Just now I finished with the event. My Emilia is 4/5 -4 cost with 5 more copies waiting for fairies just like 7 Elisa copies. Like everyone drop rate of her was bad but I farmed her when I realized that I need rogues, I got 7 rogues & 1 healer, and in a strange karma my last 4 runs always dropped Emilia .
@Exkale, I though you started much later than me. I made my account 24th of June 2014. I bought around 80 crystals total, I though you are doing premium summons really often?
Anyway, you posted your main group a while ago and I think you are just a bit better. First:you have a few awesome premium girls, second:your main party is higher lvls than mine and better with affection.
Although, I hope I will be able to AW Claire next week but I lack 100 red crystals, archer orb and 3 silver fairies So it also may be 2 weeks till I AW her....
I started during mid/late August, so it's pretty close.
I don't actually spend money just for premium summons. Most of the premium summons I use are actually from sacred crystals I farmed, but I'll admit they were pretty good premium summons (Jelius, Betty, Sherry, and Olivia). The only premium summon that I actually spent money for was Marius (male elf bishop). I also spent at least $100, but I do try 2 premium summons every time I loaded up on crystals and Marius was the only one worth using. I mostly rolled silvers and Gina whenever I did use crystals on premium summoning. Most of my crystal use actually go towards other things such as gold/affection/fairy farming because there's so little value in premium summoning for me.

I guess you can technically say I "bought" Shidis since I did use a bunch of crystals to get her and it was worth it.
My point is, you've been lvling faster because of your bonus sacred crystals.
I bought my Aria same way you bought your Shidis and she also was worth it

Like I said though "I've tried all the usual fixes" The first and most obvious was the time zone one, then I relogged, combo of those two, cleared cache, ect. but none seem to work for some reason. I tried every day for the past like... 5 days now and its a little annoying.
also encountered that problem. after fixing the time zone google up Japan's time and adjust your clock. that simple clock adjustment fixed my issue. hope it will also on your side.

Was actually about to come on to add that it's still an issue, also you don't really need to google the timezone when the actual choices say the areas like +9 is Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo. Again that's a usual fix and I did it already.
Hell yesterday I decided to pop onto my VPN that I got for registering for Kancolle and cleared my cache had the date set properly and used all three browsers and got the same error on all of them.
I think honestly the only consolation is the event right now is crap so idc too much seeing as I can still farm on my phone.
