Here is what the developer said. Note that there is no context to his words, and that he doesn't speak English very well.

That's all. That's the only thing he said. We don't know if he meant that you could use Paypal after the game is released; we don't know if he was making a joke; we don't know anything for sure.
That being said, obviously some retard popped up and declared something without providing a source:

So, here's me (on the top of page 40) trying to dispel what is clearly going to be a retard storm if left unchecked:
He said that he would email you back in 24hr, not that he would send you the game tomorrow. Important distinction.
On that very same page, another retard (who lacks the self-control needed to wait a few fucking hours for clarification before sending money to an email address they found on the internet) actually
complains about the perceived "poor transaction process":
Well, if I don't have the game in 20 minutes then that 'send in 24 hours' is a lie.
Might sound over critical, but I'm not happy to have sent money only to find out I have to wait to receive my product. Regardless of how good the game is this was a poor transaction process.
Dumb. Stupid. Dumb and stupid.
Seriously, this blows my mind.
I know Vinceras wasted several pages (eg. post #548, 570, 590) summarily accomplishing nothing (save for demonstrating an inferiority complex, accompanied by what I can only describe as "Mega Downs"), but distractions are no excuse for this kind of behavior from adults. Don't fucking jump on a claim with almost zero substantiation because you want it to be true.
And to those that will say that my derogatory tone in this post is an example of equally inexcusable behavior: eat shit. If we punish the people who punish stupidity, we enable stupidity.
