but have not taken the mask what must I do?
Well, this may be a bit too much of a spoiler, but you can:
--After escaping the Prison--
1) Talk to the Witch(?) at the 2nd Town
2) Go down Her Basement and Finish it
3) Talk to the Witch(?) to get the mask
--Going Back to the Castle--
4) Equip the mask from your inventory (White mask @ Geek Glass with Nose)
5) Go to the Castle
6) Talk to the Guy & Granny at the Right & Left Room
7) Go talk to the King
8) Fight Boss!
--Sandy Adventure--
9) Exit the Kingdom from the Bottom Gate
10) Go to the Sand Town
11) Talk to the man in the mansion wearing a White hood
12) Exit the Town, Then Go up into the mine
13) Fight the Boss!
14) Return to the Sand Town
15) Talk to the Man Again
16) Enter the Pyramid at the left Sand Town Exit

Unless I am wrong,
X) The Giant Orc in the first Forest seems to spawn randomly, after defeating the Slime boss.
XX) Seems like you need to be defeated by all the boss and get R*pe by as many different people in order to get Shia's illegitimate child.
XXX) Make sure to have Shia's Red Hair Friend when fighting Metal Slime, since she can paralyses the enemy (Purple Lighting) and Spam as many of Shia's 3000MP explosion spell, since spells have 100% chance of hit. Also work with the Princes 40MP Light Magic *when her lvl is high enough* You can level up to Lvl 300 - Lvl 999 easily at the Slime Island.
