The drop rate boosts show up on their stat page if they aren't AW'd yet? I've never seen it. Ah it has been fixed after I reloaded twice. Un CC'd and CC'd Monica both show 3%.

@Arisato: thanks for comments about new crystal maps (I've done first two a while ago but was to scared to try third one without checking videos or something (8 stamina is a lot...).

Terrible day indeed. I also need 43 magic crystals, but I believe gold rush maps will take care of that (otherwise game will take 1 crystal away from me next thursday).

What bothers me more is the revival event. Possibly having to share up to 48+15 hours of stamina with the gold rush (game's stealing 4 more crystals away to replenish that). Already spent 16, and it's looking like I'll need a total of 24 crystals for both the fairy and Echidna... this Echidna's becoming quite expensive.

Oh and curious: Do the benefits from Monica stack? Because I have a few of them. Guess it can't hurt to make a team just for it with them all, not like those maps require that many units.

No, they do not stack. People have tried this with Selia and Spica/Belinda to see if they could break the game.

Though, the differences in drops on the last Thursday daily are negligible with and without Monica; it's more of a big deal if you had Selia and were trying to get the black and platinum fairies to drop on the 1st Gold Rush map.

Maybe they goofed and just spoilered the fact that Princess units will soon be awakenable That or you know, they just added her in because she lost her dragon slaying ability temporarily and it's similar enough to an AW ability.

Claudia has what is known as an awakened ability (the 1.2x multiplier against dragon-type units). The only other unit that had one without being awakened was Selia. The last update that introduced the new story missions gave Monica, Kyuteri, Selia, and Robert their awakened abilities (in a weaker state).

I guess calling them just abilities would be less confusing than awakened abilities, though.

I just made 3rd Magic Crystals Maps. It was very easy, thanks to @Arisato comment and @DragonPaladin screen. Thanks! 31 crystals to go. I will do this map 2 more times and focus on gold rush.

@Kroset, I am skeptical, that they will remove Spica from shop just after midnight or something similar to it ;/ I also though about farming crystals on Claire map but how many you can get with one crystal with 80% drop? Some of course, 40? May get some troubles...

Last map of daily various between
6 drop ~ 18 drops. (2~6 3x red gem) and averages to 9.

It's a big improvement to the old maps and is very easy as well as fast. (Especially if you have 16 stamina like me)

I been waiting for Princess AW forever now ._. Both Anya and Karma need AW!

@Anelai: Spica and Kojuurou will be removed during the next maintenance (October 2nd).

I already posted the average magic crystal drops on all of the daily maps. It's 10.08 per trip, and 10.62 with a regular Monica (something that isn't really mentioned, and I don't really understand, is that everything is +1% more than the spoiler data for some reason). The gold rush map probably drops 2 or 3 magic crystals.

Bowmen's Fort:
2.08 (x2 magic crystals); 2.88 (x3 magic crystals)

High-tier Daily Per Stamina: 1.26
Bowmen's Fort Per Stamina: 1.04(x2); 1.44 (x3)

Gold Rush 3 had a couple maps that dropped 3 magic crystals at 90%, and its average per stamina was 1.35. So, I'm willing to believe Bowmen's Fort is going to be x3, and better (stamina-wise) than the new Thursday daily.

Sounds nice but not taking the risk with Spica, if it turns out as good or better, it'll just mean I can AW Betty sooner 115+ Magic crystals in half a day is pretty rough but eh. Only need 85 now. Delicious 13 cost Spica will be so delicious.

When you get 0 drops on the final magic crystal map...Really, they couldn't have given us guaranteed drops for that cost? x.X My drops have consistently been below average on the new maps, starting to get annoying. Did better most the time on the old maps so far. I forget the drop rate of those but I always felt like the magic crystals were higher than the stamina cost. Hope it's just bad luck and not another problem.

Btw. I though first map is not SO EASY but looks like I've made few terrible decisions about positioning my girls (

If anything, if they call Caludia's secondary ability an 'awakened' one it points to a fact princesses will not get awakening anytime soon. But maybe they will get some additional abilities as baseline one day.

Luck sure has it's ways, but I'm happy that I got Mehlis. I got down to 0 charisma and stamina, and decided to restore them with Sacred Crystals. Next run I did, I got a Black Fairy for the completion reward. Now I have to do something with these stamina...

Finally got my Spica copy, WHOOOO. Now I gotta wait till I AW Betty and her before applying it since she's already maxed. Spica being my first maxed Plat and my first Plat AW, didn't see that coming.

To make everybody really sad about the droprate for this event:

10 (300 charisma, 20 stamina) runs probability of failure to find Black Fairy: 0.54
15 (450 charisma, 30 stamina) runs probability of failure to find Black Fairy: 0.36
20 (600 charisma, 40 stamina) runs probability of failure to find Black Fairy: 0.29

That means at 20 runs, you have a 29% chance of still not getting the Black Fairy. After nearly 2 days of stamina, it's still that easy to miss it. You really can't complain until you've run the map 20 times or more...Goodluck It won't be too uncommon to need to run it 30 times or so, hopefully most of us land around the 50% mark though. You could say spending 1-2 crystals a map should be the norm, which makes it seem a little less bad until you hit one of those 30+ runs patches.

Damn 6% drop rate is harsh.

Conrad map.

Two run got two drop.

Drop List:

2 Beers ( Heineken i wish) dropped from the first two rogue.

1 bottle of Chivas ( wine) dropped from the red bandit.

Only the XO left.

Strategy
Easy map just like the first map. Quickly place two strong blocker ( chief Soldier, HA, Unicorn Knight, Rogue ) on both top and bottom lane with healer and ranged unit support. Place another two blockers ( prince for example ) before the two exist in prepare for rogue rush.

Btw: I CCed Spica today i prepare to get another copy of her for cost down.

Which one should i focus to AW first ? Claire or Spica ? Claire is at lv 60.

Spica if you can afford it. Spica has low HP and really needs the AW for survivability. Spica also arguably has the better AW ability now that class attack buffs have been buffed as well. AWing Spica not only passively buffs her own attack but Claire's as well if they're both in play vs Claire's unreliable active ability. Spica is also a notch quicker than other archers last I checked. TLDR: Spica is amazing.

Yeah, i think Spica also the best choice for AW but getting a plat unit to lv 70 is a pain.

Also, Claire trump over Spica in term of art. Hopefully, by the time i got Spica ready for AW, she got new AW standing pose and sprite.
