Not exactly, Spica's skill boosts both her damage and range for a very long time (with also a very long cooldown), Bashira has more burst damage due to her skill while Spica does more over time. Spica's Awakening gives 7% damage to all Archers though, so you'll definitely want her if you have Bashira/Nanaly, or any Archer really.

Oh I have Bashira. She is really my only unit worth note. Well I guess betty is worth note too....

Is it possible to pass mens battle with just unleveled story mode units? Or I should wait for the healer priest?

Definitely possible, you need just need to run a few maps and pick up all the Soldiers you can get your hands on, they'll have to get swapped often.

It's rather difficult to say whether the average unit quality will improve or not since we only know of a few units that'll be coming.

That's Monica, she's only in the team because she raises the Crystal drop rates, much like Cuterie does for Affection items. Pirates have a larger range than CCed Archers and higher base damage, but much slower attack speed (somewhere around 1:2.5 if I remember right), they're... pretty niche really, not very good except for Minerva, but she's a Black and one of the top three game-breaking units as well as WankoP's personal favourite so yeah.

As I recall from wiki, I could be mistaken, but I believe they don't prioritize air units like arches either.

You can do it with irons/bronzes, without leveling them. Put prince in top lane, iron HA on bottom lane and a mage (Vallery or some lower rarity one) near HA. When HA goes low on health, replace it with next one. You will have to catch few units that run past prince, use Clave, silver bandit, or irons to catch them.

I find that hard to believe. I have less than half the gold and no Plat.

Also, you must be refilling stam right?

This is from hard mode, yes. Without refill, full stamp at day start and empty at day end.

5 Platinum record was at normal, thou. Barely got any gold, but in usual Millenium "Sticky Random" War Aigis fashion got 4 Platinum in a row that day.

That would be correct. It is awakening and is gold+ only. Not in yet.

Yes that's Awakening and no, we don't have access to that yet.

or maybe I should wait for the new units.... ugh.... Kind of want the bandit female, but it would suck if I got Victoria after having Bashira.... but then again she could replace Soma... so... hmm... opinions?

Personally? I'm also tempted to throw some money down a try to roll immediately and hope for a Nanaly/Bashira, I rather doubt Thursday's update will add something I'd want.

But I'm well aware that my luck sucks, so I'd probably end up wasting all that money, decisions decisions...

As to the units, I think they are only unveiling the ones that need to be there but may not be ones people really want, I don't think we will hear of any good ones until the update happens.
As to actually trying your luck, it does come to a now or later based on units you'd like to get. More units or less chance on the ones we already have, that's where the real decision comes up.

i dont have any money to spend right now, but if i did. i'd roll now and after the update just to suppor this company and all it's efforts in localizing H-games officially to us westerners and english speakers in general. hell, even japanese people want to play this game because it's uncensored and they can speak and read english.

edit: is the sound lagging for anyone else? if i'm not mistaken, it loaded more files too. 2 days til update!

@Dartred - Never have understood the far easts view as far as censoring sexual content (Japan isn't the only far east country that does). It's like the whole point is to see, why would you censor what you wanted to see to begin with. Completely illogical to me.

I won't even bother to compare to Europe, as the US is often considered prudish by European standards and they'd be right...some things you just can't un-see (German late night shows).

There is one other way, Time Fairy, but those are exceedingly rare events, but yes it must be the same unit to lower the cost outside of the fairy.

in Jp ver, a time fairy cost 500 revival crystal (weekend event) well maybe this is cuz of a part of event to get Anya, but well you understand how rare it is
After all they like CR a black unit = another copy of that black unit (since rainbow fairy can be get from daiy)
How hard to get revival crystal? last map 40char 3 stam = 2x*3x 65%* / 2nd last map 2x*2x95%* = rought estimate ratio 3 stam = 4 crystal
