Aaaaaand I officially can't defeat the second boss, tried a lot of times, I always end up with the big black circle wave of attacks killing me.
And the little black circles dmg are also a problem.
Meh, probably just my own incapacity.

i keep getting a code error when i go to start it. it says
ERROR in
action number 1
of Step Event2
for object objPlayer:

Trying to use non-existing surface.
at gml_Object_objPlayer_Step_2
have no idea how to fix it. love the game though.

Skipping this update on purpose.

This game normally frustrates me one way or the next. I dig the game though, but I rather wait for the next update instead of trying this one.

I cant deal with the effing boss. It does too much damage with its balls of black spunk and it doesnt even give you a nice animation after you "die" to it. if it did at least you'd get some measure of reward for trying.

I dont know what youre all complaining about. I beat the 2nd boss on my 2nd try. Just dive into the water when you get hit.
The projectiles are hard to evade though, having them attack at a lower rate would make it easier.

yeah I beat the boss on my 2nd try aswell, but what I'd suggest is making the projectiles more visible.Change the color, becasue as it is they are pretty much same color as the backgroud.

Well imo thats a good thing but its the fact that theres barely any space between you and the lower 2, it gives you no time to react and if you are say on the opposite end of the platform from the one shooting the only way you can doge is by going straight down into the water.

how about the rate of their attack is the same but they do way less damage or none at all, with a second less frequent attack doing much more.

It is a boss people...you aren't supposed to just be able to beat it in two seconds with full health. Was it impossible? Hell no...it wasn't that difficult at all really. You just have to have a tiny shred of patience, know when and how to dodge and get down really low when the spinning arm is getting towards you so you have a small gap to slide through.

Really wish I could watch some of you play some of the great frustraters for the NES like Ninja Gaiden or Batman Returns. If you think this game is hard...jeez.

Great artwork/animations and pretty good gameplay. The only problems I've noticed is that, in part of the walkthrough, you're told to destroy a cracked wall. I'm guessing you intend for people to be able to play this without a walkthrough, but I literally would've never guessed that wall could be blown up. It should be more obvious if it's something that is necessary to beat the game. If it were a secret, then there wouldn't be a problem.

I think it's the plant-like enemy you encounter in the new biome. It makes her breasts bigger and you're unable to jump for a while.

thats the latcher. youll know the brexpander when you see it.. or rather dont see it

I've been busy and haven't kept up with this thread for a month or two, but I felt it was important that I convey a message of great important to the creator of this game.

I hope there is a horse, and I additionally hope that said horse's animation has him mount the heroine from behind, and that cum inflation will be involved in said animation.

Very important. Nothing is more important than this single person's opinion, because nothing is more important than this single person.

Pretty confident my logic's airtight on this one, boys.

The second boss is a bit difficult, but I managed to beat it. If you want to smooth out the challenge a bit, I have a few suggestions:

-reduce the damage it deals by 20-30%
OR
-add an extra 100 max-health pickup somewhere before the boss arena, and INCREASE it's damage by 40-50%
AND/OR
-reduce the travel speed of it's projectiles and make them more visible against the background
AND/OR
-give the player the ability to shoot upwards while hobbled.

Beside the slightly rough difficulty spike, I rather liked the arena gimmick of having a pool at the bottom of the room where you can retreat to remove the boss's debuff.

As ever, I admire your ability to use the dialogue with the Test NPC to incorporate your testing of plot-advancing mechanics (NPC transformation, having conversations add map notes, etc). The writing also manages to be effectively self-aware without going overboard and becoming annoying, too. The "leave the room and come back" got a legit laugh out of me.

The only problems I had about the second boss were that its projectiles were hard to see and that if a projectile hit you while you were in the water you got stuck.

Aside from that, I found it nice and challenging, and not as hard as to start changing stuff here and there.
