so.. the stats that will be added to a ship depends if the one (catalyst) got better weapons? :v

example

main kongou then you will use another kongou to upgrade her..

to get a high result the kongou that will be used need to equip really good equips? :V

That's weird. It's saying that there's a maintenance on going but that finished yesterday. Maybe you should clear your cache and try logging in again.

It's not maintenance right now. Try closing the browser before using cc cleaner. Maintenance is every Wedndesday 11:00 - 17:00 JST. You can also try checking the official Kancolle twitter to know if there's a maintenance. Just use google translate on it.

when I tried to merge kongou (main) to another kongou B without a weapon in it
there is a firepower icon but it doesnt add anything to it...

when I equipped the kongou B with a weapon it adds some firepower to the main one...

so I guess in merging with the weapon is required :v meh..

are they good? got them at the same time

Having a weapon equipped doesn't affect merging. The stats a ship gives is fixed which you can see here

, merging won't add anything to that stat anymore.

And yes those CVs are good, especially Kaga (the first one) because she's the strongest CV (has the highest number of planes).

ASW is needed to effectively sink submarines. Which is why you'll notice how BBs and most CAs don't have ASW.

No idea what are you asking about for "View Range". Either provide the proper translation or the kanji they used. If you meant the "Range" of the ship, it's basically the one with the highest shoots first.

what i mean is the " LOS"

索敵(Reconnaissance/LOS) - This stat apparently determines the success of the recon phase at the start of the battle. The higher it is, the higher the success rate. Generally done with seaplanes or Saiun recon planes, though some ships are easily able to do this by themselves

I asked this because I usually seaplane recon during the recon mission and saw green text message so i think that i succeeded in recon phase. However none of my ships carried seaplane.

also this "Crossing the T" i saw in glossary. Does it has any effect on the game ?

Because I don't really like spoonfeeding when the information are all on the various Wikis..

Basically if you could understand the navy term "Crossing the T", you'd know that one crossing will have an advantage over the one being crossed - there's a boost to your stats for the ship, but by how much, the figures on jpwiki shows as high as 120% for advantage and reduce to 80% if you got crossed instead.

The game follows pretty close to many naval strategies so it's pretty interesting to see them being implemented.

For reconnaissance, if your stats are high enough, you can do it even without any planes. I mean c'mon, even the wiki says "though some ships are easily able to do this by themselves" and you had read it.

Usually color-code Green means success while Red means failure, so far that hasn't changed at all.
