It's one of the C86 release on DLSite :v though I played the demo before.
A summarized comparison would be KanColle in space, although with less ship to find.
You basically train the blond in the title to increase her stat, craft equipments, then go out there to murder space girls for loots.
The screen show 2 other characters to join the fight, though I'm not sure if they can be trained too or not :v the demo have only one girl + I didn't play for long.
Well, at least it seems to have affection system or something similar to it, since initially she really hate you (cuz of the training method) and in one of the sample screen she basically beg to drink your cum.
