.

here to report my main also got wiped. i guess the error was to big for them to fix and they reset it to free it from the lock. my friend who actually payed over $200 is gonna be pissed.

edit: you know it's not your fault when they reset your account rather than "ban". if there was any cheating going on, they would be able to see.

They put them into the game with the Bellinda event... but decided hey lets not release them for weeks and count them in the 'units we are releasing for this event'...

Hopefully when I do my 12-20 rolls I get both.... so I can kick Valerie to the curb....

Valerie is stronger then that chick mage, she only gets stronger because golds get lvl 60 and awakening.

Of course cheating would be noticed, the game is monitored if it wasn't well people will suddenly have a lot more black units

Finally I was able to login!
And my account is wiped...
level 108 45 crystals like 800k gold and 3 black units....and no answer from Nutaku.I always refused to play browser games I should have listened to myself.

LOL this is insulting. for losing my blacks, plats and golds, they give me 7 crystals to make up for it.

Wow. That is... unfortunate. They have nothing to lose by reimbursing people who got reset with a significant amount of crystals. Even free players. Maybe even taking further steps to restore other things like the player's level. They're not really losing money this way, and they would only be fostering trust and retaining some customers. However, I'm guessing all that Nutaku knows how to do at this point is a few select things that the game's code allows for.

I mean at the very least people that got reset should get a perfect Bellinda...

To be honest... I wouldn't blame them if every person who got their account just quit. I know I'd stop playing completely.... what is this like 6 weeks of time put it for those who started day one just to have it all gone.

It'll be hard to keep customers if they can't even guarantee that your account won't be wiped and they won't restore it either

The hell? Wiping accounts because of their mistakes and only refunding crystals? No data backup to restore from? Just level 1 empty account? This is like the exact opposite of how online games are done right.

Unless they explain why this happened and what steps are done so that never ever happens again, I am dropping this like a hot potato, and I am sure I am not the only one. Having something similar happening to me months into a game after several events, with well-build team and high level is something I am not willing to risk even as a smallest possibility.

Eh I don't mind, but the second it happens to me I'm pretty much charging back any money I spent. Because they took it away from me essentially... Then I'll have at minimum 100 dollars to throw at another game.

As worrying as it is that people have gotten reset accounts, we should probably hold off on abandoning ship until we hear an official response from Nutaku (or until enough time has elapsed without response). By all means, they may be working to reset data as it was, but want to hold off on that until they figure out why these accounts had the issue to begin with. After all, no use doing data restores if they're just going to need to reset again two days from now (and give away more crystals, remembering crystals=money for them).

Mostly, all this optimism stems from my personal interaction with their team. They seem to understand how to deal with customers, and I don't see the type of people who gave me 10% extra gold as compensation for being 1 minute late on gold delivery to be the types to say "Wiped 6 weeks' worth of effort from you. Here's 7 bucks worth of in game currency for your trouble. KKThxBye"

Well just got the official response from Nutaku for you guys

Today we reset the accounts of everyone who used cheat engine. Paid crystals were refunded. In the future, we'll skip this and go straight to deletion. Play fairly.

That's rly confusing now, I can't believe all those ppl have actually been cheating, someone would have admitted to that by now. Also why would they be compensated with crystals if they're cheaters? Anyway, if that's true then I'd be actually glad since that would mean I don't have to worry about my own account. Otherwise I'd feel damn bad for all those ppl, 7 crystals for so many weeks wiped, I would prefer to keep my data even if they offered 500 crystals tbh.

Despite several pleas of my pleas on this forum and elsewhere, the use of third party programs to manipulate game data was simply getting out of hand. An investigation revealed several hundred people (including many users from this forum) indulging in this behavior.

Today, the Aigis dev team wiped the accounts of everyone who manipulated game data through Cheat Engine. Stolen crystals were removed. Paid crystals were refunded. In the future, they'll just skip straight to deleting the accounts.

I've posted here in the past about this subject because it's more important than many seem to realize: we're a new site, and our success or failure depends a great deal on people playing it straight with us. Hacking, scamming, etc... has a real effect on the business and will preclude us from bringing more games to you. The Japanese dev teams were frankly shocked at the level of manipulation going on - for whatever reason, they don't have this problem in Japan.

So that's it. For those of you who haven't had your data effected, our thanks. For those of you who had a reset, I hope you'll continue playing with us regardless of your access to illicit premium currency - many of you are good users and bad security is sometimes too great a temptation. Hopefully that temptation is now removed.

Ah, that explains it.
Would be better to tell about it instantly, not making us stem for a few pages, but this is infinitely better than what was assumed.

Still, makes me wonder of how sure-proof this sweep of theirs was and if any number of accounts was reset by mistake. If it really was only about cheated crystals, then not much, if any.
