You have to collect a key in each stage and get a game over (not sure but in the first stage the game over where you get bit to death takes the key away). After the you respawn you should have kept the items you got including the key.
Stage 1: One of the NPCs near where you start has the key. You literally get it at the start tbh if you talk to the pink haired woman.
Stage 2: In the treasure chest room. (there are only 3 chests with items in there the rest are empty)
Playing with AGTH helps. Mainly for knowing what the Items are.
usually you can download the demo of said game and switch out the audio files by just tossing the old one and bringing in the new one....at least thats what i do and its worked....85% of the time.

To put a priest in the bottom right go back to the underground place with the poison air, all the dead bodies should be gone and when you go through the gate you won't just immediately leave the room. Read the paper.
To fill in the bottom row go back to the casino. Now this is tricky since there seems to be a whole bunch of flags to be set or the scene doesn't change. I had something fly off the futa statue(Keep talking between the two guys and then when they've stopped changing text talk to the guy below the table.) I had the person run out of the slave dungeon area and talked to the three black haired girls and said yes to whatever they want and took the money from the woman in the green dress down there. I had gotten the kid to go into the room upstairs somehow. Then I gave all my money to the third warrior guy down in the dungeon, took out the casino loan, paid back the 10k so when I tried to leave they put me to work dancing, grabbed the item from the dresser and talked to the three girls, then talked to everybody outside(You can leave by saying no to the guy). The pink haired girl, guy next to her, priest, and the girl under him had new convos to say yes/no to. With everything triggered go back to the dance place(Door is to the left of the casino stairs) and start the S&M scene. If you met the requirements the pink girl on the right will jump on the stage when the audience participation starts instead of the one on the left, then the priest will assist, and then someone else.
Now the problem here is I reloaded my save from before I started talking to everyone at the end and my sequence ended with a different scene. So you probably have to go through the whole thing multiple times to actually complete the room. And I still haven't managed to trigger the inflation scene that should occur during this situation, my only guess would be if there's some equipment combination or flag that lets you survive agreeing to the inflation in the dungeon.
But I got 4 in the bottom left plus a green girl next to the priest on the bottom right from this so far so the inflation scene would appear to be the last.
That leaves the missing scene to the left middle row, middle. Which should be in the 2nd level and probably has something to do with the room full of statues in various levels of breast and cock expansion.
I managed to finish the first door, but the second door is odd.
I'm at a point where you gotta run past a bunch of guards and you confront someone in blue, the thing is, if I try to interact with the area the blue person was at, the game stops letting me move.
Any help would be appreciated.

use どくがのこな* medicine. Not sure where I got it, I think somewhere in the 3rd Town (3rd Closed Door)
Winged Helm Soldier - Potty Time, Miko Town (2nd Closed Door)
In the room with the Guard and the 4 cupboards, read the diary in the far right cupboard till the end to learn the invisibility spell, the leave the room through the north exit.
You will see the Winged Helm Soldier tacking a stroll. You hide and will be prompted to use the spell. Select yes (はい) and wait till the Soldier walks east. You have to follow her till she stops on some grass far east of the map.
You have to be hidden every time she turns around. You can hide left of the 2 trees and left of the left bush in the top of the map.
Dont forget to raise youre movement speed with (こしふるうでわ*).
When she finally stops, approach her and choose whatever options you want (I allways had the same outcome)
Sitting Miko - Invisible Fun, Miko Town (2nd Closed Door)
Same Room as the last one, after getting the Invisibility Spell just leave the room through the west exit (after talking with the Guard.) Approach the shadow and answer every choice with yes (はい).
Not sure when exactly its availible, but I think after unlocking the 3rd Closed Door. When you try to enter the First Town again, you will be attacked by the Orc again.
Choose whatever you want (Atk,Mag etc.) and answer the following question with no (いいえ). The Battle will end and you will enter the Town. Kill everyone (and burn the right house) and when everyone is dead try to enter the Prison. Answer the Question with yes (はい).
Nacked Girl - Slave End (First Closed Door)
Visit the Prison, get the Prostitution Ring from the Girl in the South, Prostitute yourself (there are many ways) and answer the Question from the Prison Guard with yes (はい).
Middle Row, Right:
Small Boy - Rape the Player
Reach the Portal at the end of the Left (open) Door. To move the chests you need to use the ちからのたね詰め合わせ * item.
Black Belt Boy - Dutch Wife end 1 (First Closed Door)
Buy the Ruby in the Shop in the North (around 140000 gold), be dirty and use it in the empty cellar above the Kings House. (Maybe you have to talk to the boy before and choose not to show him the Ruby with no (いいえ)).
Masked Guy - Dutch Wife end 2 (First Closed Door)
Same as with end 1, but talk to the boy before using the Ruby and choose yes (はい).
Bottom Row, Left:
Bunny Girl - SM Show 1 (3rd Closed Door)
Visit the Casino, Talk to the middle Bunny Girl and Borrow 10000 Gold. Talk to her again and choose the last option (under 15000). Try to leave the room via the stairs and answer with yes (はい) (I think). Talk to the man, choose yes (はい), exit the room and take the middle exit south. Do 2-3 performances and then talk to the new Bunny Girl backstage.
Blonde Girl with dress - SM Show 2 (3rd Closed Door)
In my case, the Girl came onto the stage during SM Show 1, if its different for you, sorry.

From the scenes i have unlocked i think heres only 2 scat scenes. Only missing one scene the one in between the troll and slave ending.
The SM ending has a lot of people involved in it.
SM scene guide
1. Talk to the guys at the table with a futa figure. Start aat the one to the left then talk to the on on the right. Keep talking to both of those guys alternating between them and they should ask about 4 questions. Choose the top option for all questions. Then speak with the guy at the bottom on the table and he should throw something.
2. Go to the Slave area. Talk to the woman in the green dress and choose the first option. You should be able to walk past the guards now and talk with the blonde slave in the upper right corner. She should run out and then talk to the bunny girl farthest to the right. Select the first option and you should be naked now. Talk to each of the 3 slaves on the bottom right and the 3 one you talk to should ask a question. Select the first option and then you can now walk past the guards again. Talk to the woman with the green dress on the way out to get some money (30000 I think).
3. Go to the Prostitute area and talk to the blonde kid. He should ask 1-2 questions choose first option for both. then enter the 2nd room from the left. Talk to the Pink haired girl and pay her 30000. Then talk to the blonde kid again and he should enter the room you paid for.
4. Now you need to get rid of any extra money you have because you need to be in debt to enter the back stage area. You can get rid of extra money in the slave area by talking to one of those yellow masked guys (third one I think).
5. Go to the Slots area and talk to the bunny girl at the counter to the right. She should ask if you want to borrow money (15000) say yes by selecting the first option. Then talk to the bunny girl to the left and buy the 5000 prize. Then talk to the bunny girl on the right again and she should ask if you want to pay her back. Say yes then select the third option. She should then say you still owe her some money. Try to go up the stairs and the guards should stop you and throw you back stage.
6. Talk to all the bunny girls in this room. Then talk to the guy on the top right. The first option lets you perform on stage and the second option lets you get out of the back stage area. Exit the back stage area and talk to the pink haired girl sitting behind the priest. She will ask a question and you should select the first option.
7. (This step can change the scene depending if you do it or not. If yo don't do this step you can end early by going to the back stage area.) There should be a woman in the green dress at the table to the bottom right. Talk to her and say yes to all her questions. Then talk to the guy sitting next to her. Select the second option and you should rape him. Then talk to the woman in the green dress again and answer yes.
8. There should be a hallway near the stairs on the upper right to go back stage. Talk to the guy and perform on stage. After performing twice a new bunny girl should appear and you talk to her to get the SM ending. Depending if you skipped step 7 or not should cause 2 variants of the SM scene.
