Some people here are not brave enough yet to give some comments in public, the reputation system is the only way they can comment anonymously until the admin allows display of usernames in the reputation system. Someone actually just negrepped me a few hours ago stating that the leaks are going to happen again. Well it's not impossible for it to happen again but we can try to prevent it as long as we possibly can.
In response to your later posts, we're not going to take it that far because what he did isn't "that" big of a deal. BCT is not making a profit from cracking these games for people and releasing them to the general public so it isn't illegal for him to do it, at least not illegal to BCT in particular. Actually it's too early to assume that he's even the main culprit behind the leaks since he hasn't admitted to doing so and has came up with some excuses that "might" make him innocent to the crime but some coincidences ties him to the person behind the leaks. To be safe, he's no longer part of the inner circle of the BCT Team.
I wasn't insulting the one who negrepped me, let me make that clear. I respect their opinion, and I agree that rep is the only anonymous way to give feedback. The person whom I referred to in my post was an example of someone not abusing their anonymity. I just felt like I should give my two cents.
In regard to the one who leaked the games and this other guy you're talking about, I understand that nothing either he or BCT does is illegal. I'm just saying that people who abuse their internet-granted anonymity and break trusts aren't good people and it's just sad.
I still wish the best to BCT and refuse to go back on my statement that the decision to release the leaked games officially garners respect, because it does.
