I just started playing this game. Are there any serial codes that are still working and is it worth rerolling here? I've already tried rerolling a few times but only landed on a gold at best.

General beginner tips would be nice as well since the newbie guide on the first post is gone.

I think all of the serial codes died petite took them out his sig and I guess it could be worth rerolling to see if you can get a nice gold /platinum unit something that could carry you for a bit. depends how many times you feel like rerolling gold is I beleive 37% from premium summon platinum 10% black 3 %

only gold or better units can be upgraded twice and gain new passive abilities black units have skills that can be triggered instantly so their typically OP though some platinum units can be sorta fast too taking only 10~15 seconds to prepare their skills

though silver units can only be upgraded once they are still vital early on because it will be awhile before your able to upgrade any gold + units twice or awaken them is what its called

The most used / favourite gold probably Claire / Iris / Aria (event unit) well the survey petite posted a month ago back up this reommendation

Its hard to say which 1 is good cuz they have their own use, and the best part of gold unit is they are alot easier to cost reduce from having multiple copy.

Any of them decent enough to stick with? Still rolling while posting here but frankly getting tired of it since I want to get playing already.

do you mean the Chr between Hard mode --- Extreme ?
Hard - 60 / 3 (20 chr different) ---> Extreme is 80 /3 (3 stm different) ---> God tier is 80 / 6

Please disregard that post. Obviously I had in mind the 3 stam difference, but I forgot that the god-tier map drops two plat cans, even if droprate for each is the same.

My general beginner tips:

1) Never CC a unit before level 50 (unless you really know what you are doing)
2) Don't spend crystals on gatcha
3) Work on 50cc archer, healer, witch, HA, mage in roughly that order.

If you insist on restarting the account to roll premium (it is not super fast, you need to do few missions before you can roll) than don't settle for gold unit.

Stamina / Charisma refills during events. Also some box expansions will come in handy.

Now, if you are just restarting the account, the premium plat unit you can get will give you a lot of value. But In general odds of good roll are extremely low and the 5 crystals are better spent on refills.

Out of the golds you have rolled so far, none is particularly impressive. You will get most value out of Fedora, but you should also be able to get her sooner or later via Gold Rush events. Out of two gunners Mel is generally more useful (her AW ability allows her to 1-shot stuff other gunners have hard time with), but gunners in general aren't the most versatile class. I would say none of the three is worth the 5 sacred crystals.

The most useful gold I think you can roll is Temis, as you might lack a princess-type unit for long time otherwise. But in general, if you restart the account, aim at plat (or even black). Otherwise, keep the crystals.

Gave up rerolling, decided to stick with a gold and spend 10 crystals on rerolling, though I know the advice above I felt it to be a little dull to get my units the steady way so I tried my luck again and...

Rolled a black.

It's 天馬騎士団長エスタ, I don't know how good she is but I suppose it's better than nothing. I'm content now, though that wasn't quite how I expected to get my black.

When you first start, I'd say 1-3 rolls is a good thing. Even if you get Ubercrap, (Silvers, and bad ones, at that) You still get level 20 silver units that can help you overcome maps and challenges easier than before. AFTER that, however, unless you got a nice income you dont mind burning for VERY little return, don't roll.

Even after I rolled my first Black Unit (Crissa, the black Valkyrie) she still didn't make or break anything. Heavy Armor units still were a problem to me and it all still required special planing.

It wasn't until Claudia's event (After it...) That I got Claudia that suddenly the world became a bright happy place. Your first Princess is a being to cherish.....even if it is a horrid breast demon like Thimes...

Beyond that one magical princess unit, the rest you can receive from events and the like and make a solid team. I would recommend it, in fact. It makes looking forward to the next event more exciting. Me, for example, have a nice chunck of Black/Platnium units that have very well defined, specific and useful roles. Events don't even have something that blows my mind anymore.

If I didn't roll anything after that Claudia event (Cuz i needed a princess, dangit!!), however....My team would probably look like:

Anna (Easy Event Unit)
Katie (Solo Missions!)
Crissa (rolls before Claudia)
Sedis(Magic Crystals)
Liana (Event Unit)
Spicy(Magic Crystals)
Bellinda (Revival Event)
Noodle Bowl (Rolls before Claudia)
Claudia (Event Unit: YAY! PRINCESS!)
LITA-CHAN! (Event Unit: In an alternate Dimension, you and I are together, Lita-chan....)
Maurette(sp?) (Event Unit/Magic Crystals)
Imelia (Event Unit)
Fran (Event Unit)
And a Tank, prolly Marybell or something.

Lot of it is Plat, and darn-near all of it are event units. Again, the sterling unit of Awesome out of that group is Claudia, due to her being my first ever princess.

The current event is going to give an amazing niche unit, as well. Bishops due magic damage like a Mage, which is something newer players are generally lacking.

Make a good team that can do events well, instead of trying to roll for a great team and struggle to level them all up. Blacks are a pain to level up, and the current trend seems to be swinging toward making units more useful, or useful at all when they begin to reach the end of their growth.

Off the top of my head, Event units have generally been immune to this curse. Claudia was a Princess. Rikka is a prized duelist in any circle (I WANT ONE TOO!!), Bellinda has haxor stats and abilities, Memeto gave the world access to tokens. Sorano made people fall in love with nukes. Lita-chan....

When 1st time i played JP aigis i didn't do multple account making.
Well its my 1st time playing DDM game so i totaly no idea what to do and basicaly alot of mistake (which made me quit aigis for a while)
My roll still the same i remember i don't have any gold+++ unit from premium all silver...
But yeah i came back playing cuz friend seduced me into it and since i got nothing else to do (Taking break from FF14, cleared content too fast and lazy farming mode + kinda bored too)

All black unit have their own unique use, and that 1 pegasus knight, when you use her skill her block become 0 (she fly and letting enemy passed), but she aoe hit become really important.
Since black have almost instant WT skill and her cost not that high, i'm pretty sure you can breeze trough most map until 2nd story map with her

It's a star-trial event. The more stars you get, the stronger Paula is going to be when the event is over. For a beginner player, you can definitely get enough stars to have all 3 silver units and Paula join your team. However, you're going to need to use some crafty 1-2 star strategies for the more difficult maps (unless you purchase the divine intervention buffs).

Out of all of the events, this is the kind that's the most beneficial for new players after Gold Rush events, since you only have to do the map once for the stars, so you have the most time to raise your team unlike farm-type or item trial events.

Also, the Black Pegasus Rider Esther is one of the better black units you can summon. Out of all of the black characters available, she's the one I want the most function-wise (Melee/Flying AoE that I can stick in front of my tank units is really good). While I would also benefit from the Black Rear Tactician Aisha, I think she's too broken to the point I hope they create a less-broken Black Rear Tactician for an item trial event like Liana or Nagi that's by an illustrator I like (would be nice if they used Aisha's illustrator,

Regarding divine intervention though, if you spend the crystals does it last for the entire event or is it just for one battle?

Also with this new immediate finish thing, do the recommended farming maps still apply? I'm guessing some of them were selected because they were easy to do without paying too much attention but now you just need to press a button so...

Item and Star Trials are two weeks long, so you can spend your time raising your team until the 11th on Thursday before 10:00.

Divine Intervention buffs last for the whole event, but they only buff your characters on the emergency mission maps for Paula. If this event started when you were below rank 10, then all of the buffs should be free. I just updated the info post with the costs; for some reason, I deleted them when I was making a post for an old event.

The Entrust Deployment should be used if you don't have any characters with Gold Get. There's a newish mechanic called same class bonus, where the base xp of a unit is increased based on its rarity if you feed it to a unit of the same class. For example, a bronze soldier fed to a silver soldier will give the silver unit +30xp on top of the bronze's base (i.e. 100xp at LV1). Because of this, it's unknown which maps are the best to farm for unit xp, since I don't have spoiler data for most of the old story mission maps, save for a few.

Keep the above in mind, since the following is only tentatively true—moreso for the later maps since they have special 'veteran' bronze units that give a bonus to all classes—based on current knowledge of the game:
王都に続く道 (Road that Leads to the Capital) < 見張り塔 (Lookout Tower) < 焦熱のオアシス (Scorching Oasis) < 二つのピラミッド (Two Pyramids) < 拠点争奪戦・後 (Base Struggle 2nd) < 風神退治 (Fuujin Extermination)

Scorching Oasis introduces a 'veteran' unit, so you will want to build up a team capable of reaching that map to farm it as soon as possible.

If you want Prince Rank XP, just do the hardest story mission map you possibly can. If you want gold, then do Rural Gate (田園の門) and sell all of the iron units. Once I'm Rank 200, I'm going back to Rural Gate to take advantage of my characters Betty, Noel, and Maurette—who read the Chinese Business 101 book that took all of the negative stereotypes of Jewish people being greedy and spun them around as a character quality all Chinese should possess (Jews in the army always mobilise their troops to areas where they can make as much money as possible).

She is not among the most broken black units, but an all-around useful dueler with good stats and mdef will go a long way.

Alright, I got a lot of units I'd love to level up. I got a lvl55 Anya, lvl1 CC Hana, lvl20 Nagi, lvl22 Mar, lvl8 Maurette, and probably a bunch of other girls I'd love to level up.

What is the most effective way to level them up? I have like, 44 Crystals and I don't mind spending them to get my army stronger. Do I just spam maps that give out platinum armors? Because that just seems painful.

The best way is to make use of event specialy during 1.5x drop rate daily.
Unfortunatly we just got it about 1.5 weeks ago.
Another is wait until there farm event or item collection even where you spend most of ur SC geting the event unit while farming the platinum armour.

Once you have enuff plat cans collection spend the rest SC on fairy map, when you gonna spend it (waiting 1.5x rate) or just do it is up to you

Edit: I never tried it, but amon map do have black fairy / plat cans / diamond as a drop right with 120 Chr
No idea with drop rate, but this could be a farming map just need confirmation to ppl who know the drop rate if its worth it.... after all 120 chr seem cheap enuff (1 SC can get 3-3.5x try)

While I dont know exact drop rates this question was already answered a few tinew: drop rates for Anon Majiin are not so great.

@Mewwy, for starters you should do story map and use drops from it as exp food (preferably bronze but also iron if you have a lot of gold). While platinum exp cans give you really nice body of experience you HAVE TO use it with right fairies (fairies have too be the same rarity as girl you are feeding, e.g. gold archer Claire eats 3x gold fairies and one exp can = and gains 8000 exp). Exp cans are preferably used when your girl is already high lvl - because every lvl gained, cost for feeding is higher. It is easy to lvl infill 40-50 but then cost of every exp materials is much higher. Exp cans gives much more exp for same amount of money you use for much smaller dinners. Save it until your girls are more experienced.

Exp cans are not so easy to obtain. For Monday daily drop rates are not so great and during events they mostly drips from best maps - which will be hard to clear until you are well lvled (and after CC).

While I was newbie like you, I we using eco cans to immediately raise my girls from 40+ to 50 and CC them immediately.

I don't remember exact lvls for each class but lvl 40 silver ( with no exp) needs just one can and 3 silver fairies to be maxed.
