Mmmmm for players that are not complete beginners, sometimes farming low end maps of an event is actually worth it. If you lack a certain unit type or only have a vanilla silver then it could be really useful to get a half ased plat.

The first event I farmed was the Odette one. At that time my only mage was a vanilla Valery so Odette was a really great addition to my team.
In this case a plat archer, even if not the best one, and even with only -2 cost can be really useful for a player with only silver ones.

Again, for anyone with Claire and/or Spika farming this event is just for the pleasure of collection.


PS: I was really lucky and got my Odette to -5 cost :p

I haven't farmed for the SP gacha yet, all that unused space makes me think they might add a high tier or even god tier version with better charisma ratio (like 40 for 500 kills or something). That, and I'm just a few levels away from 160.

No, I'm just enjoying how good the Monday daily can be.

I hit 160 this weekend. Farming DCs was a bit awkward with 16 sta, but I am looking forward to farming red gems now.

Currently have 214 Dragon Crystals. I'm banking on the idea that they'll bring back the Time Fairy in the distant future. I know they're going to bring back the original "Dragonewt Invasion", but they haven't said anything about bringing back "Dragon Princess's Revival". I was going to feed the Time Fairy to Aria, so I can always trade my DC for additional copies of her for the 25% chance if my hopes are dashed.

Got 3-stars on all of the event maps, which resulted in 3 Lita drops along with 1 Kagerou and 1 Nenya. I've been busy getting my units prepped. So far, I fed a 30CC20 Gold Samurai Kojuurou to raise Jelius to CC50 Skill 2/5. Still need to raise Iris #5 and Mehlis #3 to 30, so I can class-change them to make room, and bide my time for whenever they do another 3x Synthesis Bonus for Gold+ female units.

Currently have 9 awakened units. The newest ones are Arch Witch Belinda (1.07x Witch-type Attack Up) and Soldier Elite Aria (1.02x Attack Up). I saw a video where a cost 12 Arch Witch Yuyu was able to , so there's a small possibility that I'll be able to do the same with Belinda in the future depending on the 2 cost difference. With both of the buffs from Artemis Spica and Soldier Elite Aria, my AW59 Nanaly can deal 702 damage per shot now.

Now I need to decide on who to awaken next:
CC50 Adelle: Need 2 Witches
CC60 Berenice: Need 1 Heavy Armour (not a contender)
CC53 Charlotte*: Need 1 Rogue
CC53 Chloe*: All Available
CC50 Jelius: Need 1 Heavy Armour
CC70 Sedis: All Available
LV35 Tamamo*: All Available
*I only have a cc ninja, 1 rogue, and 2 emergency rogues (need to get them as story mission completion rewards, so I normally don't count them).

Sedis doesn't really gain anything from being awakened to level 30 (wish they would change the +10% magic resistance to status ailment immunity). Jelius and Adelle gain the biggest benefits from being awakened, but I don't have the necessary materials for either of them yet. I only have 5 platinum armours and 5 platinum fairies, so I need to consider this carefully.

I doubt you really need any, but Jelius should be nice though. It is too bad about Sedis, magic resist is such a trash ability for non melee units, I wish they'd replace those abilities. Wiki appears to be down for me at the moment so I can't check stats/abilities atm.

You can get Rogues on the Rita's 55/7. I farmed rogues last month to aw Betty, needed 4 but only got 3 during the pirates event. Now I have 12 benched after feeding 3 to my main silver rogue to try to get max cost reduction.....


Go for Charlotte, just because she is nice :p

Just to make sure, but skill levels, even if the skill stays the same don't carry through with CCs but Cost Reductions do?

If the skill remains the same then its level is carried upon cc and aw (aw never change a skill so far).

Ah, looking forward to Thursday. Betty awakening has taken far too long. I will miss Monica or someone else on my team for her though, without cost reduction she's a bit obnoxious. Level 1 skill on a gold, unf. Not that assassination 1 is a bad skill, but the cooldown on it is terrible.

Somehow I doubt it's a coincidence that the magic crystal dailies are the same as the patch day.

Also, surprised that the wiki still doesn't have Monk Rinn's final AW stats. She's so damn useful. She does have about the most uninspired AW art available though, I think the only characters who tie her for terrible AW art changes are the plat ninja and Shidisu. They literally just added wings to Shidisu's head and staff x.X Still so disappoint. At least they moved the ninja's limbs around a bit lol. Rinn just gets a color change and some minor gauntlet/armor enhancements.

May I ask how faeries work?
I can use the silver faeries to increase exp when I feed, but these gold faeries seem to have a different use.

"Fairies give 2x bonus corresponding to the proper fairy rarity (Silver fairy for silver unit, gold fairy for gold unit, etc, etc). Resulting in 8x in total (3 fairies) along with your sacrificed unit." - Opening Post

There's AW fairies and time fairies too, but you don't need to worry about those for a while.

Carry is the least of my list because i already have plenty of good duelist: AW Betty, Claudia, Thetis and Anya. However Fruit mention carry is one of the best Duelist after AW.

Talk about Aw I too was lost. Was going for the 5th (4 star fire mage/healer) just need 4 more crystals. I not too sure about names ( cos I bad at this ).
I need know too what to up next.
My current Aw ( Archer 4 star give chance to 1 hit kill , Footman 4 star give 2% Def to all in the deck/team , Healer 4 star give hp recovery on deployment , Horseman 4 star give attack power at the cost of attack speed [ I just know this 1 it curry ] . )
Right now after the my 6th Aw list I got 3 more Cc but not close to Aw lvl ( 6 star assassin lvl 50 , 5 star mage lvl 58 [aw give 10 magic resistor] , lastly magical knight lvl 54 )

Spica is the best out of the three that you have. Her high base attack means that she can easily kill red gargoyles and armoured opponents. Having both Spica and Nanaly as Artemis pretty much made it so I didn't have to bring my witches to a lot of maps, since both Spica and Nanaly can handle 300DF armoured opponents on their own.

@Fruitsmoothie: Magic Resist +10% is pretty good on Odette according to Japanese players that use her. Arch Mage Odette has a high cost, so you're generally going to find yourself wishing you could deploy her last in positions where she has easy access to enemies. With her magic resistance and skill, you can get her so she only receives 300-400 damage from a lich making her more suitable to act as a lightning rod than other ranged units, especially if you want to use a silver healer in combination with her. The only other ranged units with this kind of capability are Witch Adelle and Witch Despia, but Adelle only has 15 resist as opposed to Odette's 20+5-20 resist. That said, Adelle and Despia can easily reach the point where they can endure 5 shots from a lich, whereas Odette needs her skill leveled up sufficiently to achieve the same. Nevertheless, Odette still has more synergy with silver healers.

Basically Odette's ability gives you some more options on the positions and order you deploy your units (i.e. you don't have to deploy Odette first, and then Carrie in front of her). The same can't really be said for Sedis, since she can only endure 3 shots from a lich before perishing (2 as a priestess), so using Sedis as a lightning rod is too risky.
