Healers are not "just better" than Fensui users. It heavily depends on the map, enemies and your party.
For example, if u have to tank a golem/lich, then healers will perform better because the dmg gets concentrated on 1 or 2 targets. But if you are tanking a bunch of mages or other multi-target enemies, fensui users are the best option. (Odette's last map is an example of this).

So far maps were more "tuned" to be cleared with normal healers but since now we all have at least 1 fensui user, that could change.

Ok i just AW Pipping and she perform far more than my expectation.
She currently on AW30, so with prince R164 + aria aw ability buff and Pippin skill.
Pippin actually manage to hit 811 atk (reminder she heal 2 unit as well *still not tested though :p*).
Totally out perform my G.Iris Aw59 (3/5 skill), i can have high expectation on Pippin in future

It seems Meteor serial codes are being given out during the business (today) of the TGS. Meteor's skill is the same as Tamamo in that it's 1/3. Also, the people participating had to play using a tablet, which was awkward for anyone that was used to playing with a mouse.

I wonder when they'll introduce an event enchanter. Being that their golem stopping ability is tied to their skill, I bet whoever they introduce will either have a skill with a garbage attribute, or make it so its duration is 5-10s. I'm not too worried about the second phase so long as they don't expect me to burst kill iron golems one after another. I think I can handle 3 coming at me from different directions with Mitra, B. Iris, and Memento (I had 7 lancer skeletons to spare from killing the iron axe golem, so I think Memento is capable of trivialising two of them if they're spread apart).

Yes! After bad beginning I managed to raise my Chloe from -1 to -4 cost. Took 10 copies in total. NoW I will farm her with only natural stamina, and natural charisma will go to story missions. I am still not sure what are you talking about except "there are Golems" :D

I'm Jelly with you luck >.<
I've been farming chloe ever since maintenance and spend 3 SC.... but forget the chance in CR / skill up
I only got 2 Chloe drop so far :(

Maybe it just telling me i shouldn't be focused too much on geting Chloe (which she also not droping during GR time as well)

I ate 3 SC during first day.... I think I ate 5 or 6 SC total. I've been lucky with drops but from -1 cost to -2 cost (50% chance) I used 5 copies. I had her -1/2 on her event more than one year ago, then ate one or two copies from gold rush and still no second cost reduction. But I agree, I had decent drops of Chloe and samurai but just one healer dropped.... I need much more. I am happy enough with -4, I will be able to use her now

I've read the story translations and it's nice that we're getting short stories for the areas we visit. The pacing is fast, but that's because of the type of game we're playing (which isn't suited for full-blown stories), but it's nice that they are making it feel like we're reaching the climax of this arc. It's also nice that they made the demons feel more threatening by utilizing the golems.

I just wonder how they will do the story for the White Empire. Will there be Hero units in the Imperial Army that challenge the prince just like the Black Armor? The enemies encountered in the Magic City are more threatening just because of the golems alone. How will they match up with that difficulty?

What would be nice is if they introduce more emergency maps like Meteor's where we only have to spend 1 charisma to play around with pre-set units. They could set it up so that every week there's a new map, and they'll switch up the units available for the map every day as a challenge.

Every week isn't too much for this type of mission. All they have to do is re-use old maps, work on enemy patterns and pathing, and make a preset team designed to clear the mission. Sprinkle some light story elements and pass it off as a weekly event to distract players for a bit.

It's more potential content for the players, and possibly more charisma (if future versions aren't 1 charisma) sinks in the future. I wouldn't say no to an extra mission where I can get a Sacred Crystal.

Basically, they're just adding 1 more mission per week if they continue to do this. It's not too much to ask for.

Edit: Ugh, my lvl69 Anya can't tank the big golem guy. Gotta put in more levels on her...

I believe just using AW gold + event unit should be possible enuff.
Remember the first time they introduce aw skill, the first impression i got from it is... OMG this skill is all broken (well they give it to black unit 1st).

Increasing in difficulty is a must to make the game stay fun, instead of boring grinding / farming. Need to have some sort of objective after all.
Well this was mention before, but there seem a case alot ppl quiting with reason this game too easy (after burning money from premium gacha)

I'm sure as time pass by there more class / more aw skill / more event unit / or maybe those unit rebalance (buff) + new stuff will make these story map we though its hard become possible.
+ Wonder will they ever made a strong class again thats stronger and more costly than dragon rider :p (AW Dragon lord cost 38)

What about "the Challenge" ? I agree with exkale, playing once a week with some low lvl characters chosen by them with bonus premium girl not every one of us have is fun and challenging . They just have to do these maps a bit harder :D
I would enjoy it.

I would enjoy it.
well, you can do it by yourself - just get some bronzes and try to clear story with them. all fun is yours=)

so they will be characters I decided to take not I was forced to use, and cost of regular maps is too high to waste it on some really low lvl characters. Also my idea included premium summon characters, how I am supposed to do that? Without ofc doing premium summons.

Other news: my Chloe just turned to -5/9, I am so surprised I don't know what to do with this revival now. =o

For us, it's to obtain a sacred crystal for a 3-star reward. The same as the April Fool's Day Kanpani Girls Collaboration Event map.

For the staff, it's to test the map to make sure it doesn't have any bugs that would cause them problems and embarrassment during the live sessions during the Tokyo Game Show.

Spending one charisma to fuck around for fucking ever on a puzzle map with a pre-selected team is different from spending 12+ charisma (and 1+ stamina) to waste a half hours worth of charisma trying some conduct strategy with your own units. Having them pre-select the team turns it into a puzzle, since the staff know at least one solution, and it's your job to figure it out or any other solutions. Self-inflicted conducts do not function the same, since it's unknown if there is a solution. One person was trying to 3-star clear Sandra's event with nothing but cavalry units and the only ranged units that can be used are ones that can't attack (i.e. healers and dancers). This person hit a roadblock and couldn't clear the last couple maps until he kept rolling gacha to obtain the Platinum Bow Rider Daisy, since she has better range to deal with flying demons than the Black Pegasus Rider Esther. He didn't go into details, but he spent a lot of money on this conduct, which is completely different than spending 1 charisma to solve a puzzle with units pre-selected for you.

I believe it also showing the introduction of new sprite as you mention before those bronze unit.
Most of us didn't even use bronze bandit, puting the unit there is like hinting us there already a new change to them.

And i agree on the puzzle part, I like them do more of this kind of stuff and make it even harder puzzle.
Most ppl are too dependand to their over power unit nowday and while its true you can say "just use silver / bronze to challenge yourself" There totally no prize for doing it, or we don't even have the unit to do it (lvl-ed up bronze / silver) + it cost tons chr / stm to do it as well for high difficulty map.

Even now i only got 2 drop of chloe, that i almost given up on this...
The part i'm glad is i still got those silver healer + plat cans this still keep up my sanity.
I even though of telling myself stop doing this map and use all those chr for lvl up my new awaken unit since its still 1.5x drop rate.
Since you already done with your chloe can you give me your luck :p (j/k)

Altrius when I am home I can show you my placement of these units, maybe it will do the trick. I used Maurette, Nagi, Prince, Pippin and Cornelia (this sprite!), and I was getting Chloe only in situations when I used Maurette skill on specyfic times.

I was getting a lot of Chloe ans useless samurais. As for now: I am going to switch to 30/2 map, I am running out of witches. You can take my Chloe luck now. Just remember I used some crystals to raise her . She was my first unit even in this game .
