Started as well, this game is like Boukyaku no Princess, ign is DAlice (I swear, every time a DMM game comes out, it gives you one less letter to make a name. There will be a point where they'll just give 1 letter and everyone will be like A, B, C)

I wondered what the hell was up with this. 6 letters is way too strict, nothing will be available after 10k players.

I said it earlier but IGN is FSmoo, I shoulda tried just Fruits, too bad I don't think you can change it afterwards.

Everyone above this post has been counted for. Needless to say, focus on giving FP to members below, unless you really need a strong unit, in which case go with the high rarity ones. (The girl I have favorite should been top tier for this game)

I don't even know how to navigate all the menus yet to add people, or what the heck FP is :p Do we really just have to keep refreshing a battle attempt to find different assist partners? I noticed it seemed to be asking me to add the assist person I got in the last battle.

In terms of adding people, you can add someone who logged on recently. It's the 2nd menu from upper right.

Note: High rarity level are VERY difficult to level. (20 exp versus 1 star 100+ exp as an example)

20/5? Or not, 10/2 Is there no better way to add people? This game is annoying to navigate without any Japanese knowledge since it uses very few images. I'm having trouble even finding a friendslist. I think all I found is where you can accept people who have invited you, there's one person in there and it's not any of you. I don't know crap about this game yet.

The game gives lots of errors right now, hope they fix it soon. Already got 3 errors, 2 on battle, before loading it and after finishing, and 1 on evolution screen. Kinda sucks cause it uses up your AP anyway.

Did you say error? Cause I got the below error unit!~

Joking aside, having your AP eaten up sucks a lot.

The easiest way to add each other is to coordinate so we end up in the same area at the same time, probably. Early areas emptied out a bit so I'm managing to get through. After you finish a mission with someone as helper you get an option to pick add them to your friend invitations list (right in the 仲間 menu). I assume you can move them over to the left menu which is your actual friend list.

Also, I have evolved the non-starter fire girl, and as you say, they take ages to level compared to 1-star characters.

Starter girl levels at least 2~3x faster than my 3 star rare that I got from first 100 yen.

Gacha Unit Lv1 (140->120 Exp to go) Starter Girl Lv5 (120->60 Exp to go) That's kind of difference you are looking at.

Fusion is useless for gaining exp since each basic fused unit gives 5 exp. Same element gives 50% bonus rounded down. But I suppose if I am only gaining 20 exp per dungeon for Gacha unit, it's decent?

Confirm you gain nothing special for fusing the same unit. Also, the higher the rarity of the card, the more "Holy Ritual Item" you will need to evolve her.
1 Star = 1, 3 Star = 4.

When I have time I will compile all the tips mentioned in the posts on the first one. For now, just keep on adding in information.

Which means that we better figure out exactly how to best add people from it, before there are too many players to find each other x.X I'm on the 3rd area, just cleared the 2nd 16/3 map, looking in 16/4 for you guys.

EDIT: Great success, I just found DAlice in 16/4.

I still don't know how to best strengthen my team or anything. Is it best to wait until they hit max level before evolving them or something?

Wait, I thought (from the tutorial explanation at least), that you could only evolve them if:
1. They're max level.
2. You have enough money to pay for it.
3. You have the class-change item.

At least that's how I evolved my non-starter fire girl. Considering they go up a star upon class-changing/evolving, I assume they'll be somewhat comparable to girls that start at 3-stars stat-wise once you get them there. Unless there's a limit on how many times you can evolve them...

Hell if I know, I just went into the evolution menu and it allowed me to look at the materials and evolutions of all the girls. I didn't actually try to evolve one beyond the tutorial girl yet because I didn't know if they'd be weaker if not max level, like most DMM games. Normally it'd be like "Nope" somewhere, but I'm not sure I even had a max level girl in there for comparison. I'm just weary of those traps where you end up with weak units because you didn't know any better early on. All the girls seem so similar so far though. One magic attack, one heal, eventually they get an aoe, etc, etc.

Edit: Ahh the evolution accept box is greyed out if they aren't max level. The girl I looked at was max level already so it wasn't greyed out.

Girls being similar usually mean 3 things. Then again those are low rarity 1 star girls. And each deck consists of 3. (i.e. they shouldn't even be in your deck in the first place past early stages)

1) You can stick who you like in terms of looks.
2) The stats difference (attack versus magic) vary noticeably after evolution.
3) Event girls will be unique in terms of skills

Edit: Ahh the evolution accept box is greyed out if they aren't max level. The girl I looked at was max level already so it wasn't greyed out.
Something I have noticed as well, a bit confusion, but it's there to show the "Holy Ritual Items" you need to farm for before evolution.

The evolution itself (note, skipping the ritual, since I really don't care for that when I game for the sake of gaming) is quite fun. The girls change quite a bit and become noticeably better/cooler looking. I can feel the "trainer/raiser" in me getting excited.

Now I am wondering if there's more than one evolution on some characters? (Read starter girl)

i could post a screenshot for it but it's nothing more than blank loading page with "Error#2032" written below

ohh for fuck sake it was maintenance before and now i've got an error. is this game really working properly? i know tentacle tactics were bugged when it was introduced but never i find an error especially when it's my first time to play this game

Confirmed once you have accepted a friend invite, they will always be available for you to use. i.e. they get a lot of friendship points each time you borrow their helper (10 as opposed to 5). Update: This only applies while they are logged in, though they don't have to be in the same dungeon zone.

Friend slots limit exists, I don't know how many, again, if I see a name I am familiar with, I will add you. (Also add those with rare units you don't see often, even at lv1 they are significantly stronger than starter girls)

No solution that I know of, there's only the changing time zone to tokyo, use chrome as browser,and hit force refresh (R5) that I would try. If none of them work, you are out of luck

Boy, there sure are a lot of pointless animations. The whole interface feels painfully inefficient. Especially how they put the action buttons over each girl so you have to mouse all over the place in combat.

really, nothing regarding how to solve this bug? this pretty much means i cant play the game for the rest of my life. i've been refreshing the pages as well as clearing browser cookies and caches. this error happens in my chrome as well as firefox

i know it's new but isnt there grand quest wiki or something? they usually put useful stuffs there

Hm, no idea what's happening prima. During the maintenance last evening Japan time they supposedly increased the amount of servers and fixed the "white screen" bug, which is probably why it's running a bit better now. But as we all see there are still problems. For reference, I could run it on both Win7 and Win8, in chrome with Japanese set for non-unicode programs and clock set to Tokyo time.
