Re: G Building

Damon sees the cafeteria staff, which have appeared from seemingly nowhere, moving tables and stacking chairs. He drops his tray off and heads back for the dorm.

Re: G Building

Yuuki is sitting quietly in the corner, apparently supervising the hanging of decorations. Various members of staff come up to her and ask about what else needs to be done and she gives short succinct answers. The preparations seemed to be going well and everything looked like it was going to be set up for the dance tomorrow night.

Yuuki was going to be there all night, and probably well into the morning. Luckily she hadn't needed to sleep in a long, long time.

and with this the night passed into morning.

Re: G Building

Siphon and Aya both arrived at nearly the same time, almost bumping into each other at the door.

Aya looked up to him then said, "Am I late?"

Siphon shook his head. "No, looks like we're here early, which is good. I have something that you may find useful."

Aya blinked, and the two went to a table, sitting down while he informed her of her new paper work, and the banking account that would start her off he had acquired. All the while they were waiting for the others to show up.

Re: G Building

Still yawning, Sho wandered into the cafeteria building, glancing around at the decoration that had been put in place for the dance this evening. She smiled a little. Even with the craziness, some things just wouldn't be stopped.

She paused as she caught sight of Siphon, sitting with Aya, the two of them looking over various bits of paperwork, likely the stuff she and Siphon had talked about last night. Debating interrupting, she opted for breakfast first, heading over to get something to eat before joining them at the table.

"Don't you two look industrious," she stated with a grin as she slid into the chair across from Siphon, setting her tray on the table before her.

Siphon looked up at the sound of Sho's voice. "Morning." He stood, letting her set the tray down before giving her a warm hug.

Aya looked up and smiled, though it was obvious she was semi in shock from the paperwork and what she had been told. "Morning Sho, how are you today?"

Siphon released Sho, then moved over so she could sit down next to him. Once she had sat down he would as well.

Re: G Building

(Since I already lost track of where everything is...)

"Could you stop following me already?... I already told you that you didn't have to do as she said..."

Ima entered the cafeteria showing an unusual degree of emotion, namely annoyance as a blonde spiky haired boy followed her inside.

"Do you honestly believe I like following you around?... If leaving you alone was that easy, I'd have done it already!

And so Sly would have, had Mia not tricked him into a contract with her that essentially made his soul hers and him her pet for the duration of her stay. As if that wasn't bad enough she had issued three specific orders which would cause him immense pain should he disobey them.

Mia's orders were simple, speak of nothing regarding the supernatural to Ima (which included her existence), remain in a human-like form unless Ima's life was at risk, accompany Ima always and protect her from any threats. In essence, he was stuck playing babysitter for an Ima and putting up with the humiliation of following her everywhere, including the girl's dorm. The whispered murmurings and glances from earlier in the morning were still fresh in her mind.

Still arguing, the two soon found themselves seated after acquiring some food...

Re: G Building

Sho returns the hug, sliding her tray around, given that he seemed to want her to sit next to him. "I'm good. Still breathing, always a plus. No shrieks or curses when I made my way through the dorms, again, always a plus, and it looks like things are still on for tonight, so most definite plus." She grins.

Re: G Building

Aya smiled, though tilted her head curiously at Sho's comment. "May I ask, what's tonight? Something big going on that I should be avoiding?"

Siphon in the meantime had also smiled at Sho's comments, and was in the process of replying to Sho before Aya spoke, and Ima's arrival. "Yeah, those are always good signs inde-."

He stopped in mid sentence, and for a moment his eyes flared crimson red, a sure sign something had caught his attention. Luckily they were alone and no one else had seen it, but it had most definitely been there. His eyes narrowed to an icy stare, seemingly following something, or someone's progress across the cafeteria until they were out of sight.

Re: G Building

Sho put a hand out, resting it against Siphon's chest. "Down boy," she murmured quietly, catching the gleam of his eyes. By the time she turned to see what he was staring at, whatever it was, she didn't catch sight of it. "There's a dance," she said, working to change the subject and answer Aya's question at the same time.

Re: G Building

Siphons only reply was a low grunt, which may have been a growl of acknowledgment, or potentially something else, but remained silent otherwise.

"Ah, ok. That sounds awesome. I guess maybe I'll come tonight just to blend in and all, who knows, maybe I'll make some new friends here too?" She sounds hopeful of the making friends part, but there is a tone of caution in her voice, almost as if she has learned to be cautious the hard way.

Re: G Building

Sho gives Siphon another little nudge, encouraging him back to his seat. The cafeteria is not the place to have any confrontations. "We should be able to get you a ticket at the door. I don't think they're being too fussy about pre-sells," Sho says to Aya. "Though it is at least semi-formal. We may have to find you something to wear." She frowns just a little bit, perhaps pondering the task. "And," she adds a little quieter, "you don't have to worry too much about the student body here. We're all a group of misfits in our own right, but most of us are harmless. Unless pushed. And you don't strike me as the type." She smiles.

Re: G Building

While Ima may have remained completely oblivious of the hostility directed towards her, Sly did not. Being caught betwixt his animalistic instincts to flee, and the orders to remain with Ima and protect her from all threats, the snake magus appeared to clutch his head in immense pain and emit a low hissing sound. This in turn, caused Ima to turn her attention away from the argument they had been having earlier, and to look at him in a partially concerned manner.

"Are you... ok?"

"Does it look like I'm okay to you?..."

It appeared the being forced to maintain a transformation constantly and trying the best to keep the conditions of a contract with Mia was an immensely tiring experience...

(Bah, tiredness post. Cut short since I'm too lazy to flesh this out.)

Re: G Building

Siphon had not left his seat, managing to restrain himself. He also had not seen Sly appearing to be in pain, for if he had he may have walked over. Luckily he hadn't, and thus shook his head, sparing the area they had gone to one last glance before looking away and pushing everything to do with Mia out of his mind. Finally he spoke, "yes, we should have no trouble getting a ticket at the door. There should also be a few places in town where we can all get something nice to wear for the dance tonight. After Grace and Elissia meet with us, we'll head on over as a group."

Aya nodded her head, then looked at Sho for a moment. "Yeah, that's good, and no not the type to provoke if it can be avoided. This place is quite different from the town you mentioned. I've been to it a couple of times, first by accidently wandering to it. Maybe later I'll tell you what happened there, but not right now. Suffice it to say it wasn't that nice of an experience."

Re: G Building

At that point, Kyle wandered in. As opposed to yesterday, he was actually wearing a somewhat normal outfit, the school uniform. His first stop was food, then he stopped to look around at the room and decorations.

Re: G Building

"Oh dear," Sho mutters quietly as Aya mentions a not-nice experience. "Yeah, I prefer drama over lunch, not breakfast." She grins. Her attention had mainly been on Siphon, so the other conversation went unnoticed by her as well, though, like her partner, she wouldn't have stayed away if he did look to be in obvious distress.

"And what do you mean 'we can all get something nice?'" she teases Siphon, crossing her arms. "I've had my dress bought since they announced the dance. Best find something that goes with red, and that's all I'm saying." She grins.

Re: G Building

Aya simply bows her head slightly, which might almost remind Sho of the same way Siphon usually did, although it was impossible for Aya to know that. It seemed perhaps that was a definite quirk of their species, no matter how much time separated the two of them from being 'related'.

Siphon grinned back to Sho and added, "it was easier to say all of us than specific names. Besides, I have no idea if Elissia and Grace have anything, let alone are even coming to the dance. Hmm, goes well with red eh? I'd normally say I'll dress in black then, but I think that might scare some people to see me in black. I'll let you help me pick something else since you probably have a better eye for what will match with what you picked out for yourself already."

Re: G Building

Damon boosts himself up to the roof, with no regard for who might be watching. He didn't have much of an appetite, but was curious to see who would be coming and going. He sat on top of the building with his legs dangling over the edge, idly moving about in circles.

Re: G Building

She does note the gesture, though she doesn't say anything about it. "Well, black does have a bit of a classic look to it, but we'll see what we can find. Putting you in red might just make you look a bit too devilish." She grins. "We'll see what we can put together. And yeah, maybe I ought to run over to the dorm and see if those two are awake and remembered they were supposed to be meeting us." She chuckles.

Re: G Building

Siphon nods. "Yeah, you have a better eye than me for clothing anyway. As for checking in on them, that's up to you, or we could all walk over there."

Something in his tone suggests that he doesn't think it wise he remain in this area alone after whatever he saw earlier.

Aya picked up on it and tilted her head slightly, but said nothing so far.

Re: G Building

"All right. Well, lets give them a little more time. Say...until we're done with breakfast? Then if they haven't joined us by then, we can go pound on their door." Part of her nagged that the girls shouldn't be late like this and the other part told her not to worry. She wasn't sure which part to believe in at the moment.
