That is... odd. Both DLsite and DMM (the only two places where you can buy the game, as mentioned by the author) explicitly mentions that "Save Data with All Galleries and Animations unlocked is included with the game."
For those who want to see the CG and animations but are bad at action games... don't worry! Save data with all CGs and the animation review mode unlocked are bundled together with the game.
It's also standard policy for Fukami (the author) to include a Full 100% save in each of his games (including those he worked with Ankoku Marimokan).
Maybe there was a problem with your download, or with the extracting, or the author did forget to put the save file in when he initially uploaded the game for sale (before putting it in later).

Get good ranks (B, A or S) for the previous stages. (ie. Dont die, dont use chaos orbs, other factors dont matter)
You can avoid the bad end as long as you dont get very bad ranks (C and D) for all stages (iirc getting 2 S-ranks are enough for you to avoid the bad end). Replays are easier as bosses don't respawn. Bad End D (worst end) is actually more difficult to get as it pretty much requires you to get the absolute worst rank (D) in all stages before Envy.
You can check what ending are waiting for you by asking Sariel for your progress (4th choice) at Arcadia before the Envy stage. If she says something about you are having trouble (or worse, a lot of trouble) in progress = bad end C/D. Anything else means you are going towards good end path.
Notes on Good Ends
Good End B - Doing average (but not bad enough to get the bad end) but not too good, beat last stage.
Good End A - Doing good or very best, (ie. S/A ranks for all stages), beat last stage.
Good End S - Clear every stage with S rank, and THEN beat last stage with S rank. If you fail to beat last stage with an S rank you will get Good End A instead.
So...how exactly do you get nothing but like D's? The lowest I can get is a B...and that is by avoiding as many pickups as possible and jumping into couple deaths on purpose.

Using the Chaos Orbs decrease your rank. Also, getting hit a lot slightly decreases your rank too. Best way to get a D is to lose all but 1 of your lives, then use all your Chaos Orbs on your way to the end of the stage.
Also, for anyone wondering, I've gotten an A by using the Orbs only once per stage, a B for using it 3 times, and a C by using all of them but not dying. And I've gotten an S when I died only once. If you want to get an S, you must not use any orbs. Dying once seems okay from what I've done. Be careful not to get hit, as too many might get you a lower rank.

You need to clear each stage with an S rank to get the quad-amputee Sariel CG, as far as I can tell. It shows up at the end of the credits.
To those who are attempting the D rank ending, ya'll are in for an unpleasant incineration scene (unless you have gore disabled, in which it cuts to black at the last second).
On a side note, I find it odd that the tentacle pit CG for the lust stage can only be triggered while gore is enabled. It's not particularly violent (if you can even consider cum inflation as such), and isn't filtered in the gallery.
Already cleared all 4 first stage, i wonder what the story, if anybody kind enough to at least tell me the main point of the story and bad/good end is, i will truly grateful

Blah blah hell attacks the surface to kill humans and reap their souls blah blah.
The stolen souls are concentrated in the form of soul orbs held by the respective demon of each cardinal sin.
Your boss, Archangel Sariel decides to send you to beat the demons up and get the soul orbs back blah blah.
Since she's well, the Archangel of Death, you get to respawn. Also she gives you a bunch of Chaos Orbs in case you need extra power by drawing upon demonic energies.
Don't worry, you won't become a fallen angel, she says. Prrrrobably. Yeeep. Incidentally it miiight not be a good idea to overuse them. No sirreeee.

[Rest of the story in spoilers]
So you start by finding the Hellgate. To get there you'll need to fight through a ruined human village. Then you need to fight four of the deadly sins (Belphagor, Mammon, Beelzubub and Asmodeus) to unlock the gate.
Along the way you meet a demon calling herself Bones in Asmodeus' brothel. Apparently she wants the orbs you gathered. And your life. Pitiful fighter really, all you need to do is crouch and spam attacks.
You then meet her again near the Hellgate. As usual, easy-peasy.
After some eye-poking shenanigans you make your way to Pride's Tower of Torture before making your way to Leviathan's sea. Which is a shitty level, incidentally, due to the ^@$^%@& winds. You get all the way through, only to see your boss in front of you.
So Sariel wants the orbs, like, right now. Some demon is coming after her. Said demon (Bones) shows up and slashes her. Blah blah demon tells you not to trust Sariel, Gee, are you really going to trust a demon?
...Oh, turns up she's Archangel Michael under disguise. According to her Sariel has betrayed everyone by letting the demons invade and steal souls blah blah. Also she's trying to backstab Satan as well by getting all the soul orbs for herself.
Gee, so Sariel is a bloody traitor. Who would have guessed? I mean, it's not like almost every single angel named Sariel has been the fishy sort in fiction, riiight?
(Also, Michael usually ends up fighting the protagonist due to some misunderstanding or because either of them were being manipulated.)
Branch 1:
Bad End
Yeah, right, bullshit, Bones. So you can change your appearance, huh? Easy for you to look like Michael then. It's not like you have any proof that you're hi... uh.. her.
So you fight Michael and wins, because he's... she's a pussy. Also there's a convenient shallow pit right there where you can dodge most of her attacks. You don't even need to crouch now!
Ending D
So you kicked Satan's ass offscreen and stole his b̶a̶l̶l̶s̶ orb for Sariel. Sariel congratulates you on a job well done and sends you to Earth to help repopulate it (read: fuck and give birth to humans).
You get hailed as a saint... until one day the humans discovered your previous transformations with the chaos orb. So they burn you as a witch. The end.
Also Sariel shows up later to gloat. Thanks to you she got more human souls to feed on!
Ending C
So you managed to get the job done for Sariel. Sariel starts to congratulate you... then she starts egging on how much you loved the fallen angel transformation. Blah blah blah, protagonist admits it, gets corrupted and joins Sariel for an all-you-can-eat fuckfest down under.
And I mean, reallllly all the way down under.
Branch 2:
Sariel reveals her true intentions and starts gloating, Bond-villain style. Apparently she was bored of her pencil-pusher job back in H̶e̶a̶v̶e̶n̶ Arcadia, and decided to jump on Satan's offer. Also she was envious that everyone else has bigger boobs than her pettanko chest. Actually I think the second half is the main reason.
Of course, opportunity doesn't come knocking very often so she decided after that to backstab everybody and become ruler of heaven and hell.
Then she steals your orbs, powers up and transforms into a S̶u̶p̶e̶r̶ ̶S̶a̶i̶y̶a̶n̶ naga-like monster with Leviathan fused to her lower half.
Naturally the first thing she does is to knock Michael far, faaar away so the latter can't help you. Not that it would matter anyway, Michael's a pussy.
Sariel is... freaking annoying to hit since the Leviathan's head blocks almost everything.
Unless you have arrows, then it becomes a piece of cake, as the bottom arrows can hit her wings while you're standing steal. Spam away.
Also watch out for her death rays and watch your step when she drops parts of the floor.
After you defeat her, you'll get your orbs back, plus the one she has as Envy.
You report to Michael in Arcadia. Michael wants to relieve you, but you insist on continuing the mission, so Michael can stay in Arcadia and protect it.
Michael asks, what if she's the traitor?
Naturally you respond with a badass boast, "Then I come back and k̶i̶c̶k̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶a̶s̶s̶!̶ defeat you!"
Michael decides to trust you and entrusts you with another mission.
"Come back alive."
So, last stage, Wrath, you're fighting Satan. (which isn't the same guy as Lucifer).
Stereotypical Demon Lord castle with lava all over the place, pretty cliché. Watch your step,
Once you reached Satan at the end, he decides to extend the usual offer to you to become his subordinate. Of course you refuse.
Pretty easy guy to beat, really, mostly because his head is huuuge.
Then the castle starts to collapse because it has no ontological inertia. Time to escape! Classic countdown timer included!
Once you reach around the middle of the map, there's two paths -- you can either fly up the left chimney or the right one. Left one is longer but safer, right is far shorter but faar more dangerous as you would be flying near the bottom of the map with lava and everything.
Once you reach the final moving platform, it'll start to move, carrying out of the castle.
Riiight in time to watch it blow up.
Michael congratulates you on a job well done and asks you what you want to from there on.
Ending B
You say you want to rest, as it has been a long day for you. Michael agrees and throws in a promotion for you -- you were a Virtue, a fifth rank angel from the second choir. Now you're a Seraphim, the highest rank angel, of the first choir.
(So, basically, probably the same rank as Michael and Sariel. Probably Michael wants you to replace your ex-boss.)
So you help guide the humans as they recover from the demon invasion (See, two pairs of wings!). One day you decide to rest at a hot spring... right when Michael decides to visit you.
Naturally you invite her and she accepts.
Boobs!
Ending A
You want to become a human! To help guide the humans and help repopulate the surface. Michael is surprised, but grants your request.
Cut to marriage scene. You are the happiest woman at the point. Yay! Happy Ending!
(Seriously Ending B is better)
Ending S
You want to become a human! Blah blah blah almost the same as Ending A, except you'll get to fight your inner demons beforehand.
(Plus an extra CG after credits end where you see a quad-amputee Sariel. Probably she wasn't killed, but was 'rescued' and captured by Arcadia. Amputations were probably the result of getting rid of the parts of Leviathan which was fused to her.)
