Yeah, my nap was only supposed to last an hour and a half, but well, shit happens I guess. Obviously at some point I got up to turn off the alarm on my phone, but I have no recollection of the fact.
but i feel you bro, i missed 3 fever times. 2 yesterday and 1 today. 2 yesterday because i was at school break when i got them so i wasn't able to farm. 1 today because the fever time message didn't pop up and i afk'd to set up a doctors appointment and got back when there was 2 minutes left.
Hmm, I hate when that happens. I usually try to sneak off to the bathroom for a few minutes if I stumble on a Fever Time at school or at work and try to make the most of it.
Speaking of which, I can now confirm that there is no cooldown period between Fever Times and it is purely a matter of luck when it comes to encountering one. I had a few BP leftover just as I was exiting a session of Fever Time (since I was drinking red pots six at a time for the sake of efficiency), so I decided to keep going and the very next boss I found happened to be an FT boss.
then i said screw it and that's when i used my tickets and got that card and SR rinko. got a fever time 1 hour ago and went from rank 5,900 to rank 3,700. i can almost smell the 5 gatcha tickets now. this suicide card pretty much garunteed my what ever spot i want for the tickets. i don't care about the SR event card very much, i still have my halloween witch with the same effect.
Just my two cents, but it seems like a wasted opportunity to aim so low when you've already found the slayer UR. During the last boss hunt, when I had the slayer UR, I was killing the SR boss at Lv 150+ at the cost of only 2 or 3BP (granted, the rest of my attack team was filled with four copies of the slayer HR). In terms of efficiency, I was raking in on average well over 10k points per BP spent. I ended up in the top 200 while spending comparatively few potions and received three copies of Ange.
Like yourself, I started out aiming only for the tickets since I wasn't terribly interested in the SR, but rolled the UR at the beginning of the event. The event became such a cakewalk that my score quickly ballooned and my rank rose dramatically. Especially on an event like this one where there appears to be a very low level of player interest, this would be a good opportunity to score several copies of an event SR (possibly your first?) For reference, I only dropped four ranks during the final hour of the previous boss hunt event while doing nothing at all. I expect the "rush" this time around to be similarly uneventful.
As an aside, "suicide card" is a misnomer perpetuated by players who are overly reliant on Google Translate to play the game. I believe the semantic engine of Google Translate associates the word 特攻 with suicide because, during World War II, kamikaze pilots were known officially as
特別
攻撃隊, "Special Attack Corps". 特攻 for short, which just means "special attack".
Basically, the proper name is "special attack card", but on Japanese boards, they are colloquially known as "slayer cards". They have nothing to do with suicide.
