I've enjoyed all of these even though they are basically all the same. It would be cool if someone translated one of them, but even without it, it's been worth my time to plow through them.

I've found a couple fake versions of the new one, but no real versions yet.

Thanks for the password. Though this game doesn't need it since you can easily hack it. But it does save some time just using password instead of hacking

The "options" screens are more like level up screens.
The first one, with the meter, gives you a scene every time you get enough points. Simple.

I don't remember which order the next three come in, but...

The old man is a "Shop". You get money at the end of each "day". I don't know what every item does, but the last item that you can buy multiple of gives you an extra skill point at the end of the day. Most of the item prices are in the thousands.

The two kids/two buttons/whatever screen is two things. The left button increases the starting pleasure, the right button decreases the starting guard. You need to spend skill points on the last skill to level these up.

The screen with the four bars and four numbers is your "skill screen" I guess. The first number is how many times you can touch/use/whatever the girl during the day. The second and third numbers increase pleasure or something. The fourth number is used in the two kids/two buttons shop, you need three points to level either of them up once... In the earlier game, you need to have 10 points, but you only spend three (so you go back to seven, but can't spend until you get back to 10).

That should be it.
