Someone DID beat Paradox difficulty in the /mgqg/ threads, but its literally lucking out and praying for 10 whole battles just to get one level up. And it's even more ridiculous since you HAD to save the fire stone item for the slime bunny boss otherwise it would be pretty much impossible.

Basically, for insane people. But not impossible.

After you finished the final dungeon, you unlock a tower east of the third Tartarus. You can find Mimics and Honeypots in the lower floor. The aren't even that rare. Unfortunately you can't heal and respec as you could in the actual tower back in the Tartarus.

But you can use those nifty little envelope-like items to teleport you out and use the inn in the Pocket Castle then stack 3 encounter half abilities on your members and get back to the basement without encounters. I find that the most tedious part equipping and swapping Encounter Half and Encounter Quintuple.

Does anyone know if you can get another one of those rods with a yellow round tip with a cross in the middle and it shoots out a light arrow when used in battle. I think it's called a Sage Rod. I love this weapon because Luka and Promestein can do over 5k damage with Purifying Light and Grand Cross.

The encounter ones do stack, the others don't, just the highest value is retained.

Yeah, sorry, was talking about the intermediate jobs. And I don't know why, but I did a little test. Luka was level 9 and I had 99 Seeds. I used one seed at a time and when he got level 10 I had only 56 seeds left. I also found that weird, but that's what happened. Any idea why? Maybe a delay in exp gain and thus wasted seeds?.

You haven't wasted any seeds after some more job mastering I noticed some intermidiate jobs take more exp than others at 9-10 but highest I noticed was 740 so still cant be more than 15 seeds

No none of them are missable you can revisit all areas and recruit them. Well except for Ilias/Alice Lily/Lucia you can only pick one of them the rest though can be gotten anytime.

Sonia isn't supposed to exist. Alice hints at it, while Illias outright says it. Illias knows the names of every human being who exists, and she doesn't know Sonia's. If Sonia shouldn't exist, then she is a part of a paradox. Someone changing the past created her. That image could either be her facing that fact, probably that she won't exist if the timeline is put right, or her suffering from apotheosis in connection with her paradoxical existence.

Also, I really hope Black Alice gets scenes that are more than RAR I AM A GIANT FLESH THING THAT EATS YOU, or flytrap vagina.

And I'm not sure if that really is his old party member Wizard Merlin that he was talking to at the Dessert town about Sonia.

But I never got any CG like that and I believe Chrome put on a brave act so that "Shirome" wouldn't be worried about her.

Maybe that should've been Sonia's reaction when they found out their graves at the first tartarus. But yeah, I'm also thinking that she is distorting because she is a part of the paradox.

But still.....I wonder if these really are obtainable in-game...

It's important to remember that Torotoro tipped his hand to content in future games, so not everything in the trailer is probably present in the first game, just like many of the blog monster girls are in Part 2 and 3 probably.

Wasn't it basically when they first determine that the white rabbit and Tartarus are the result of paradox? Or maybe I read it wrong. I know Illias blabs about Sonia all the time, but I could very well be wrong. Using a translator and looking up kanji could easily result in me misunderstanding a nuance.

Kinda reminds me of Micaela. Probably because, well, she's a Seraph and that angel happens to look like one, with 6 wings and all. I know that that is highly unlikely or rather impossible, but that was my first thought.
Now that I think about it, it would be awesome if that were Lucifina. Different CG sure, but I wouldn't mind. Whoever that is does look protective and that rules out just about any angel.

That armor thing that attacked us after Sylph was Heinrich, right? I seem to have missed that during my playthrough.
And that Black Alice/Heinrich picture looks almost romantic. Vanilla is the last thing I expected in MGQ (not that I'm complaining).
